Simple- spicy chicken meal. What’s do I receive? Sausage egg and cheese. I made it so easy for them, it was placed on DoorDash, with names attached for Goodness sakes. I get an order that says George. So, now George doesn’t have his breakfast and neither do I. I’m so sick of society accepting absolute ignorance. It’s not a coincidence that Every. Single. Time people go out to eat and spend a MINIMUM of $25 for a small fast food meal, the meal is entirely wrong, cold, items missing. No one gives a care anymore. No one is apologetic. I mean, it’s not their food. Everyone has their head in the clouds and lacks professionalism. It’s not even a matter of a slight inconvenience. As I said, every time we go out to eat, get groceries, pay a bill, etc. we have a strange experience with staff which is a reflection upon society losing it. No matter where we are. How difficult is it to make sure you are double checking the ticket before placing items into a bag? And the fact that people think you don’t have a right to be upset? Lol. What a world.

This is the worst chick fil-A sandwich I've ever had. It was close to closing. I could have gone anywhere but I wanted a spicy chicken sandwich with lett and tomato. My sandwich was old and did not taste like chick fil-A at all. No tomato or lettuce. I should have gone anywhere else. Ruined my whole night. I'm here away from my family during Christmas and just wanted food I didn't have to cook. Definitely going downhill. They are lazy and just want to get off work. I will not ever come to this location again. I will also let others know.

Went in to Chick-fil-A of the day to have lunch we waited about 15 minutes for food then we noticed that they had forgotten to bring it. The atmosphere was not the Chick-fil-A Standard. The tables were dirty with food from previous customers. The floors Were Slippery and Literd with Waffle fries and Straw Wrappers The service wait was longer than normal. This Branch Needs A Little Help, the drive thru Is A Nightmare for Large Vehicles. Wells Rd Is Too Congested for A Chick-fil-A. They would have been better Off Leaving one Restaurant inside the Mall ... To relieve the Busy Congestion of Wells Rd.

Fries tasted old, dipping sauce for my nuggets wasn’t in the bag. No napkins either. Glad I checked before driving off.. The employees at the pick up window weren’t the sickeningly friendly people I’m used to when I go to a chic fil a. They were more concerned with their own conversations.

Chick-fil-A is always awesome. My son loves waffle fries. I'll take him there as an after school treat. He does get the adult meal and loves it every time

This is the best restaurant in the food chain, always clean. You are greeted with a smile,and ended with my pleasure yes this customer service is excellent !!!!!!! Love Love Love Chick-fil-A ❤️

I ordered breakfast. The service was great. The food came out freshly prepared and tasty

I went through the drive thru. My food is always hot and cooked well, even when the line is backed. The staff is always nice and courteous.
