It was good to sit inside for a change. There was plenty of things put in place for covid but in there toilet it needed a good clean hair all over the floor marks all over the mirror and the toilet needed flushed. The place had not been cleaned in a while.. They need to take care of behind the seanse as well.

What can I say it's McDonald's you get what you pay for. The food was as good as McDonald's gets. The restaurant was clean and the staff were stressed and busy but helpful

Very dirty fly infested resturant oosing danger to customers .dont the manager know flies carry terrible diseases to humans.flies live on dead rotten things and dead things and dogs poo.we cant have such filth flying about were food is being prepared everyday its totaly disgusting

They have quite nice burgers for quick lunch and for £1.99 deal you get fries and big mac

Food is always lukewarm in this place. Don't usually return it but did today. Chicken burger with bacon and triple cheeseburger. Both items cold . Returned them . When they brought out the next one's the bacon on both was freezing and chicken burger had no mayo. Not sure if it's due to lack of staff training or short staffed but it's always the same in here. Best sticking to coffee and Mcflurrys, they can't get that wrong .

honestly never order a delivery from the mcdonald’s app as when i did i never got my food then the app said that i had received it then i phoned up mcdonald’s and they said its nothing to do with them its uber eats fault so we phoned that up and they r gaslighting us saying that they had phoned me when they never did and anyway i had put on the notes to meet me at the reception they never did. and now none of them have given me a refund, my father is in the hospital and we didnt need the added stress

Cleanest McDonalds we’ve been in. Service was quick, food was lovely. The manager (or franchise owner) was on the floor helping keep the place in order. Nice atmosphere. Not chaotic like others. Staff were lovely, relaxed, not stressed. Overall impressed. All this and it was a Saturday afternoon!

Service is slow and food is so cold when given to me, and there is flies all over the restaurant

Can't go wrong with McDonald's Fresh food, good prices and a safe bet . Plus you can't beat their ice cream

Came on 12pm Sunday lunchtime. It was busy due to the online orders alongside the in-store orders. The staff managed to give the food on time everyone.

Food was fine just what you'd expect place was busy and as a result was a long wait and was very messy the only free tables have been cleaned so just left

This is a very busy store so waiting times were a bit longer, but all in all fine. The food was warm.

Usual mc. Order at terminal and table delivered promptly by a smiling McAteer. Bacon although shortback, was a bit fatty, hash brown was its usual greasy self, coffee black acceptable, but why deliver with milk sachets.? Why not put them as an option or display as a separate drink. Rather than bin them I took them home - ta. British catering is blind to the term BLACK coffee. Sigh.

Putting delivery orders over shop and no balance by time I got my order to the car quick check to make sure was all there and was lukewarm. We were all hungry so ate our meals cold ..pathetic .. I used to love mcds but been goin downhill a lot lately .

Food was great. Had to wait a while but it was busy. Tables were dirty and ice cream spilled on floor with no attempt to clean it up.

The burger was predictably tasty, but the experience was not at all good. Couldn't get a seat at circa 12.30. Came back at 1.00pm and still no seats available. Ordered at 1.30pm and collected food at 1.40pm and still no seat available. Had to sit on the floor against a wall. Shocking experience and I won't be back at Braehead again for lunch, that's for sure.

Absolutely disgusting 🤮 was sitting in having something to eat and watched a staff member wipe a table then the floor then to a different table all with the same cloth made me feel physically sick to watch at least use a cloth for the table and a mop for the floor think environmental health should take a pop into this

Time and time again this place just shows how lazy their staff can be, Really unfortunate on the ones that do actually work hard, burgers constantly not up to standard to a point where I've had an issue almost weekly, stale buns were served to me on my bbq bacon stack and the whole burger was inedible, absolutely shocking and disappointing knowing this mcdonalds can do better, quality has tanked tremendously, do not eat here.

Low rating due to the noise, music is overwhelmingly loud and can't find a quiet table where you can avoid it. Ask for it to be turned down and it is, a tiny bit. Then it's turned back up again. It's full of young teens and students, they can be loud at times but that's fine. In terms of space it's definitely pram and wheelchair friendly.

What's hard about no lettuce please and still getting it...to me it's waste. Not the only culprits with this...must be a chappy intercom system and they can't hear properly...

Ordered a Big Mac and tbh it's the dryest burger i've had. Not ordered from McDonald's in a while and I don't know what their doing to it but it's so dry that it crumbled. If you're hot holding the meat then you seriously need to stop, if not then you're holding the burgers too long.

I go here often for coffee and the odd McDonald's breakfast I customise as I have intolerance to gluten and it is always fine. I've not yet had a bad reaction to the food. Nice staff. The toilets could be cleaner. On the whole a decent McDonalds.

I use this McDonald's all the time either if I'm passing by on my break, or when ordering a delivery. However, tonight (Monday 6th June) I've had quite possibly the worst customer service from any fast food restaurant.... And even worse, it was from a manager (tall blonde slim guy). I went to order my food from one of the electronic little kiosk machines.... The shop wasn't all that busy in fact. It was around 7pm in the evening. Once I made my order, I went to go stand by the side and just wait for my order. Whilst waiting on my order, I was observing the staff... Just for curious reasons, because I'm an ex-employee from McDonalds myself. I did happen to notice 2 younger girls working at the front of the tills alongside the manager and neither one didn't look all that happy - as if there were tensions arising. This was obvious to see as it looked like the blonde girl was being rather short with her manager also. Anyways, I seen the manager about to call out my food order number and I start to approach. As I approached, he never once looked my way, looked at me, never said a single word, nor even acknowledge my existence. I went to ask him if I could have a couple of sauces.... He still never looked at me. He reached down and grabbed the sauces and placed them on my tray... I then grasped my tray and as I was about to walk away.... I look at him and say thank you and have a nice day. He then continued to not say a single word, nor look at me in any way possible. Look, I'm not usually one to rant... But as a paying customer and someone who works with customer services myself and a former manager myself.... I find this HIGHLY inappropriate and appalling. Someone like him shouldn't even be a manager if I must say so myself, if his passion isn't the customers, the staff and the companies reputation. He is meant to set an example to his staff and show his staff how to treat customers well. But blatantly ignoring a customer before his very own eyes is disgusting. I will not be using this McDonalds again for whatever reason... I'd rather spend my well earned money in another McDonalds where I'll not feel so unvalued.
