Unfortunately the wait was 10+ minutes. I was very specific with my order since I noticed the menu changed not only did they lie about the PEANUTBUTTER milkshake still being available they gave me REESE’s… I asked for no cherry and they still put one on there and took it off leaving the cherry juice in the milkshake HELLO I am allergic as well as the lid was not properly secured as it spilled in my car. It’s been a while since I came here but I can see why I will never spend a dime here again they are slowly going down the drain and I can see why locations are shutting down

Who doesn’t enjoy a classic🥤milkshake?! Steak & Shake’s are bomb! I’ve recently tried the 🍓flavor alongside my chicken tender and fries meal. I’ve heard the 🍔 are ok, I don’t eat beef myself. The food is prepared quickly and the servers are nice. I wish they had fish options that would make them even greater.

We went to this one as it is a little closer than Brooklyn. Should have known when we were the only ones there and it took five mins for someone to come over (it was 11:30a on a Sunday). Our food was all messed up. My Salad bowl and my son's both were missing the avocado. Mine I asked for no cheese and there was cheese hidden in it. My youngest I order Mac n cheese for and the server brought out sliders. I told him that is not what I ordered and he argued with me in saying that is what I ordered. Sadly for him, I would never order as my children and I are vegetarian, so no.. sliders would have never been my order. I asked for him to bring a side plate so we could take fries from my husband's and give to my youngest. He brings back the same plate from the sliders with fries on it with smears of ketchup all over it. My husband ordered a milkshake. We had our food and were half done eating when my husband asked about it. He finally brought it. Overall, we will never visit this location again. When you can not get a simple order right when you are dead then it shows the place is not good. I was not going to say anything about my salad but my husband told me I should as I had only eaten half (the half the cheese was not dumped on). They ended up taking both my son's and my salads off the bill. Still not enough for me to visit this location again. (The image of lemons.. that is what I got when I asked for some.. would you put that in your drink?!?!

There was a fight between employees. The police was called. In the midst of chaos, they gave our order to someone else. They had to remake our order, making us wait an additional 10 minutes. The food was okay though. They also forgot to give my sister a spoon for her chili.

The lady at the window was VERY NICE! However, these shakes were like.... icey. No good. Barely any chocolate taste at all. Terrible.

I feel sorry for the manager here. My kids and I go here all the time for milkshakes happy hour we catch the bus and over 5x the door was locked and we didn't have a car, so we caught all those buses just to be let down. Finally we got a ride and went back doors were locked we went to the drive thru and the manager told us that they didn't have any employees except for the manager and one employee.... Absolutely Ridiculous.. Milkshake was ok though

😍 the drive thru was pretty fast… these burgers r my guilty pleasure 😩 I really love the long pickle slices that are placed on the burgers, i can taste the sweet pickle in every bite (so yummy). The lettuce is crisp and fresh, u can hear the crunch when u bite the sammich 😂 so good. R the veggies from Whole Foods? The reason I ask is bc they’re so fresh and they make the sandwich (sammich) perfect. I really wish u had “seasoned fries” like all thee other Steak n Shakes outside of this area has. Plain fries r boring-but with all due respect, the fries were fresh and…. not bad. The lemonade was good too, freshly squeezed lemons, no? Love it!

Ghetto rude unprofessional disrespectful and very disturbing... on 8-7-2023 around 6:50pm. I'm in the drive thru ordering a #8 when I asked with no onion the drive thru server who was taking the order proceeded to say "they come with them but whateva whateva anythang else anythang else" (rudely with attitude and very dismissive)... I asked for the manager as the manager proceeded to yell over the intercom, I explained that I'll come in, she yelled my doe locked and I am the managa (side note the spelling errors are how they were annunciated) I pull out of drive thru and proceed to check the door when I am met by a midsized average height brown skin gender neutral being with a missing tooth and a young beard named Barbara aka Barbara Tucker ( this is how it was said me) said manager who boisterously over the intercom made me aware her doe was locked.... when addressing the issue of customer service I was told by said gentleladyman (aka bbt big Barbara tucker in case you were wondering about the acronym) that's how she talks anything else I can help you with ma'am ( said in an aggressive tone) And the excuse for the poor customer service was that they were understaffed.... at this point I'm uncomfortable spending my money or even trusting them with my food for me and my family...

I absolutely love happy hour at steak and shake my daughters and I frequent the Steelyard location once a week, I just hate the fact that they rarely have enough employees to serve inside and the drive thru suffers as well.🥺

The customer service is on point, but the food leaves much to be desired. The fries were ancient and stale and the burgers were hastily thrown together with no regard to presentation. Not worth the $24 I paid.

Food was good, the girl seem like she didnt want to be at work, and I asked to add something small on and she did add it for me, but didnt say anything, well im sorry I needed to add something small, like just make customers feel uncomfortable why dont cha!

Waited over a half hour for my drink order to be messed up and a cold tasteless burger. I don't expect them to be as fast as others but when I can literally go into the store and buy the raw materials myself and cook it in the same amount of time something is wrong. I will absolutely never eat at another.

Bro unless you want your order wrong every time you go there, I suggest you don’t come here. They’ve literally messed up my order the past three times I’ve been there.

Service at this location was great. The cook greeted me and my son as we walked in the door. We did an online order and it was ready when we arrived. Food was fantastic 😀

Excellent customer service… they serve fresh hot food and always with a smile….polite…caring and customers are a first…!!….if….there are issues..they solve them without malice or attitude… these ladies need to be commended because of their hearts and love for their job…loyalty at its finest!!!!

i've tried to go here two times out of the 9 months i've lived in cleveland first time they tell me they are only doing doordash orders only second time they had cones blocking the drive through so you couldn't order what is going on and they aren't letting anyone dine in

We are visiting the area and very excited to find a steak n shake! Boy were we disappointed. Couldn't dine in, followed the car hop order process wrong I guess, called because our food was taking long, bacon cheese burgers has no bacon and one no cheese, got two straws and two spoons for four shakes and no napkins. Not a good experience. The guy who brought the food out was very nice though and probably working short handed.

The Managers treat employees very terribly, they get mad at them instead of helping them. Debbie never refunded me for my food I forgot to but they gave me the drinks. And my Milk shake had whipped cream and cherry

My kids and I love steak and shake it's our happy hour spot...We always get the same thing mostly 3 strawberry shake with Oreo, every now and then we may switch up, normally it's pretty cool but the day before yesterday was different, money was funny so only one of my kids got a milkshake, and she was trying to see if she had enough money to get us one she asked the drive thru person how much are the milkshakes and she said $4.99 and my daughter asked well how much are they on happy hour and mind you we are the only car in line, the cashier said Ion know look at the menu and there is nowhere on the menu that tells you how much they are during happy hour... She was the manager, very very rude. My kid has learning issues.... She made her feel bad, like she was dumb and that was totally unnecessary from a steak and shake manger, probably won't be back
