This location absolutely sucks and I wouldn’t recommend a soul going. Today was my first time returning after a month, and boy do I regret it. For whatever reason, Dunkin no longer stirs your coffee (at least that’s what the staff says) so they give you a cup of coffee with all the sugar and syrup at the bottom. Fine, I’ll go out of my way and stir my own coffee. But today I’ve had the last straw. This cup of coffee is primarily oat milk. Can’t taste a drop of the coffee or the additional espresso shot that I paid for. This cup of coffee taste like too sweet oat milk. Highly disappointed. I’ve tried complaining to management in person, but it’s useless. So just don’t go! They do not want to improve. They are fine with treating us any type of way. Save your money, get your own coffee machine and leave this establishment alone. If I wanted to waste my money, I could remove it from my account and rip it into piece on my own. I will never return again! Thank you for stealing my money yet again!

GET THERE EARLY FOR THE GOOD STUFF! They decorated so cute for Halloween! The baked goods are decorated so cute too! Spiders donuts and more 🕷️🍩 Fast service, good customer service and you have to try the grilled cheese! Compare to the Tomato & pesto sandwhich from Starbucks ⭐️

When me & a friend were at this Dunkin' location, it was not crowded and the service was fairly quick. There are a lot of items on the menu so we will definitely go back to try something other than the donuts we got today.

Lots of staff just sitting around and joking with each other while there's a huge line of cars waiting for service. Employees clearly don't care for anything and while in the line i saw multiple people get frustrated with the service at the window and just drive away. There are better branches than this.

Employees were friendly and service was quick. I ended up leaving my phone in the bathroom and being 3 hours away from home for an appointment at Cleveland Clinic, I panicked thinking it might be gone. When I called the manager let me know she had it in the office and would hold onto it until I got back. Overall my experience there was great.

Long wait for old food, incorrect order and rude cashier. There was only 1 car ahead of me and yet I waited at least 10 minutes to move forward. When I finally got my food I could tell the bagel had been retoasted. It was stale and I could taste the burned seasonings on it, also it was cold and I ordered it with cream cheese and there was hardly any on it at all. When I pointed this out to the cashier he tried to tell me it would be another 2 dollars for a side of cream cheese because I'd already bitten it. Why I had to go back and forth just to get my order CORRECTED is beyond me. I wouldnt recommend this location if it was the last one standing. I've been before and had equally horrible service but was hoping it was a one off. I'll never return to this location again. Thank God there's a Starbucks closer to home where food is fresh, order served with a smile and you can expect an apology for an incorrect order at the MINIMUM. Proceed to this location with caution.

BAD BAD BAD NOTHING IS GOOD ABOUT THIS PLACE. I’ve never get mad this much about dounts. The staff are really rude, asking for my rights to get the right order it is the only thing that I can do and they did nothing but bad attitude. You can see how bad my order was from the pic. I had to go to the store by myself just to get an attitude from them.

Horrible customer service, came through the drive thru order 2 coolates and 2 donuts. First window young man was rude gave me 1 donut in a unopened bag just sitting in the top part bout to fall out (like when you first receive the bag) Get pulled to the second window and after waiting for 10 mins they tell me they didn't have one of my donuts, fine took a alternate and get my drinks. Pull off taste the donut was stale sip the drinks they were completely sour no flavor or sugar. Come back simply ask for a refund and get met with attitude saying they don't do refunds. Well I don't want a remake cause it will be the same. Only for the manager to discover she forgot to add sugar to the machine. Never Again! I still want my money back.

I just went this morning to buy regular coffee and donuts. The screen mini was off so I went to the window to make my order. There is two kids inside. They just playing around and acting so stupid I don’t think so. They can run business so this message to the owner please find you a good employees to keep your business going.

Friday 1-19-2024 -- purchased 1-doz. donuts, 3-muffins, 3-bagels w/cream cheese on my Visa Debit card for a business meeting. Arrived to office to discover the Dunkin server did not put the 3-bagels and cream cheese in the large, plastic Dunkin carry bag. I telephoned, and telephoned -- NO ONE WOULD ANSWER THE 8000 Carnegie, Cleve., Ohio telephone!!! While myself and other customers were inside awaiting our orders, two (2) employees began loudly arguing with each other!!! Left a text message, explaining lack of my bagel order being received, along with my phone # listed. Requested that my phone number be dialed back. NO RESPONSE. Now . . . "Dunkin" has the nerve to ask ME for a review/comment? Refund me my money -- I don't want any form of compensation but a refund. I WILL NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!!

I've gone to this location twice, the first time even though I only ordered two donuts and I still had to wait at the window for over 10 minutes and then it took them another 5 minutes to get my order right. When they finally acknowledged I was there. The second time I went, even though there were people inside, they simply chose to ignore that people were at the drive-thru window so I left.

I go to this location and normally receive decent consistent service. I live near the Mayfield Rd location and prefer this one, it’s close to my job and the food is usually hot. Today I ordered 2 breakfast wraps. They were straight from the freezer/fridge. Oddly enough the young man that came and handed them to me appeared to be upset/angry. I thought nothing of it. Once I arrived home, I saw that the food was straight from the freezer, I have to wonder if it was intentional. I’m honestly considering turning around and going back, mind you it’s a 20 minute drive…I’m a regular and I tip, so I’m doubly peeved

It’s not the staff’s fault and they are always quick to accommodate, but whenever i make orders on the app and then get to the store, they are always out of whatever i ordered (croissants for the sandwiches, or chai) which is just frustrating because i don’t think the app should allow an order to go through and process if the store does not physically have the ingredients. The Staff is always really accommodating and will make substitutes though so low ratings is not a reflection of them but a reflection of Dunkin itself not having a good system in place for mobile orders
