Nice and clean room with a pair of slippers and a bathrobe provided which is no longer usual in most of reasonable hotels in Europe nowadays. Good for the price.

We spent two nights here during our trip. Clean, comfortable rooms. Great location, central to bars and restaurants.

Very nice room, but clima was absolutely not working, so the room was 29.5° C. Reception just said, maybe we switched of the cooling.

Old fashioned hotel, in a good sense, we had the Venezia Suite and loved it. Molton Brown toiletries and dressing gowns complete a luxe feel at a very good price. Reception and management very welcoming. Highly recommend and they have luggage store too. Brilliant views of the cathedral and opera.

Really surprising how it could be the 4* hotel with the cheapest and probably worst breakfast in EU (oh those paper sausages 🤢). I should mention that the staff was really great, just don't take breakfast.

The breakfast buffet was one of the saddest I’ve ever seen. Not worth any money. Even though the hotel is quite chic. I highly recommend to develop a little bit of a breakfast culture especially when you have tourists from abroad…

There are cheaper hotels and there are better hotels nearby. This one is good and very nicely placed in the centre of town (which means a lot of traffic noise of you get a street side room)

we stayed 3 nights. one night the airconditioning did not work, the second night we didn't have hot . water. they don't have staff to help with the lugage we don't recomend this hotel.

I booked a room in this hotel to join the untold festival. That the prices are high I was fully aware. I got a hotel room which was for this price unacceptable. Inside the room it was smelled like a smoking room. The staff try to find solution but due to the festival time everything was fully booked. The service was between very good to unacceptable. It was definitely my first and last stay there

Nice hotel and great staff. The location is about perfect to explore Cluj and it's 15mins to the airport. We left too early for breakfast unfortunately.

Greatly located in Cluj Napoca center. Breakfast and coffee need to be improved

Parkplace to small in basement, very poor and low quality breakfast, coffee is not drinkable at all, no coffee bar, no heating in rooms even though outside is cold in the night, outdated and obsolete shower.

Right opposite city center with historic Orthodox Church and Opera house. Was given a suite with living room with nice view and a bedroom at the back away from Main Street

Good 4 * hotel very central in the front of main square of the opera and catedral . Near point of interest and university and all atraction . Clean and helpful staff. Just go out and take a stroll at the nice and clean streets of Cluj-napoca.

Fine hotel on the square. Our very, quiet, comfortable room overlooked the Orthodox cathedral and we could hear the service on Sunday morning. Great breakfast and professional staff would be my top choice for staying here when in the city again. Is also steps from the beautiful opera house.

Very pleased with this hotel. We were booked to travel from Canada in June, but due to COVID-19, our flights got cancelled, and we could not make it. The hotel immediately issued a refund. No hustle. Good job and very happy with your service. When we plan to revisit Cluj Napoca, we will make sure we will stay with you as a thank you for your kindness.

The rooms are at the four star standard, I mean space here. Smart TVs with applications like Netflix, Amazon Prime and others ready to work, if you have an account, of course. The quality and varied breakfast. The only down payment is the one from the basement of the hotel and has only six or seven seats. It would be good to mention in the reservation if you want parking because the hotel is in the center, parking spaces are limited and the parking lot exceeds the paid one to park at the hotel.

Room was small, but service was great

Conveniently located, has underground garage. Rooms are a little tired, but clean. Bathrooms are also not well upkept.

Great location, But our airconditioning was not functioning.. So this meant that we had to sleep in a 28C room Staff promised to bring us a fan as a replacement for the night but he didn't show up at all!
