It serves the American breakfast/brunch. I like the place and go there quite often.

Just got done came in at 12pm Friday. Good server and service but took 1 hr 15 min to get the food. Not to mention it was cold. Food was very disappointing for the price you pay; way too expensive compared to other comparable places. This place is not proprietary in any way, not worthy of the prices. I had been here a few years ago and swore I would never go back because of its prices and it never has exactly what I want. Decided to go back for my mother in law and my husbands visit. Had an open mind. Disappointed again. Never coming back ever. For good this time.

Service was terrible. We were seated with no server. A random server saw us looking lost and came over to help. All the food arrived cold! When we sent it back, it came back wrong and another table next to us had the same problem!!! Just fire the whole restaurant.

Don't waste your time or money. I normally love YT's fish fry-day meal but this YT obviously had no idea how to cook fish. I literally have never had a meal so covered in oil in my life. It took 5 napkins to make the meal even remotely edible. There was so much oil in the bottom of my to-go container that my fries became soggy! If they are okay with letting food out of the kitchen in this condition then I would never go to this location again. So sad because I was really looking forward to this meal that I love at other locations!

Amazing food and service, great atmosphere! Must try their old fashioned milkshakes. A child friendly establishment.

Though we did not realize that this location closed at 8pm on a Friday night the service definitely reflected. Our server was great and was trying very hard but he could not bring my drink because he was under 21 so the manager needed to bring it. I watched the manager walk back and forth before I sent another waiter to find out the hold up. After which I watched the manager go back to the office and continued to pace, then he goes to make my drink at which point I no longer wanted it. When the food came the only thing that tasted good/right was my son's pancakes. The manager did comp the meal but I would have preferred to just have good service so I didn't have to still turn around to find somewhere to feed my family.

Very good, like always. The "small" burger option is still a full burger with a variety of toppings options (club is my favorite) and the fries are great and unique (kinda like steak fries in potato chip shape). A reliable diner, very good standard breakfast stuff too.

We stopped by around 2 p.m. on a weekday. It had lots of delicious options. There could have been a few more vegetarian options, which would have been helpful for our family, but overall, it was a great experience. Recommended!

I love Your Truly at Shaker Square because the worker are very nice and then welcome you very clean there the food is great. Everyone that come in is very Beautiful and the worker have very beautiful smile. And you not waiting all day for your food. I will be back. Thank you too the Management and coworkers at Your Truly Shaker Square

Horrible service. Under staffed. Under trained. Waitress was too immature and not trained properly to handle a busy night. Waited 20 minutes before she came to take our order, waited another hour for our food and then another 20 minutes for the bill (had to flag her down -- she never checked on us after our food came out). She just asked for a credit card without showing me the bill. When I pointed out we needed to leave, she copped an attitude and responded by telling us that "she's been running around all night and is too busy." Yes, servers are busy. That's the job. Most restaurants have figured out how to train their staff accordingly. This one hasn't. A real shame for an otherwise great restaurant.
