Overall, the food was good, but not as tasty as I expected. I ordered some pasta (tagliatelle with salmon and zucchini) and there was too much cream for my taste.

Everything was great! Really enjoyed the food and the service!

Very dissapointed by the service here. The waiter ignored us when we entered the place and when I went to ask for a free table he didn't even look at me... constant eye rolling and puffing because I picked 2 drinks that were in the menu but not available. At the entrance the closing time written was 22:30 but they closed at 22:00 without notice and angry of course because we didn't guess the closing time is different. From now on I will try to avoid Marty restaurants in Cluj because this is the second time I am dissapointed and offended by the staff and the food also is not good value for money.

Marty used to bebone of the best places to eat um Cluj. Now it is still ok-ish, but while the prices have increses a lot, the food did not evolve at the same pace. For the same money one pays at Marty, there are at least 10 other places in Cluj that provide better food and service.

Food without taste, and fresh orange juice was diluted with water. Service a bit rude

More than one hour and half waiting for soup and pasta is definitely non-acceptable. We didn't get any of our dishes. The Staff is rather focused on smoking cigarettes on the street and scrolling smartphones than on guests. Never again.

We both took a chicken salad that looked promising in the menu, but got very disappointed when they brought it. The chicken was dry and the lettuce was stale. Not very tasty. This was the second disappointing visit to a Marty in 2 weeks. Logically this was also our last. Yes, we got a 10% discount when we paid, but the food was definitely not 90% good. Also here the pictures in the menu don't represent reality. Overpriced, overrated and disappointing. It's good that there are many good alternatives in Cluj.

Good food, nice central location.

Takes 50 min for a simple order for average food. Unfriendly staff that thinks they are making you a favor that you took a seat. A disgrace for the Marty brand that was at some point the best in town.

Food is really amazing. One of the best things about Marty is how they always keep high standards for their food. Awesome location downtown with nice terrace. Good parking place nearby Service is very good, waiters are helpful and polite. Place is really clean and food is at normal, affordable prices

Very slow staff, ordered some omelette with chorizo for breakfast, also before that I had ordered a flat white and saw a deal that if you order omelette you get the coffee for free or something like that and asked if I can change the flat white to a cappuccino but they said no because they probably already made it. After this question I waited 7 minutes to get the flat white. Meanwhile I asked about how long it's going to take for the food order to be made because I wouldn't want to wait more than 15 minutes as I was in a rush, and asked him if he can ask in the kitchen and the response was "until I get to the kitchen and ask.... " but he assured me it's going to be done in a quarter of an hour which actually took them 30 minutes on point to make 2 eggs especially considering the terrace was almost empty. And then this was served to me: 3 pieces of sliced chorizo with eggs burnt on the bottom because they don't know that if you put eggs in a pan that is very hot it turns into almost rubber. Visited another Marty a couple of years ago and had a very bad experience and said I won't visit Marty again but thought that maybe things have changed, they haven't. Very disappointed.

Good vibe, 'best of' coffee specialities, sweeeet cakes, nice outside view also. Just try to serve the red wine a bit colder /no excuses.

Service was good overall… but food was barely eatable. We had cannelloni with ricotta and spinach as well as chicken calciatore… and both were equally bad.

We were at Marty's yesterday and really enjoyed it. Very friendly service that fulfilled all our wishes. The food was fantastic and everyone enjoyed it very much. We will be back!

Everything about this place was awesome !Friendly staff and good food! The place was super busy but the service was still great! We came twice to this place as the first time the terrace was full. They have a big menu and most important vegetarian dishes 🌱 Recommended!n

I love Marty and usually the food is very good, but this time it wasn't a good experience foodwise. The menu is much more restrictive the all other Martys, no pizza. They don't have children menus, my child would have liked mashed potatoes. The food we ended up ordering was very, Very salty.

I love this restaurant! While on vacation in Cluj Napoca , I came across this amazing restaurant. Oh, my taste buds were in heaven! The menu offered an impressive range of options, making it difficult to choose just one dish. The deserts are out of this world! However, no matter what I ordered, each plate was a work of culinary art. The flavors were expertly balanced, and the prices are very reasonable. I’ve attached a pic I took of the dessert we ate. I highly recommend it! You won’t regret it.

Marty usually has quite the variety of tasty dishes served in a good atmosphere, but this particular time the whole experience felt rather lackluster. The waiter wasn't too receptive, although he should've been, given that half the options on the menu weren't available. Their white wine was way sweeter than expected, but nevertheless enjoyable.

One of the biggest restaurant chains in town, pretty famous and prestigious. Presentable food, diversity and variety, nice service. A bit disappointing in terms of food quality though, especially when having quite high expectations and standards - prices are also quite high. And the chef wasn't wearing any gloves... questionable hygiene. We had a veggie burger with wedges and tartar sauce, it was pretty greasy, all fried (even the halloumi was fried, not grilled), and ragu tagliatelle. Didn't feel really well afterwards, it didn't seem fresh. Also had some hot chocolate, which was good.

The food was really good & very tasty. You can find something for every taste (including pasta, bowls, vegetarian options etc). They also have the "original" Carbonara (the one with egg yolk & parmesan and not with the "cream" souce 🤦‍♀️ that you can find in 90% of places). The cocktails and lemonades are just perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Had a great breakfast!

Amazing place to hang out with friends and enjoy the views. You have to try their pistachio latte ☕️ and the pork ribs were delicious also 🤤🍖

Been there a few times and I had some really nice dishes. Congratulations to the chef’s. 👏 I truly recommend Halloumi burger, Creamy Chicken Curry, Oreo cheesecake😍, and the list can go on.. The service was impressive as we got to interact with the bartender a few times, because of the allergies 😩.. I think her name is Miruna and she was really nice and tried her best to make sure we are safe and we can still enjoy some of the “no-no” drinks. Many thanks to her and her really friendly vibe 🙏. You, guys are awesome! ❤️

Very disappointed. 2 time in a row the food was below expectation. The Menu pictures have nothing to do with the food they serve. Vivo location - food was served cold… then they microwaved it to the point of potato puree boiling and half of it was splashed into the plate sides! Could not eat it anymore only tasted it and left it there. Piata Unirii location - salad was stale and past. Chicken bits were dry and tasted like sour dough! The whole salad had such a bad taste that I left it there. Extremely overpriced for the “quality” they offer. Would definitely not go again, nor recommend. Friends of mine had the exact same situation - cold soup, stale salads, re-heated food in the microwave… c’mon. With those prices better offer quality. I left hungry twice and had to go to another place to eat something decent. Better step up your game or change your kitchen staff! Invest in fresh food and listen to your customers!

Very good food and quick serving. If people smoke outside the first tables will smell it, just take care about that.

Not recommended!!!! Waiters and waitress are very rude. Portions of the foods are so so small and overpriced. I got a veggie beyond burger, it was cold, served as just a plain burger no sides, you need to order fries extra, fries are literally McDonald's quality. My friends got fish Lup de Mare and salmon, omg it was just a salmon and two fillets of fish. It is like appetizer. Never going back there, there are wonderful restaurants around this place. Menu is provided with photos doesn't match with the reality, photos of the food and how they served in real is completely different. Disappointed

I don't recommend this restaurant. The waiters were very rude, I had to wait over half an hour for the food and the food wasn't good for the fairly high price. The vegetables were cut in very large pieces. Plain water cost 10lei when in the shops it's around 3lei. I also had to wait a long time for the waiters to collect my payment. In the end I went up to the counter to pay.

Highly overpriced, nothing on the taste side either, menus pictures and writings mismatched almost scammy like behavior. Rude waiters,(will be shouting at the top of their lungs to tell you a table is reserved when there colleague told you to sit there in the 1st place) so basically lack of communication between staff, mismatched delivery timings( they will deliver the fries and the sauce will take another 5 min) oh and the fries not worth more than 2 lei very skinny oily and no taste and they charge a fortune for that as well. So basically unless they improve and becomes more honest with their menus I highly would not recommend it to anyone.

The food was decent, I had the cheeseburger and fries, which were good, but not great as the prices suggested. I would have expected the fries to be included in the main dish. The food came pretty quickly, which was great in case you are in a hurry. The service was great, waiters were nice and always around when needed. Overall it was good, prices a bit high but they average the old town area. A good stop.

Lack of variety in the menu was a shocker. Take you average Marty menu, divide it by 10 and you get this place's menu. Very small and crammed place. Tasty dishes, good looking place. It's got an excellent position and good service.

Excellent food, coffee and service! Been there 3 times in my short visit in town. A special thanks to the kind waitress who was on duty 19/3 morning who was extra helpful when i experienced a problem with my credit card. Totally recommended! Thank you

The food was tasty, but the service was not as good as we had expected. We asked for a table with power sockets, but because such tables were only for 4 persons and there were only just two of us, the waiter hasn't allowed us to sit there. What is more, he made unwanted comments about us eating our food slowly.

Spoon and fork weren’t properly washed - had dried food on them, table hasn’t been cleaned for a while now as it was sticky and gross, waiter was pretty rude and not welcoming, we ordered an apetizer but we got a bowl with hints of that dish. All in all, Marty used to be an awesome restaurant no matter which one you’d chose but now it turned into a cheap restaurant with poor service. I do not recommend this place
