Impeccable service and the food was prepared perfectly! The Fillet was cooked to perfection and the spicy tuna roll appetizer was just right! I'm very picky about my Moscow mules and they accomodated without hesitation. Last, but not least, the berry bread pudding was proper. A delicious custard texture and not dry. Thank you John for the amazing service!

We came to enjoy the chefs table for my birthday celebration. We regularly do upscale dining. This was absolutely exceptional! I loved everything about it. Head chef Zack and all of his kitchen staff were amazing. The multi course meal we enjoyed was superb in both taste and presentation. We had cocktail pairings with each meal course that were expertly crafted by the bartender John! And I can't forget to mention our server Mark. He helped make the whole experience more enjoyable. We made sure to compliment everyone directly as well as let the manager know how pleased we were. Thank you Table 45 for the truly great experience! We will return.

We had a great experience after a few stressful days medically. The environment, staff & food were outstanding! 3 Course, special menu selection, chef's recommendations were a hit for both of us. Good wine selections too! Thank you! Much appreciated.

This beautiful restaurant in the center of the Cleveland Clinic campus has a beautiful atmosphere and most of all excellent food and very very compassionate and welcoming staff. I ordered a veggie plate and added salmon and it was delicious. The salmon was crisp, with a flaky beautiful center and the seasonal veggies were cooked to perfection!!! I definitely will dine more often ❀️❀️❀️

Perfect! We haven't been here since 2019 and the experience was great as always. My wife and I came for New Years Eve drinks and appetizers at the bar then seated dinner. We spent over $400 in drinks and food as a special occasion (parents eve out). We ordered multiple different appetizers and alcohols at the bar and all tasted great. For dinner we did the specialized New Years menu which offered a unique 4 course choice meal. My wife and I ordered everything different from each other and it all was excellent. Thank you to Sunil Dham for being a gracious host and making us feel welcomed. The barkeep made great drinks and the servers did a top notch job describing the feature dishes on the menu and serving us. The atmosphere in table 45 is always professional and welcoming, I will be return another day for the same service I have always received. God Bless the United States of America

My partner enjoyed the bone marrow. The corn soup was good, note that it's spicy. I took a persian inspired vegan rice dish. It doesn't come with protein, so i supplemented with a side of mushrooms. They were good, but the rice dish was very oily and had a burnt taste. The chocolate moosey cake was reported as tasting old, and was struck off our check. The sorbet mango was very good and satisfying. All of the dishes were eye pleasing when served. The service was very good, as expected. The atmosphere still reminds of a generic hotel dining room.

Celebrated our 14th anniversary here on a visit to Cleveland. We did the chef's table experience here and it was a memorable time. Chef Zachary Bond oversaw the entire meal and created an amazing five course meal on the fly for us. He even switched up our seafood entree course after learning we were from South Carolina and it was flawless. Appetizer: The charcuterie board had sopressata paired with a classic soft cheese, locally harvested honeycomb, marcona almonds, fresh berries and olives, and a thinly sliced but hearty grain and seed toast. Salad: Watercress salad with radish, blue cheese, and a black garlic vinaigrette. Seafood: Originally would have been a red snapper dish, but Chef Zachary decided to pay homage to our Southern roots and gave us a blackened striped sea bass with blue cheese grits, collard greens cooked with turkey instead of pork, and a cajun cream sauce. This was divine and impressive for being thought up on the spot. Meat: Prime ribeye and filet cooked perfectly medium rare served with winter root veggies and asparagus with a red pepper sauce. We also had some parmesan and sun dried tomato risotto, sliced roasted fingerling potatoes, and a palate cleansing herb garnish with balsamic reduction. Dessert: The pastry chef created an apple cider flan that was delicate but bold with thinly sliced apples underneath with berry garnish. It was exceptional. We also had creme brulee that was simple but stellar with that perfectly caramelized hard top. We dug in before realizing we had forgotten photos, so apologies for the half-eaten pics of these items. Each plating was well thought out and intentional. It's clear that Zachary takes great care in providing an experience for his customers. His sous chefs work very well together in the kitchen and it was really fun getting to watch them behind the scenes. If you're inclined, they will also pair a cocktail or wine with each course and I have no doubt the pairings will be superb. If you want a unique experience in Cleveland run by an expert chef who knows how to combine ingredients into a special plate that will excite your tastebuds and put a smile on your face, then look no further than Table 45 and Chef Zachary and his team. Kudos to Valentina for providing excellent service, and thanks to the managers who stopped in to talk with us and make sure we were satisfied with everything. It was an awesome way to celebrate our anniversary and if we're ever in Cleveland again, we will make a point to come back to Table 45.

Excellent establishment with an innovative menu and high quality food. Highly recommend. 5 star quality service. I was particularly impressed that the head manager, Sunil, was going to all the tables to check on patrons and make sure everything is meeting a high standard.

Very quiet and clean place. The food was great and as was the service! Love their hummus, very unique flavor. The scallops are also good.

Considering the stress of waiting at a hospital, it was a breath of fresh air to be served at Table 45. The food and drinks were excellent. My server, Valentina, was exceedingly kind and attentive.

Food is pretty tasty. However they used to make the short ribs was a little better, but still tasty. My friend loves the gnocchi and gets it every time. The service is the best. Love the staff here. Personable, professional, attentive, everything you could ask for. It's a cool place, but can get pretty loud when it's really busy on the bar side. There is a patio for the summer months.

A little pricey. Great service. Everything cooked perfectly. We are low carb/ keto eaters, substitutions were easy and not a problem for the staff.

My portion of fish looked nothing like my relatives that got the same thing, but everyone else really enjoyed theirs. I just made the wrong choice for myself. It is a lovely place. Unfortunately, we've frequented the Cleveland Clinic a lot lately and always dine here. The service is just wonderful!

The scallop pasta and calamari were both delicious. But the pan roasted chicken is a must have, it's incredible juicy! All the dishes have generous portions, the price is great for what you are getting.

Best EVER high end dining! The calamari was PERFECT and the service impeccable. I had salmon broiled wonderfully and the friendly atmosphere and server was a great experience for the end of a tiring and stressful day at the Cleveland Clinic. The coffee was the perk at our meals end.

We weren't able to dine in because my girlfriend had contracted Covid so we ordered the striped bass & pan roasted chicken for take out. Both were superb, the taste was sublime & we were so enchanted sharing our dishes, we totally forgot to take photos of the dishes. We have never been disappointed dining at Table 45 & even though we had to order take out for the first time, the only thing missing was you! Tell Chef Zack Bruell that we sent you.

We went tonight for valentine's day dinner. We had Caryn as our server and she was lovely and the manager was very kind. We did the Valentines preset menu. We were excited especially after the 1st course but unfortunately that was the highlight of the evening. The second course was Ok, the entree was sad. Mine was dry and bland (I had the lobster ravioli) however my boyfriends tandoori chicken was moist. I can say management was wonderful and offered me a replacement meal for the ravioli and that was nice. And ending with the desert which I felt was lacking. Finally the time between courses was longer than it should have been. We were in restaurant for 2.5hrs. Outside of service I feel it wasn't worth the $217 bill We ended the night with. I don't think we'll be back.

Excellent all-round experience. Our server Karen and the other runners and support staff were all cheerful, helpful, prompt, and knowledgeable. Service was smooth and timed perfectly. All meals and apps were appealing and delicious. Decor was generic/modern, blond laminate wood, sort of airport mid-level loungey. But that was the hotel design, not restaurant specific.

The food was delicious and the wait staff did a great job. The only reason I'm giving a 4 instead of a 5, is that being attached to the Cleveland clinic, the surrounding atmosphere is a bit, clinical.

Always great food, promptly served by pleasant, attentive staff. The Eggs Benedict are wonderful. While their Almond Tart is very good I miss the Strawberry Panna Cotta and hope they bring it back to the menu.

We had a memorable dining experience here last month on a visit to the Cleveland Clinic. We had to return on another visit to the CC, to see if it was everything we remembered. It was. The servers are professional and personable in performing their job, and the food is absolutely out of this world. I have recommended this restaurant to friends, it’s only fair I recommend it to you. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

One good one not so…. My son’s burger was β€œvery good” according to him. My gnocchi was tough and not even as described in the menu. It came with a lot of very chewy sun dried tomatoes- not on the menu and lacked gremolata and basil - as promised on the menu Not sure there was brown butter either. Very disappointed.

We spent a lovely Mother's Day at Table 45. The buffet was wonderful, the ambience was peaceful, and the staff was very kind. We were a bit apprehensive about attending a buffet due to lingering fears of related to Covid-19. We were all vaccinated, boosted... and tired of being in the house for special occasions! I am so glad we ventured out. The entire brunch could not have felt safer or better managed. We will definitely be back next year.

πŸ‘ March 2022: Stopped here for lunch on a comp from the Jack Casino. They gave me $30 that I used to get the Double melt, tots, vanilla shake, and chili to go.
