I
spoke
to
this
man
called
KALIDAS
for
the
Tirupati
package.
He
spoke
well-
sent
me
the
itinerary
and
bus
details,
etc.
&
his
price
was
Rs.
5350/-
per
head.
While
everyone
else
charges
only
Rs.
4800/-
per
head
I
thought
this
guy
is
charging
this
much
for
the
quality
of
bus
&
hotels
used.
(I’ve
attached
the
snapshot
of
the
conversation
I
had
with
him
for
reference).
When
asked
he
said
that
a
lot
of
corporate
clients
book
for
the
same
price
&
all
that
jazz.
We
normally
drive
to
Tirupati
on
our
own
but
this
time
we
thought
we’ll
take
this
package.
So
we
made
our
booking
&
was
good
to
go.
On
the
day
of
departure
when
we
arrived
at
the
location
we
saw
a
bus
from
Sakthi
travels.
I
was
taken
aback
because
I
had
spoken
to
Sakthi
travels
regarding
this
package
before
I
spoke
to
this
guy
&
was
told
that
their
charge
was
Rs.
4800/-
per
head.
When
entering
the
bus
was
when
we
understood
that
this
guy
was
just
an
agent
&
doesn’t
provide
his
buses
but
just
has
tie
ups
with
other
travels.
Which
he
could
have
told
me
before.
Anyway
our
trip
started,
the
bus
was
decent
&
we
reached
a
bit
later
than
expected.
The
guide
spoke
like
he
was
a
school
teacher
&
gave
us
30
min
to
get
ready.
The
room
given
for
fresh
up
was
terribly
awful.
Very
old
hotel
rooms
with
torn
furniture
&
amenities.
The
restrooms
weren’t
cleaned
after
the
previous
set
of
ppl
had
used,
there
was
used
soap
n
unclogged
hair.
It
was
disgusting
yet
we
had
to
get
ready
within
the
time
frame
allotted
so
we
got
ready
&
left
for
breakfast.
The
dining
area
wasn’t
so
clean
but
the
food
was
good.
Again
the
guide
kept
pressuring
us
to
make
it
quickly.
He
could
have
been
polite
but
he
wasn’t.
Then
we
got
into
a
tiny
van
&
headed
towards
Tirumala.
At
the
place
where
the
checking
happens,
we
got
down
&
our
van
had
some
problem
so
it
was
sent
back.
We
had
to
wait
there
for
1.
5
hours.
We
were
all
just
standing
&
it
was
frustrating.
When
I
called
the
guy
to
tell
him
about
the
delay
incident
he
spoke
politely
n
apologized
for
the
inconvenience.
While
waiting
was
when
we
started
interacting
with
the
other
set
of
people
who
traveled
with
us
&
that’s
when
we
got
to
know
that
we
were
the
only
people
who
came
through
Garuda
Travels
by
paying
more
n
rest
of
them
had
booked
directly
with
Sakthi
travels
by
paying
lesser
than
us.
By
then
the
alternative
van
came
by
&
we
were
en-route
Tirumala.
I
texted
this
man
saying
that
we
were
all
frustrated
with
the
delay,
&
that
we
are
the
only
ppl
who
paid
extra.
Plus
we
feel
that
the
extra
cost
paid
is
not
at
all
worth
as
we
were
all
getting
the
same
service
anyway.
The
man
lost
his
cool
&
started
texting
back
in
a
rude
tone.
Then
he
says
-
you
couldn’t
afford
the
Rs.
300
ticket
&
that’s
why
I
gave
u
my
package.
I
immediately
lost
my
calm
n
called
him.
I
was
like
‘what
do
u
think
you
are
saying’.
He
started
talking
so
rudely
&
kept
arguing
by
saying
that
‘I
don’t
care
who
u
are,
it’s
not
my
problem
that
u
feel
that
u
paid
extra.
Go
talk
to
the
owner
about
all
this
if
u
have
a
problem’.
I
said
yes
please
give
me
ur
owners
number.
Then
he
goes
like,
‘why
should
I
give
you
his
number’
that
felt
like
he
was
clearly
trying
to
cover
up
the
fact
that
he
hid
about
being
the
agent!
I’ve
attached
his
message
snapshot
for
reference.
But
cannot
attach
the
call
recording
here
as
that’s
not
possible
in
google
maps!
I
literally
felt
so
THREATENED
by
the
way
he
spoke.
I
wrote
all
this
here
for
ppl
to
know
that
these
guys
have
another
face
that
we
all
do
not
know
of!
There
is
a
way
to
speak
to
customers.
We
are
paying
them
money
&
they
are
offering
their
service.
They
cannot
speak
as
they
please
&
who
gives
him
the
right
to
talk
rudely
to
anyone
in
the
first
place!!
Instead
of
all
this
drama,
he
could
have
simply
been
honest
&
said
that
he
was
an
agent
at
the
time
of
booking.
Instead
of
doing
that,
the
moment
I
asked
him
why
I
was
charged
extra
he
started
talking
like
he
was
some
cop
or
lawyer
who
has
authority
to
talk!
Fooling
ppl
around
in
the
name
&
photo
that
misguides
us
is
not
a
very
decent
thing
to
do!
