Very beautiful, cultural, historical city. There is a lot to see and discover here. Toy and chocolate museum, the cathedral and chapel.

Colmar - a small town in France 🇫🇷 It’s very close to German boarder and it’s famous for old town, Christmas market, buildings. Due to small river which flows through the town it’s makes Colmar more attractive and lively.

Seeing is believing. At Christmas you find yourself catapulted into a fairy tale. Wonderful place where you can feel and experience the true spirit of Christmas. Absolutely worth visiting during this period.

It's not worth going in January because all the markets are over. However, the Christmas atmosphere and the beautiful decorated half-timbered houses and many fairy lights remain. Lots of souvenir shops. The prices in the shops are quite high. To eat in restaurants you have to wait in a long line because many don't accept reservations, so you have to line up outside to wait for seats to become free. It's best to go and get a seat in the queue before they open. This is in January at least, I don't know about the other months of the year. You can easily visit it in one day.
