The
bartender's
costumer
service
was
HORRIBLE,
the
only
reason
they
get
two
stars
is
because
of
the
gentleman
in
the
kitchen.
I
read
bad
reviews
before
leaving
my
house
today
online
and
still
decided
to
give
it
a
try
looking
for
potato
skins
near
me,
in
which
they
did
not
have.
The
menu
was
very
inaccurate
as
far
as
three
items
I
attempted
to
order
that
they
did
not
have.
Therefore,
I
chose
to
order
fried
okra
and
mozzarella
sticks.
The
menu
was
taken
from
me
when
I
was
still
ordering,
so
when
I
finally
got
another
menu
I
ordered
wings
with
a
different
bartender
<no
issues>
After
about
an
hour
of
waiting
for
my
food,
I
attempted
to
order
a
round
of
drinks
with
the
original
bartender
and
followed
up
on
my
drinks
30
minutes
later
because
apparently
she
forgot,
she
brought
me
shots
when
I
ordered
drinks
and
had
an
attitude
when
I
asked
for
ice
and
juice
in
the
drinks
as
I
am
not
a
big
drinker
and
need
juice
to
drink
it.
She
finally
gives
me
two
separate
paper
bags,
one
has
my
okra
the
second
has
the
wings
that
I
ordered
with
the
other
lady<that
were
the
incorrect
flavor
but
I
never
complained
and
I
did
not
eat
them,
I
gave
them
to
friends
because
it
was
not
what
I
ordered>.
I
let
the
bartender,
I
believe
her
name
was
Kisha,
know
that
I
did
not
receive
my
mozzarella
sticks
and
she
instantly
started
yelling
at
me
that
she
was
not
the
kitchen
and
I
had
to
wait
until
the
kitchen
gave
them
to
me.
My
main
issue
was
that
I
was
not
complaining
but
advising
her,
I
ordered
the
wings
with
a
different
lady
and
did
not
want
her
to
assume
with
giving
me
two
bags
that
I
had
my
complete
order
that
I
had
already
paid
for,
I
never
expected
to
be
yelled
at,
cussed
out
and
disrespected
for
checking
on
my
order
from
over
an
hour
prior.
Eventually
I
tried
to
follow
up
with
the
other
bartender
as
I
was
scared
to
follow
up
with
the
extremely
rude
one
and
she
acted
like
she
was
scared
to
follow
up
with
the
kitchen.
The
guy
from
the
kitchen
advised
me
that
there
were
no
mozzarella
sticks
and
purchased
me
a
drink
for
my
bad
experience
and
refunded
my
money,
which
was
a
great
gesture
but
I
wouldn't
support
again
with
bartenders
that
yell
at
you
for
following
up
on
an
appetizer
order
placed
in
the
8
o'clock
hour
that
is
still
not
received
after
10:30
and
unapologetic
when
you
follow
up,
please
train
Kisha
or
whatever
her
name
is
in
costumer
service.
