We had to book a last-minute stay in this hotel (1 night). Despite the high reviews, the experience was disappointing in terms of room and atmosphere. Great staff and kind service. Small rooms and very small bathroom, bath location is so uncomfortable with door to the bed! Lobby is cozy yet feels like a hostel and definitely not a hotel. Recommended for 1-2 nights during the holiday season only since there's no view, neither special places nearby. # 7 minutes derive to downtown colmar # 21 minutes walking to downtown

Nice hotel, good sized rooms, clean. There is a patisserie down the road with lovely food for breakfast. Secure parking for our car. Quick drive to town as it was 32 degrees when we were there, if the weather was cooler it would be a nice 20 minute stroll.

Good room same as described 1 minute distance to bus station 5 minutes to train station and 20 minutes walk to city center room is wide and same as described thank you team keep it up

Clean, inexpensive, lovely breakfast and staff that go above and beyond in their helpfulness. Had a problem with our car and they helped in everyway possible.

Really nice staff and hotel. It’s about 20min walk to Colmar centre and about 25min walk from the train station. The staff was very welcoming and helpful in everything we needed. The room wasn’t very big, but it was clean and had everything we needed.

We always stay here in the middle of our trip from Belgium to Italy because, firstly, it's a dog-friendly hotel, and secondly, the price is reasonable, and the staff are always cordial. We also tried the breakfast; it was not very special but acceptable for the price!

Stayed for 3 nights. Fabulous location. Communication was great and they responded to any query, such as a late check in, quickly & in excellent English which I was worried about. Room was fairly small but clean, tidy, comfortable and warm.
