One of the worst experiences in terms of what calls itself a 4 star hotel. The room quality is mediocre at best: there are stains on the wall, initials scratched into the table with what seems like a knife, the glasses were sticking to the table, the wardrobe had a hole in it, the electrical outlet seems like it will endanger your life (use with caution), the hairdryer was filthy to say the least, the bathtub had dust in it and the so called air-conditioning was yellow, perhaps from the 90s, with brown stains across the air pipes resembling excrements. Also there was an openly accesible construction site in the adjacent rooms, construction materials in the hallway and dirty shoes inside the rooms and bathrooms. The receptionist and the owner declined issuing a refund, offering a different room with the same mediocre-at-best quality, to which we've seen (big time waste). Unfortunately I am unable to tell how they have a 4 star rating, hopefully that will be re-evaluated soon and a more accurate rating would be issued in the near future.

As I stepped inside the hallway at the 2nd floor I was greated by a constriction ledder, dirt and dust all over the floor. Rooms are unsanitary, the table has been carved into, the hair dryer is older than I am and the owner refused reimbursing the money back. The open construction sites have you believe the hotel is indeed a construction site itself. I am not entire sure how it got 4 stars, barely worth 2. Overall horrible experience, not worth the time nor money.

I think it is not a hotel with 4 stars. We know that it was a problem just with our room, but it was stinking from the toilets pipes. Sometimes, the water from the shower was rusted. It is better to drink water in bottles, not the tap one. However, the beds and breakfast was good

3 star hotel to say the least. Boring breakfast, smelly and dirty bathroom, bad tv reception and guests smoking in the room. It was so bad that I had to move out of my room. The cigarette smoke got inside my room, from the other rooms. Last and only stay at this low and lame Hotel.

Abomination I booked this hotel in May. But the epidemic, the borders are closed. And they refuse to cancel the reservation! In this difficult time, people help each other, often for free, but the owners of this hotel want to earn a couple of bucks. Yes, they can be earned, but a lost reputation will be difficult to restore. Good luck in your business!

Decent hotel, realistically worth 3 stars, not 4. Breakfast is terrible, good coffee shop next door tho.

Very spacious rooms. Unfortunately the room I was given had no windows and, thus, no views at all - only a small attic window that was not opening too much. Internet works very good compared to other hotels. Shower and bed were good. Very bad lighting, tho, at night it was really not enough, they should really add few more light fixtures. Breakfast was good, decent variety of foods, although, despite breakfast timeframe being 7-10 am, one day I was there at 7:30 and they had no cooked stuff available (no omelette, no bacon etc). The elevator is really slow. Quiet place (although at night you hear various sounds from the A/C units or from the fridge in the room), public transportation is at 5 mins walk, there are a few small groceries around (2-5 mins walk).

A good place for events. Modern with a nice restaurant. Don't know how the rooms are. The parking is quite small (maybe 10 place).

Very good for short stays. Very close to the Zoo (a must see). Very close to the old city centre. Unconfortable couch in the apartament. Medium to average restaurant. Disrespectfull restaurant staff. Cold rooms in october. The furniture is old. The bathroom door wouldn't stay closed. The zoo is two minutes walking.

Room quality differs even all are priced similarly. Some rooms are cleaner than other. Also there is a strong parfume to cover other odours. This is bothersome and all the clothes end up smelling like that. The mattress is lumpy. Bathroom with little spots of dark mildue. The elevator is slower than a snail. Soundproofing is inadequate and the entrance doors are moving from hallway drafts quite annoying. The hotel is popular with athletes and private parties that can be noisy. The breakfast is basic. Got swindled to pay one day breakfast citing some system error and some verbal understanding despite the written reservation where is noted breakfast included without mentioning any exceptions.

This was a very good hotel. The reception area was clean and welcoming and the staff were friendly and attentive. We had a Junior Suite for one night, which was lovely but there was no air conditioning and it was very hot. We were very pleased with our evening meal and the quality and value was excellent.

Big rooms. Very clean. Furniture a little shabby but it doesn't reduce the comfort. Good breakfast. Overall a good place to stay.

Big rooms, but food is not good and some rooms have no privacy as their windows are directly on cafe garden. Staff is helpful and nice.
