Confused how this place has so many good reviews for laser hair removal. Me, my sister and a friend all went here for laser hair removal that we got from Groupon. I had 12 session on my back and had little to no reduction. The other 2 had 6 sessions and also had no real worthwhile benefits. I visited another branded laser removal clinic and paid a little more with much, much better results.

I always have a fantastic experience at Boutique spa and have been coming here for years. All of their laser therapists are very friendly and considerate. They always make sure to put me at ease and are thorough with their treatments. The machines are top of the range and I’m very happy with my results. Their receptionist Bella has always been so welcoming and eager to help and is an absolute asset to the company. 100% recommend to everyone!

I’ve been coming to this place for almost 2 years. The go to place for my laser. I’ve got most of my friends that also come here. The therapist as well as the front staff are beyond helpful and friendly. This is my 7th laser session with them and I will continue to come here. Great prices; nice and friendly atmosphere. They make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. I recently had an issue about making it on time due to a train accident and the staff were more than welcome to cater to my needs. Avoid laser treatments! Their laser is very weak and you won’t see any results, you will be treated by different practitioners every time, who won’t know any settings for you and also won’t listen if you ask them to treat areas on the higher settings. I have done laser before in different areas and other clinics and know the effect it should have. Here your hair won’t fall out, not only that, I ended up with much thicker hair now after my 6 sessions and my complaint, their just told me that I signed the waiver in the beginning.

Really unhappy with the recent service that I have received here. Firstly, although the laser appointments on offer are very affordable, this is reflected in the service received at the spa. Very rarely have I come across as technician that has asked me about my previous experience, how far along in the laser process I am, and consequently I feel like I am being given a one size fits all treatment every time I go at random strengths and I then receive different results in hair growth. I am on session seven and I still see significant growth in the areas that I feel have been tended to less in my sessions. Secondly, I am unhappy with the discretionary policy or cancellation on offer from boutique spa. Despite making efforts to call their line (which seems to be always engaged), I lost a session due to the receptionist not seeming to be particularly empathetic or helpful, whilst on another occasion rescheduling with another receptionist was not an issue. I would recommend Boutique Spa if you are on a very tight budget and would like to try laser, but I would say the results are hit or miss and the standard of care I have received is very poor aside from one lovely technician.

Overall, a great experience every time I go to get my nails done. All members of staff are very friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Very professional with how they get their work done; they’re clean, and they want to ensure you’re happy with the end result. Would recommend!

The clinic is good and professional with lovely staff. I felt comfortable and safe and all my questions were answered before I started doing my laser treatment. The process of laser was smooth and each step was explained. The results have been great for me - I did not experience any side effects or scarring (I am black) it has helped with ingrown hairs and I am seeing great results! I recently purchased three vouchers from Groupon (6 laser treatment session) for a total of 18 laser treatment sessions. Unfortunately, I have found the treatment to be ineffective. While there are some positive aspects, such as the majority of therapists being friendly and the reception being prompt in callbacks, I have encountered several issues. One major concern is the lack of consistency in the therapists providing the treatments. There seems to be a high turnover of staff, resulting in varying experiences with different beauticians. Some take the time to understand my laser journey and tailor the treatment accordingly, while others seem disinterested and rush through the sessions. This inconsistency in skill and approach is quite frustrating. Additionally, I have experienced some instances of rudeness from the reception staff, particularly from the newest member at the front desk. This kind of behavior is off-putting and detracts from the overall experience. Another drawback is the extended wait time for scheduling appointments. Waiting more than six weeks for a treatment is not ideal, and it disrupts the continuity of the laser sessions. Furthermore, as a woman of color, I feel compelled to share an important consideration regarding the Soprano Ice Laser machine. It may not be the most suitable laser treatment option for our skin.Women of color often have different skin types and tones, which can react differently to laser treatments. The Soprano Ice Laser, while effective for some skin types, it did NOT produce effective results for me. I hope this feedback can help improve the quality of service at the Boutique Spa Queensway and make future experiences more satisfactory.

I love this spa! I went for laser hair removal mostly because the price is so good I couldn't resist to try. The therapist who did my consultation explained everything in great detail and also explained that I would need a longer course since I am quite fair haired. Since then I finished my first course of 6 sessions and already started my second. I still have hair growth BUT it is much more thin and it grows slow in patches. The results made my life much easier (no more shaving every few days). I have to mention also the girls at the reception - they are super nice! Always helpful and answering all my questions! Thank you guys, I am definitely recommending you to anyone who wants to have an effective and enjoyable treatment!!!!

Been here twice, once for a massage and recently for teeth whitening. The level of professionalism is OUTSTANDING. The dentist that did the treatment for me was just lovely. He was really attentive, obviously very well trained but more than that a very happy chappy and very nice to be around. Receptionists are lovely and the free dragon tea is delicious. Well done team.... I'll be back as soon as my poorly paid job allows me to lol

I had bad experience during my laser hair removal on my legs . One of the girls spill the gel over my dress - didn’t apologies neither offer to remove it . Didn’t say anything later on probably by accident drop my bag that was on chair next to the bin and neither apologies for my spilled things over the floor neither offer help to collect or anything. Then I wrote email - NO one ever answered. I’ve emailed second time - no one ever responded!!!! Poor quality service ! Poor customer service!!

I travel from far to attend laser hair removal here and I’ve always been happy with the service. Although, there have been times I have been late or almost Missed appointments the reception ladies are always so very helpful and accommodating. I’ve had fantastic results with the laser hair removal, I would highly recommend!!

Avoid this place!!! Reception were nice on all occasions but the beauticians were rude, horrible and unpleasant. I had laser treatment and on one occasion a beautician made fun of me and her assistant laughed? Totally unprofessional. Every session, it has been a different beautician and all horrible and disgusting attitudes. All clearly hate their jobs too. Additionally, the laser doesn’t work, hair grows back quicker and thicker. Service is a SCAM I have also had my eyebrows waxed there and again horrible service. Eyebrows covered in blood and uneven after. Service is cheap so I guess you get what you pay for - cheap outdated machines. Doesn’t mean the treatment of customers should slack, though!

I came across Premier Laserr whilst doing my research and when having my consultation I felt like I was in safe hands. I had 5 sessions of 6 - I must say that I happy with the results, and looking forward for my last one. Thanks to the positive experience that I’ve had with I highly recommend this clinic, the staff are kind and respectful. Prices are very good. These are my teeth same day post-“whitening”. The exact same colour as when I went in. Their “Zoom” whitening doesn’t work. I’ve had Zoom whitening before and you can feel the sensitivity of it working and you come out with white teeth, so it isn’t a problem with Zoom. Save your money. The technician didn’t show me a mirror before I left, deliberately I assume so that I couldn’t ask for a refund. AVOID
