I
use
this
McDonald's
all
the
time
either
if
I'm
passing
by
on
my
break,
or
when
ordering
a
delivery.
However,
tonight
(Monday
6th
June)
I've
had
quite
possibly
the
worst
customer
service
from
any
fast
food
restaurant....
And
even
worse,
it
was
from
a
manager
(tall
blonde
slim
guy).
I
went
to
order
my
food
from
one
of
the
electronic
little
kiosk
machines....
The
shop
wasn't
all
that
busy
in
fact.
It
was
around
7pm
in
the
evening.
Once
I
made
my
order,
I
went
to
go
stand
by
the
side
and
just
wait
for
my
order.
Whilst
waiting
on
my
order,
I
was
observing
the
staff...
Just
for
curious
reasons,
because
I'm
an
ex-employee
from
McDonalds
myself.
I
did
happen
to
notice
2
younger
girls
working
at
the
front
of
the
tills
alongside
the
manager
and
neither
one
didn't
look
all
that
happy
-
as
if
there
were
tensions
arising.
This
was
obvious
to
see
as
it
looked
like
the
blonde
girl
was
being
rather
short
with
her
manager
also.
Anyways,
I
seen
the
manager
about
to
call
out
my
food
order
number
and
I
start
to
approach.
As
I
approached,
he
never
once
looked
my
way,
looked
at
me,
never
said
a
single
word,
nor
even
acknowledge
my
existence.
I
went
to
ask
him
if
I
could
have
a
couple
of
sauces....
He
still
never
looked
at
me.
He
reached
down
and
grabbed
the
sauces
and
placed
them
on
my
tray...
I
then
grasped
my
tray
and
as
I
was
about
to
walk
away....
I
look
at
him
and
say
thank
you
and
have
a
nice
day.
He
then
continued
to
not
say
a
single
word,
nor
look
at
me
in
any
way
possible.
Look,
I'm
not
usually
one
to
rant...
But
as
a
paying
customer
and
someone
who
works
with
customer
services
myself
and
a
former
manager
myself....
I
find
this
HIGHLY
inappropriate
and
appalling.
Someone
like
him
shouldn't
even
be
a
manager
if
I
must
say
so
myself,
if
his
passion
isn't
the
customers,
the
staff
and
the
companies
reputation.
He
is
meant
to
set
an
example
to
his
staff
and
show
his
staff
how
to
treat
customers
well.
But
blatantly
ignoring
a
customer
before
his
very
own
eyes
is
disgusting.
I
will
not
be
using
this
McDonalds
again
for
whatever
reason...
I'd
rather
spend
my
well
earned
money
in
another
McDonalds
where
I'll
not
feel
so
unvalued.
