This has got to be my worst hotel experience in Cuba. The rooms were in awful condition and not cleaned properly at all. The air-conditioning in my room was leaking water all the time I had to use the bin as a bucket to collect that water and it was really loud. Another couple from our group had a turantula in their room! Another group had a cracked bed. The reception seems pretty indifferent to all these issues and not bothered about fixing any of them. Glad I only had to stay here for one night...
