Rude waitress. First of all it is a nice location inside and outside. We went with some colleagues and spent the whole day on the nice terrace, we had some food that was quite OK. But a restaurant needs more then good food to have a nice experience for their customers. I studied hotel and restaurant management for 5 years and worked for 20 years in the horeca sector. And I can tell you that the waitress who served(even not the correct word for this) was by far one of the worst experiences that I ve ever seen. If she worked with me she wouldn't last longer than 1 day. Whole day without one friendly action and most of the time sitting on her chair and doing anything but her job. And the most impressive move from her was that she came to tell us that we couldn't stay longer because we didn't have reservations for the evening. You can always find a solution and do never tell your customers to go. Eventually we did leave and filled our bellies at another restaurant where the service was nice and friendly. We will never go back here.

We caught a free day with no more than 2 tables occupied. The broccoli soup was very good and comforting. And the duck was well made with a good amount of purée alongside it. The cocktails were of a decent size and quite refreshing. I don’t know how it is when it’s crowded but for us the food was ready in 5 minutes after ordering.

Pros: - The food was delicious. Cons: - The waiters need more professional training. Attention and manners toward the client are crucial. Having good food but untrained staff is too bad. - Long waiting time for ordering, and serving.

Nice restaurant with a lower level outside patio area that is quite appealing. Prices were somewhat higher than "normal" but it's Cluj...

Nice summer garden to go for a beer or more, if you're hungry? grab some snacks and maybe a beer, on the way, cause you will have to wait and wait! till someone will take your order! And then arm yourself with patience, or play some cards with your friends! Food is good but not necessarily reflects the price. Service is pathetic although everyone is friendly and with good intentions but with a total lack of efficiency!

One of the best places I used to go to, but sadly, I was not impressed this time. It's true, the pandemic hit the industry pretty hard, but the place is overpriced, we were served cold and definitely not fresh food and we paid way too much for some store bought lava cakes. I ordered some ribs, I am a meat lover, but I received something cooked 2 days prior, with dried grease on the edges, alongside a bunch of tired potato chips that were fried a day before. Giving it 2 stars for my good memories, but leave your money some place else!

The place is very nice and fancy. There are a lot of dishes in the menu. A little bit pricy, but it is quality. We had only dessert: lava cake and their own signature dessert. Both were very tasty. We had a bad experience, as we waited for so long for someone to take our order. The place was full, but I do not see that as a justification.

I chose Livada because of their great location: it’s not very centered and therefore not extremely crowded at least in the morning and it is very close to the central park where I wanted to walk afterwards. I had breakfast at Livada and it was amazing. I ordered eggs Benedict (served on toasts with bacon and fresh salad) and a grapefruit fresh. The meal was delicious! I also loved the atmosphere - it’s like a loft but a cozier version of it. There are guitars and vinyls on the walls, I was lucky to sit next to John Lennon’s vinyl 😁 I guess there are evening music events at this place. Pity, I won’t have a chance to visit one this time but I’ll definitely keep Livada in mind. The staff was very calm but friendly and polite. I can definitely recommend it!

The interior is very nice, but they served our food in 10 min (pork ribs and chicken breast) and the rib was frozen inside. After asking them to heat it up they gave it someone in the kitchen who was wearing an winter jacket...in the kitchen. Here I ate the most expensive fries because the rib wasnt good at all.

Beautifull location, but we waited kinda long for our drinks. The plating was just fine, not wow.

The chocolate lava cake is a decadent dessert that will surely satisfy the appetite of any chocolate lover. The crust of the tart is buttery and crispy, providing the perfect base for the rich and intense dark chocolate filling. The filling is velvety and has a deep chocolate flavor that is not too sweet and in combination with the ice cream it is perfect. I recommend this dessert!

I ordered a chef burger and I am very disappointed about it because the meat was not well cooked! I am not gonna pay for this horrible thing. To add that the place is really nice, people are very polite and they are really interested into solving issues.

Had an after wedding party here and we had delicious burgers and chips. The halloumi burger for those who don’t eat meat were great. But something about the kitchens in Romania is off - burger normally comes with sweet potato fries and the chef refused to change these to normal fries so I got an extra portion. They don’t like changing anything on the menu. But the service was top notch. The girls looked after the big group really well

We had dinner at Livada and the food was extraordinary. The dessert was also very good, not too sweet at all. We liked the service and the entire atmosphere. We also liked that the portions were reasonable and not too small.

One of the nicest restaurants in town, and one of the few with a little interior garden, secluding the place like an oasis in the city center, right between the old town and the central park. Good food and good service (although I hear that the service may not be so good all the time, probably when the place is full of people). We had the halloumi salad and the salmon, plus matcha latte and espresso tonic which was interestingly good. The salad was good, and the salmon a bit too sweet in terms of the combination.

The food is great, we had salmon and duck, both were delicious. And the dessert is not to be missed! We will definitely come back!

Even though we were able to book online a table inside (for A/C), we were told that we need to stay outside (at 38°). The food was great & delicious (we've had roast chicken and smocked duck). We' ve wanted also "papanasi" but after we've waited 50 minutes for them, we gave up. After our order was taken and we've received the first set of beers, we've waited around 40 min for the food. When we received the food we've ordered other 2 beers- not riceved for more than 30 min (we had finished eating). We' ve asked twice for the beers and we've finallt received 4 beers because somehow they took twice our order. Meanwhile, people from 3 tables had left because noone took their order (out of which, one table with 5 persons). Another 6 persons sat at a table that was not dleaned for more than 30 minutes 🤦‍♀️ We have give up after 50 min of waiting for dessert and coffee and we've went to the bar to pay. Horror experience! Too bad for the food

If you're looking for something fancy and a pleasant atmosphere, that's the right place to go to. To be honest, I've been here two times and my culinary experiences are different. I wouldn't recommend any type of pasta. On the other side, the duck breast and the pork ribs are delicious 🤤. The desserts are also very good.

Place is beautiful. The staff was nit very professional. The food arrived cold. Only after a few requests we received a warm diah. The portion that did arrive hit were really good.

A good Tomahawk, asked for medium-well and got a medium-rare, that’s a -1 star and i would give another -2 stars because there where a lot of kids playing hide&seek all over the place and screeming so i was not able to enjoy a dinner with my wife, but i pass that for this time. I recommend you to ask your customers with kids to keep them at their table not allowing them to run between all customers.

It is fine. I was in the summer and it was quite busy. The waiter was nice, but it took some time until he came. The food is fine, nothing special but tasty. They have some vegetarian options and the portions are big. The garden is quite nice. The prices are on the higher end.

All I can say is that the wine was good, food was served cold and the "Tagliata" was the worst I ever had.

Extraordinary restaurant for a gourmet meal! I had a beef soup and risotto and they were the best ever. They also help Ukrainian refugees, which is so humane 🙏 Highly recommended for a visit and I promise you will return for more savory treats.

Cool place with super friendly staff, a great atmosphere and good choice of music! Would like a bit more choice regarding their beer selection, but otherwise excellent menu! Perfect for a casual, elegant dine-in evening.

Even though we had a reservation, when we arrived there they moved us like 3 times all around the outside garden. The food is not as good as you would expect for the prices that they ask for it. The staff is taking the order very slowly and if you want to order something else later, they are really hard to reach. The interior restaurant is nice and fancy but the garden is looking quite cheap. The good thing is that they had really good deserts.

Pretty high prices, but a good, calm atmosphere inside (in winter) and a lively one outside (in summer). Food is tasty, but drinks such as cocktails can be improved.

Great location and great staff. Very nice ambiance in the garden, especially in the summer. The food menu is diverse, although I found the food just adequate, while the price is on the expensive side. The dessert was great though. And the drinks were good.
