    You to enjoy the taste of true happiness and feel like your a royal citizen, this is a down to earth place with friendly and family people. The music is smooth . The atmosphere is clam. The back sitting and patio area is a paradise… You might find your luck is 1000x better

    Since there isn't a ZERO review option they get a one, they use to be good place to go for a fun time. Good fresh food and quality drinks and I will say tasty food again. But now the service is terrible the bar service is rude. Definitely could use a redo, new ownership or management. Because your staff doesn't seem to like people or their job. Everyone was complaining not just me. I hope this place doesn't continue to go down because at one time it was a nice fun place to go. Lady lucky is a long standing restaurant/bar in the neighborhood PLEASE DO BETTER! And it took them over an 1.5 hr for wings that were wrong!!!! Please don't run this bar into the ground by being, ghetto, nasty, and disrespectful. If you work at a bar you should like people.

    They really need a pickup window for carry out orders!! I stood at the bar for almost 20 minutes before I was helped!!! I stood there for another 20 minutes before I got half my order….. I just paid for what I had and left unhappy. Don’t get me wrong the food is good but is ur worth the wait?? Nah not really. I will not be going back there again. I’m done

    It's a bar so if you didn't go to drink just get a delivery. The app said my food was ready and I still waited almost 30 minutes!! Then the barmaid and bar man just wall by making no eye contact with you ESPECIALLY so they won't hear you scream over the music if your order is ready. I had the Cobb salad. The chicken was overcooked, chewy and smelled funny. The bacon was raw. After I picked the chicken out (threw it away of course) and nuked the bacon it became decent. The upside was they gave me an abundance of dressing so my mediocre salad was properly dressed!!

    Rude man with a short complex stop me at the door 30 minutes before closing telling me that nobody else was allowed in didn't even ask me to come again or thank me for my patronage. But this is what I get for coming to the hood expecting decent treatment. Our people are our own worst enemies. I will not be back.

    I love the atmosphere everyone's friendly and having fun. The food was delicious and I love the happy hours beers. Will return next week.

    I thought the food was. Very tasty , I had the catfish and orange roughy meal. The meal was cooked right the fish perfectly cooked and seasoned fine , of course it's not the greatest I have ever tasted, but for a bar and grill it's defy right up there Now the fries were typical skin fried potatoes which were nice french fries lol . That's always a hit or miss depending on your taste. The file slaw was nice and tasty just in the small portion size, they could actually stuff the kitty cup people would not be disappointed. The two slices of side bread were just that two slices of bread lol.. You can also order other sides if you prefer, this was my first experience so I'm not disappointed, I'm always a little Leary on choosing a fish dinner but I will be returning.. I rewarmed the food in a air fryer so the food was just as delicious as it was when it came out the kitchen .. I had delivery so I'm definitely pleased .I didn't give five stars because that would mean it was the best ever and that was not so . But it was delicious.

    They gave me 11 day old soup! Today is the 18th. This soup says January 7th!! I want my money back and I am definitely calling the health dept

    Ordered meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, mac and cheese. All were way too spicy, overcooked, and it was obvious the mac and cheese was old.

    It's OK. They have an amazing security staff male and female. Pool tables only 2. The bar seems like many regulars attend. However, everything is poured. You can't order an Angry Orchard or a bottled wine. Which was unusual. My drink was specifically poured then the tender walked to the back with my drink in hand. Whattttttt! I didn't drink it although it was paid for.

    The bartender's costumer service was HORRIBLE, the only reason they get two stars is because of the gentleman in the kitchen. I read bad reviews before leaving my house today online and still decided to give it a try looking for potato skins near me, in which they did not have. The menu was very inaccurate as far as three items I attempted to order that they did not have. Therefore, I chose to order fried okra and mozzarella sticks. The menu was taken from me when I was still ordering, so when I finally got another menu I ordered wings with a different bartender <no issues> After about an hour of waiting for my food, I attempted to order a round of drinks with the original bartender and followed up on my drinks 30 minutes later because apparently she forgot, she brought me shots when I ordered drinks and had an attitude when I asked for ice and juice in the drinks as I am not a big drinker and need juice to drink it. She finally gives me two separate paper bags, one has my okra the second has the wings that I ordered with the other lady<that were the incorrect flavor but I never complained and I did not eat them, I gave them to friends because it was not what I ordered>. I let the bartender, I believe her name was Kisha, know that I did not receive my mozzarella sticks and she instantly started yelling at me that she was not the kitchen and I had to wait until the kitchen gave them to me. My main issue was that I was not complaining but advising her, I ordered the wings with a different lady and did not want her to assume with giving me two bags that I had my complete order that I had already paid for, I never expected to be yelled at, cussed out and disrespected for checking on my order from over an hour prior. Eventually I tried to follow up with the other bartender as I was scared to follow up with the extremely rude one and she acted like she was scared to follow up with the kitchen. The guy from the kitchen advised me that there were no mozzarella sticks and purchased me a drink for my bad experience and refunded my money, which was a great gesture but I wouldn't support again with bartenders that yell at you for following up on an appetizer order placed in the 8 o'clock hour that is still not received after 10:30 and unapologetic when you follow up, please train Kisha or whatever her name is in costumer service.

    Bartenders say the hell with new faces, only the regulars especially the fellas and the girls they cater to either friends or whatever get the service waited 15- 20 minutes, all that keep trying to flag & sayexcuse me & they just keep on strolling those girls not blind &the lights was on but hey our money spends all over not just in there.

    I wish I could give this place a negative star. Service was terrible! My husband went there to get food for lunch before he went in to work. He called in the order, then got there went inside and waited a whole hour. Only to be told A HOUR LATER that some items he ordered were not available and they hadn’t even started to make his food at all. He was told he would receive a call with some form of a resolution and has not received a thing. We will never step foot in this place and advise others not to.

    Went to Lady Luck for the first time Thursday night for my pool league games. Amazing food, cool crowd and the staff was great. I will definitely be back.

    I only gave one star because I have to. Do not waste your time or money here. I came to get drinks and order food. I was told that the kitchen would reopen at 11:30pm. After seeing that other patrons were getting food I asked to order something again. I was then told the kitchen would reopen at 12am. When I confronted the person that gave me the incorrect information he said “I never said that. I said the kitchen closed at 10:30.” How did the kitchen close at 10:30 when people were receiving their food around 11:30? I then asked a different bartender what time the kitchen reopens and he said 12am. I told him I was previously told the kitchen reopened at 11:30 and he said “Well they just changed it to 12am.” So clearly the first person I spoke with lied, and he happens to be the manager.

    My husband visits the bar a lot after he gets off of work. They over serve him and allow him to drink until he can’t stand up then they let him walk out the door to drive. I know it’s not their responsibility to make sure he makes it home safe but it doesn’t s their responsibility not to over serve their customers but they don’t care as long as he’s spending money. He left this bar and was in an accident and now I’m in the process of suing this establishment.

    I drove all the way across town for wings, last time they were delicious so I came here for lunch. When I placed my order they said, "The Lady gone to get the chicken now?" I was so disappointed because management has to do better!

    Walked in there was only eight people at the bar none of them had drinks waited 10 minutes to get served and got kicked out for complaining. It was the first and last time I was in there.

    I have made a stop here, to pick up food when I was doing door dash. I was greeted promptly by the bartender. There was a what for the order. She treated me as if I was customer, even though I was only there to pick up food. Most establishments ignore you. I regret not getting her name, cuz she was the hostesses with the mostes. She kept me up to date on the process of the order and made sure I had everything when it was ready. I'll have to go back and get my own food someday. It smelt so good! And there was a wait for the order because they were making in fresh.

    Unfortunately this place has just gone downhill when it comes to the quality of the food and the customer service. Both are GARBAGE. I don’t see it staying open too much longer because they are pushing away all their new customers and I can guarantee you only but so many “regulars” can keep this place afloat. Looking at the other negative reviews, everyone has had the same issues with the rude staff and crazy long wait times for food, and the owner just copy & pastes an impersonal, generic response. It’s sad to see a black business ran so unprofessionally.

    First the waitress over looked me took 10 minutes or more to place my order then was told 20-25 minutes then after 20-25 minutes had past my order was still not ready then told it would be another 15 minutes because they had a change in cooks The order finally came about 20 minutes later. I didn’t check my order before leaving and got home after all this time to find out that my sides were wrong and the chicken wing ding’s was so hard they couldn’t be ate.. A total waste of 30 dollars I wouldn’t recommend and I won’t be going back!!!!!!!!!!!’
