They have good food but the line always long

Happy people, good service. Wish they put butter on the potatoes or offered it. The chicken tenders are really hit or miss. 5 pieces doesn't denote size. Once it got five all large, another time it was five all small. If there were some guaranteed minimum on net weight I'd be happier.

I ate breakfast here 4+ times a week for two years. The #3 on white is the best breakfast sandwich in Cleveland hands down.

The website for this location says this location closes at 4:00 PM, when I arrived at 3:45, the place was already cleaned up and shut down, and the lady at the counter told me they were closed. Closed a whole 15 minutes early??? I also called this same location at 4:01PM and talked to someone who told me this location closes at 3:30 when I told her what the official website said, she replied with “oh, that’s not right. We close early when we don’t have any people.” I’m confused. What time does this location close and does this location have special hours? Just overall piss poor. Unacceptable.
