I dined in during lunch and had a nice experience. The watermelon sangria was super delicious drink, light and fruity! The chicken and gnocchi soup was lackluster, just a bit bland but still worth taking some home with me. I had the chicken Parmesan which is what I always get (lol) and it was wonderful as per usual! The chicken has a great texture, paired with the sauce and cheese it’s a great meal! I recommend trying it with Alfredo sauce mixed in with the red sauce!

Our server was excellent. Very attentive. However prices have definitely gotten higher since I last visited. For 2 people: 2 drinks, 2 soups salad and breadsticks, 1 appetizer and 1 dessert cost $60. Decided to forgo the entree as neither of us were that hungry and took the dessert home for another day.

While the food today was decent, the service was not so much. Included in this review though which is definitely kind of sad is a picture which will show the lack of cleaning that happens in this restaurant. The light fixtures that are directly above the table/inevitably also above your food are full of spider webs. To the point if you look closely at the photo you can see the web going from the light to the wall. @OliveGarden, please do better!

Ehhh subpar. Olive Garden used to be fresh and delicious. Food has severely gone down hill but with huge price increases. Food was ehhh. We waited a horribly long time for the whole dining experience.

This evening, my wife and I had an unfortunate dining experience. My wife had the ravioli carbenara, I had the soup, salad and bread sticks, and an appetizer to share. The appetizer was delicious, and we were excited for our meal. My wife's food came out alone (it was amazing), but my soup took a while to come out. When it did come out, my wife's side of soup was missing, and I wasn't offered any cheese on top. The salad came out as we were paying for our meal and getting ready to leave (the excuse being that there were no salad bowls clean), and throughout our meal, our server was almost never present. She was very sweet but almost never around. I do not blame the server for everything because she was not set up for success by her coworkers, but she should try to be on the floor a little more. Although it was very disappointing, we will be back eventually, and we hope the experience will be better.

Had a better time here than the last two visits. The lasagna was the one I asked for instead of the entree. The waiter was attentive to the table and we only waited 10 mins for our table. It was a nice atmosphere. The breadsticks and marinara dipping sauce were peak too.

Table was an absolute mess when they brought us to it. Took an over half an hour before drinks are ordered. Over hour and half for food which was messed. Bread was extremely cold by the time we got our food. No refills. Wrong drinks. No refill on unlimited soup after asking twice. I'm done with this Olive Garden. I get better service at literally EVER fast food place and other sit in restaurants. It has been 2 hours and I STILL don't have a refill. Don't bother coming here. Better food and service for cheaper anywhere else.

Food was awesome! Waitress was great. The only thing is, and I love seeing families out to dinner, is the family we sat near let their kids run wild and they were loud. Teach your kids how to behave in public! But everything else was great!

I’m not a big fan of chain restaurants and when I do make a review of a chain it’s usually good. Pros- Service good Food good - Alfredo chicken tortellini Cons- Pricey Atmosphere dated Traffic on Wilma Rudolph Conclusion- Order a dinner meal and split. Restaurants are very competitive and this restaurant knows service can make the difference.

We reserved for a group of 50 but we only had 35 show up on a Saturday evening. The staff was so accommodating and flexible. I was really impressed from top to bottom how they handled what I thought would be a really tough group to satisfy. We had 16 14-year-old boys from our soccer team with us and their families. The boys were reasonably well behaved for their age but they totally trashed the table where they sat. The staff brought us back to our tables as soon half our party arrived. The two servers started filling drink orders and appetizers right away. The drink refills just kept on coming. Even for waters! I fully expected long delays at some point throughout the night because I’ve never seen a sit down restaurant handle a large group like that before but there were no long delays at all. No issues with getting food and drinks and checks completed in a reasonable time at all. Not one check was wrong and they ran our payments and returned our cards quickly. My compliments to all the servers and staff who helped us and to the management team for putting everyone in a great position to serve us well. Good times were had! I think we were the last party to leave that night. Thank you

Fast service, professional and nice waiters, waiting time was average food tasted amazing, the chicken and gnocchi soup was creamy and the 5 cheese risotto was just right not to cheesy or bland. Breadsticks were soft with right amount of butter and salt.

I love the soup and salad here. My sister and I enjoyed a delicious lunch there the other day. Thank you so much to the hostesses and servers, you have such wonderful attitudes. Thank you for showing up and doing an amazing job, to everyone doing their part.

I like their food. It's one of my favorite restaurants. Now, first impressions are important, and at this particular restaurant, they failed. There was litter and such in the parking lot where we walked to the front door. The restaurant itself was clean, but . . .

I normally enjoy eating here, but this last time, the service wasn't that great. Our waitress was really sweet, but we didn't see her much. She was very apologetic about that. Our breadsticks were more cool than warm, our meals just warm. The steamed broccoli was very hard and the pieces extremely large. I am willing to concede they might have been having a bad day, and because of that, will definitely give them the opportunity to serve me again.

When I go out with my family, I expect not to be ignored. I should not have to ask for a refill of my beverage, salad, soup, or bread sticks when it is visible that all have been consumed. I understand businesses have struggled due to COVID, politics, and other issues. But I will not eat at Olive Garden again because of the lack of service and disturbing atmosphere. Couldn’t get a chocolate upon request. My husband did tip well because it’s his way but I was disgusted.

1/22/23 we didn't plan on a late dinner especially eating out but we arrived around 8:45pm (10pm close). Our waitress was great but the hostest did seem a bit bothered with us coming in when we did. I always take into consideration different reasons because I've been there. However, we felt that we more of a nuisance than anything. Other than that, everything was great!

I love love Olive garden! I have never had a bad experience at any of them I have been to. The food is always really good. The salad is always very fresh. I enjoy and going here very much and go quite often.

Our orders took an hour and a half to come out. The food was cold by the time it was received. Once we received our ticket 6 items we didn’t order, 5 things were completed wrong, 3 items we ordered the exact same and were all different prices. We had 3 separate orders and had to separate out on the ticket machine and take the time to figure out who’s was who’s due to it not being placed on separate tickets as originally ordered. We ended up eating salad and breadsticks until we were full and packed the cold food for the house. Not a good experience at all which is not typical for an olive gardens, unfortunate to say but our first and last time at this particular one.

Ordered from this Olive Garden last week. They left out the calamari appetizer. Car side delivery option was used, but we waited in their parking lot for nearly an hour after the time that was given for pickup. Spoke with the manager by phone regarding the missing item, manager said they'd refund our card, but no refund has been issued. Food was good but everything else about the experience was not.

Where do I start the service and food we had was totally awesome. We waited an hour to get in but was well worth it. The place was packed but I felt that we still had distance between seating. Our server Ryan was on point drinks full soup, salad and bread he kept it coming. By the time main course came I think everyone was pretty full but everyone said what they did eat was delicious. Overall a awesome visit for the wife's Birthday and will definitely be going back.

The food could have been a little bit more warm when it first came out. We had to ask for someone to clean our table and chairs because there was left over food on the table and liquid on the chairs. There was food all on the floor surrounding our table and I kept stepping on a half eaten breadstick under my table until I kicked it out. The taste of the food was good and the service was great.

Food is always good, the service is sometimes really slow. Like the last time they had been open a few minutes, we were seated in the main dining room on the corner. They walked by a bunch of times. There was a bunch of them, a couple of groups, just yakking away!! After about 15 minutes somebody showed up to take the drink order. Then 1 minute later our server came to ask for the drink order. When things finally got settled and moved along it was very good. The server was very nice. Food was very good! I just dont like to wait forever when there's hardly any customers in to eat yet and we're just sitting, and sitting...

This establishment has got to be my favorite and the most professional dining place that I could go to. I eat here very regularly singular and with my family we always are pleased. The food is spectacular and the atmosphere and crew are terrific, if you're into an Italian eatery I'd advise this particular one any day, plus probably the best bar of any restaurant if you're feeling frisky. Thanks Tyler Smith

We went to Olive Garden yesterday and had no problems. Food was great and service was excellent. Diane did a great job as our server - would come back again and ask for her. They seemed staffed fairly well given the manpower shortage that seems to be gripping our nation. My only complaint was the men’s restroom. It was absolutely disgusting. When we arrived they had an out of order sign on it - but they removed it. I did not go to the restroom until we were leaving, and it was awful. It seemed like there was a plumbing issue because trash had been taken out and paper towels and soap had been adequately stocked. I would probably not have eaten there at all though if I had went to the restroom on arrival as the urine smell was very bad and liquid was on the floor by the drain. It was a bad ending to an otherwise pleasant meal and pleasant service.
