Highly recommended restaurant where you can eat the traditional Tarte Flambée, or other varieties with different toppings or type of cheese. The girl and the guy are super kind, fast, and friendly. We really liked our Tomme nature fumée and the Munster Flambée, they were delicious!

Best Flammenkuchen / tarte flambé around. That’s all they have on the Menu. Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the truffle one - so tasty! Make sure you call to make a reservation - it is always booked out! PS: also try the dessert ones - so yummy!

Delicious and definitely a good spot to pick up your flambée while in Alsace. I watched them make it fresh from the bar! I don’t know what their current hours are, but they stopped letting in new customers well before 1:30pm (lunch closing time listed on google at the time of this review), so I’d definitely aim to get here on the early side. No outdoor seating unfortunately either.

Absolutely best place in town. So many different and amazing tarte flambée. And best service!

Cozy little Flammkuchen restaurant, it gets really busy, so better get a reservation. The prices are very fair with around 10€ per Flammkuchen. Also vegetarian possible. We all loved it!

I managed to get a reservation an hour before dinner and sat at the bar. This was a great spot because you could watch the food prep and how they just churn these delicious tartes nonstop. I had the classic emmenthal with onions and lardons and it was the best tarte I had in Alsace. My only regrets: that I didn’t try a more exotic flavour (literally everywhere in Alsace does the emmenthal/onion/Lardon), that I didn’t push my eating prowess and order a second tarte, that they don’t do takeaway. I would literally eat here everyday if I had more time in Colmar.

Very nice and cozy restaurant in the heart of Colmar. Excellent fluffy and light Flammkuchen and wines are fairly priced. Even if it was really busy, staff remained calm.

Go somewhere friendlier! The young man working there was completely useless and doesn't understand hospitality plus a liar...kept saying the restaurant was full with reservations despite a table plus 4 places at the bar being empty. Came back 45 minutes later - same table still empty, still he is claiming reservations even though he also said the restaurant is closing in 5 minutes - first time having this experience after 130 countries and thousands of restaurants...I guess welcome to French hospitality!

Tasty flambes. Basically, super thin crust pizzas. Our favorite was the tomatte aus truffle. Super tasty. The staff was nice and the wine was delicious and plentiful. The Chèvre flambe was als really good if you like goat cheese.

Nice place, recommended also by locals. Food is good and authentic, though a bit pricey from my point of view.

The most delicious tarte flambé we have ever tasted. It made a great impression on us, that even though they work until 1:30 p.m., at 1:20 p.m. people were still arriving and they didn't turn them away. The girl serving had forgotten her smile outside the restaurant. Let's be more smiling and enjoy the work we do. Great little restaurant.

Good authentic tarte flambée with many different options to choose from, the restaurant is rather small so be sure to come early or reserve in advance. The staff is friendly and they speak english as well.

Those reviews don’t lie, it is worth the hype! Yes, reservation is a must, as the restaurant is very small and popular. Those tarte flambées are to die for. Something so simple yet so tasty! The one I make at home will never taste as good as theirs, their dough is almost paper thin. A must try!

You'll probably already know by now, this is one of the best places for typical local food. Great price, very nice service and welcoming atmosphere. Make sure to reserve.

You need a reservation for dinner. But it is full for a reason. No problem leaving off the pork for my vegetarian wife. And don’t skip the desert.

Brilliant little place for your ultimate Tarte Flambée experience, don’t look any further, make sure you visit here! Very popular, book in advance!

Best Flammkuchen I’ve had so far. I got the Cumin one without the meat, to have it vegetarian. It was also the thinnest one I’ve had so far. The Cassis drink I had was also great!

The best Tarte Flambee we have found in Colmar. The most delicious one we've tried was Piment, mildly hot and tasty for everyone. We finished with a sweet version including apples and cinamon which was also great. A warm recomendation..

This delightfully small Restaurant in the old quarter of Colmar serves the best tarte flambé I’ve ever tasted. Although admittedly no expert, I’ve been served several on this trip at different restaurants in Strasbourg and Colmar, and theirs was far and away my favorite. The thin crust was perfectly crisp.

Good ice cream. Located at a small corner, the ice cream is so good. We love that.

Amazing little restaurant that only serves Tarte Flambée, nothing else. Super friendly staff and the food is simply stunning. Reservation is required if you want to get a table, especially during the Christmas market season

Delightful, delicious and a very special evening. We had three Tarte flambes: with basel, with Munster cheese and apple strudel for dessert. Unbelievably fantastic and served with such warmth in this small restaurant. Get reservations ahead for a wonderful experience.

An absolute must in Colmar. I love places where you can only eat one thing, because it is often a place worth visiting and La Soï was the perfect example. The best Tarte Flambée in town for sure. Make sure to try one with the smoked cheese. 2 beers and 2 Tarte were 25€.
