I had a room for 10 days here and I had to actually clean my own room cuz for 3 days straight they didn t wash my floor nor dust the furniture. the curtains from white they are a dark type of grey, I was so close to take them down and wash them myself and the carpet is so dirty that I had to roll it up and put it in a corner just to keep my feet away from it. This is NOT okay. Not at all. I see a lot of good reviews but I don t understand why the people say this is a clean place. Also the bed is awful it s broken, I had to roll the mattress to be able to sleep on it, all the towels and the sheets have holes in them. I said that I am mad about this and I don t want to talk about the answer, appearently they know and they don t do anything about this. So I give them 1/5 because I can't give a 0/5. I do not recommend. If you leave the room without an open window the smell inside in awful. Run.

Location ok, rooms ok, enough to sleep and stay for short periods. Nothing to comment on cleanliness and living conditions (5 stars). What "hurts", however, is the request to pay for accommodation and breakfast, if applicable, upon arrival at the pension. This means that if you have paid for 7 days and after two, or three days you have to leave for various reasons, the rest of the money are practically lost. Another problem is the breakfast, announced (and printed on the wall) to be at about 5 euros and being charged at 6 euros (per person) for that he is all you can eat. This one costs about 3-4 euros (at market prices) if you are very hungry and consists of 3-4 kinds of cheese, as well as salami or ham, tomatoes, peppers, coffee, cereals and eggs on request. Being in the city, I do not comment on the view, even if the garbage cans could be placed more discreetly.

Dezamăgitor. NU RECOMAND!!!!!! I have stayed at this pension many times but this time it was the last time. I booked the standard room and at the reception I paid extra for the superior room. It was 20 degrees outside and 17 degrees in the room. I was asked if heat was needed and I said yes. I was allowed to warm up for about an hour (14:00 - 15:00) at 17:00 the temperature was dropping. by 19:00 the temperature had dropped again to 17-18 degrees. Returning from work around 2:30 AM the heat was still off. The hot water in the shower had low pressure and temperature fluctuations ... the hot water followed very hot followed by very cold and so on. I called the front desk to turn on the heat but no one answered them finishing the program at 22:00. When I left the location I explained to the lady at the reception the problem with the heat in the room that I had to sleep dressed thick enough to be able to rest and she said that the schedule for the heat in the room is 3:00 - 5:00 AM. ... ok but until 3:00 how do we do it? do we come with an electric radiator from home ?????? I asked for a refund of the amount paid extra for the "superior" room, NOT the full amount of the accommodation .... but I was not accepted, although it was a small amount of 30 RON. I left very tired / disappointed / chilled .... etc .... I didn't even receive an apology. SHAME!!!!!!!!! I stayed at poorly equipped / rated guesthouses but I never had problems like this ... or even if they did, they were settled amicably.

1. The room was situated at the third floor, so it was very hot , and the ac was not working. The owner said they had to be verified, that was the smallest problem. 2. The owner asks to pay for your stay beforehand (don't do it) , we wanted to leave from the moment we arrived in the room. 3. One of the towel in the bathroom was dirty (some weird stains) and the bed sheet had holes in it ( 6 little holes) 4. Now comes the fun part, the matress has a cover and on top of the cover was the bed sheet . On the cover we found all the hair from the previous guests, like it has not even been vacuumed. They just put a bed sheet on top of all the hair. That was the moment when we regreted that we have paid beforehand , otherwise in 2 hours we would have searched a different stay. This was 170 lei, and i stayed at a different pension with 150 lei and everything was impecable. I am not recommending this stay at all ! Thanks for answering after 7 months. Very clean But. We had the smallest room. You couldn't get out of the bathroom without getting in the shower. Is only 15 minutes from the city center but is up on a hill and it's a steap walk. Had to spend on the taxi. Wouldn't go again...

I have seen the good reviews and I was tricked. Very poor rooms, the ac and the blow-dryer wasn't working, I weird noise kept waking me up during the night - aparently the lights were turning on and off automatically. Not worth the money, wouldn't repeat the experience

Great place to rest in Cluj Napoca. Private parking available. 15 min walking of the center of the city. I really recomend this place.

The service is so bad, I asked to the receptionist why the AC was not working and asked her if she can help, she came to my room and made sarcastic question like "how can the AC works when you didn't close the windows" Well, first of all you didn't let us know that the AC is connected with the windows. Secondly, not all the hotel are like that.

Two times I was there, and it was very confortable, clean, breakfast is good but you have to pay, and also parking, not to far from the center. I love the beds!

Good location. The room is relatively big. The bathroom is rather small. The bed was comfortable. There's no parking space available. The entrance and lobby area are a bit cramped.

Comfortable beds, clean, spacious rooms, good prices, nit too far away from the city centre.

Good value for money. Nice and cozy place. Room was clean during our stay. Bathroom could use a bit of improvement, but we slept well. Location is inside Zorilor area, in the middle of an ascent up a hill. Very narrow 1-way streets. Nearest store is 10-15 min away on foot.

The place is very nice. Everything looks like new and clean. I've been in so many locations in western Europe, for more money and they sucked.
