we arrive after checkin hour and even though we stated that nobody there and they did not leave our room key. we waited two and a half hours and they told us just stay somewhere else. we were fortunate to find a room such a short notice. we demand full refund and we will see what will come out of it.

Great location 5 minutes walk from town center. Nice and clean rooms. Unfortunately staff was rude and not costumer-minded at all.

My recent stay at Pierre & Vacances in Colmar left me extremely dissatisfied. The hidden costs associated with this accommodation were a major frustration. They are charging a hefty 30 euros for early check-in, but the catch was that you still couldn't access your room if you arrived between 12:00 and 14:00, due to the reception being closed. The parking fee of 10 euros per day was another unpleasant surprise, especially considering that parking outside was free on Sundays. The rooms were a paradox, attempting to squeeze a full kitchen into a standard hotel room, resulting in cramped and tiny quarters with hardly enough space to move comfortably. Cleanliness was a serious issue. The room was plagued with exfoliating paint, dust, and dirt accumulating in the corners, and spiderwebs hung menacingly over the bed from the ceiling. The bathroom was a complete mess, with stained showers and unclean toilets. The swimming pool was almost alive - full of green stuff growing on the side walls. To make matters worse, the staff's behavior left much to be desired. They were barely present, and when they were, they exhibited rudeness and a constant inclination to charge additional fees. Wifi stopped working after the second day. Lastly, the location of the property is far from the city center, which, for a small city like Colmar, can be quite inconvenient. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against staying at Pierre & Vacances in Colmar. The hidden fees, cramped rooms, cleanliness issues, and unhelpful staff made for an unpleasant and disappointing experience.

The staff was helpful and pleasant. The kitchenette was nice, along with the size of the room. Location and parking was good, especially to visit the historical old town of Colmar and Little Venice. Additionally, they accept pets and there is an area to walk the dog within the property and quick access to the sidewalks for morning walks. Unfortunately, in the room I stayed in there was damage to the room wall, spider webs in some of the corners, and no light in the shower. The bed was too soft, not supportive at all. You have to make the bed with sheets provided, which is ok with me. At least I know it is clean. However, this may be a turn off for some guests.

Close to downtown and all you need in an apartment.

Perfect for families, staff is competent and fabulous location to include also an Europapark day trip during our Colmar vacation.

Short break to visit the famous town of Colmar and Riquewihr which inspired Disney in his movie Beauty and the Beast. We had a studio with an equipped kitchenette and all the necessary amenities. The accomodation is clean, well maintained and the staff was extremely helpful: the lady who helped us was very friendly and accommodating even though she seemingly had a difficult conversation on the phone before helping me. The carpark was right beneath the complex. I would surely recommend this accommodation!

Expensive and small rooms. You have to make your bed, wifi with a low quality in comparison with nowadays standards. no hot water in winter Colmar. 3 days without hot water. Unbelieveble. It’s not a small family business with no resources, nope is a massive big business with tens of hotels they can face a simple water leak and they leave the guests without hot water in a zero degrees region during 3 weekend days!!! I’ve never have seen such professionalism in so many hotels I’ve been before. They told you it was up to you!! Never more Pierre Vacances. Never more.

Worse than motel service for hotel rates. You must make your own beds on arrival. Reception hours are very limited. If you are arriving outside of these hours, you will have to call reception before it closes to get instructions on how to check-in. No correspondence was initiated by Pierre & Vacances. As there was no hot water throughout the property over a 3 day period, the stay was exceptionally uncomfortable. While compensation was offered, the uncaring indifference from weekend staff was incredibly inappropriate given the situation. When staff was asked about alternative solutions for guests since there was no hot water for more than 24 hr period, they responded by saying it would be difficult to arrange, and left at that. Avoid this hotel.

Not an hotel but a Residence. Very smart apartment in a great location. Just note you have to make your own bed, empty the bin and wash the dishes. I would definitely recommend this residence.

Good enough location for fair prices. The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the Colmar train and bus station by foot, and it's a short enough walk from Colmar old town as well. This makes it convenient because you get lower prices and still a good location if you like walking. Rooms are spacious enough, although the bathroom is not super well-lit. We had to put the sheets and blanket covers on ourselves, which was a little odd, but ok. They have an agreement with a bakery by which you put your name on a list and then get fresh baked goodies the next day. We did not try that out, as there are multiple bakeries closeby and we wanted to try them instead (all of them are good). Check-in and out were smooth. They charge a 200 euro deposit upon check-in in case you decide to trash your room or something, but that was refunded a couple of days after our stay. We had a pleasant experience and I would return here.

For our prepaid room that we had inform about our time of arrival: Key wasn’t in the safe box as promised. They didn’t reply on phone or email. One day after, no apologies, no explanation.

The room is pleasant with kitchen, balcony with nice view. The swimming pool is clean. But the counter doesn’t always have stuff there which could be inconvenient sometimes

The hotel blocked money from my card before my reservation and then canceled my reservation the day I arrived in Colmar. When I arrived at the hotel, I had to take the room I reserved with a higher fee. they still haven't refunded. hotel staff were not helpful . I definitely do not recommend, don't be fooled by the rating.

We (family with 2 adults, 2 kids and a dog) stayed here just 1 night in transit. The apartments are beautiful, modern and clean. Too bad we only stayed 1 night. The beds are good also the sofa bed. We had a small garden that was ideal with the dog, but the balconies also looked nice. Friendly staff and the village with nice restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Not too bad as an option for Colmar. Good location between train station and city center. Not sure if they have different options but for an extended stay I would try to get a bigger room. But for two nights and two people the room was ok. It was clean and the kitchenette was decently stocked.

Room was great, staff not really helpful. The swimming pool was only open till 20:00 hours, and not every day. Honestly, why not till 23:00 at least!

Was quite good for this price (57 euro), good location, clean, but old room. Don’t recommend to buy a breakfast. You will pay a big price only for bread, coffee and croissant. They don’t serve ham, cheese, eggs.

Nice clean rooms, great swimmingpool. The too sweet breakfast was the only weak spot.

Great value for money: Excellent location facilities are good but with a few glitches! Air-conditioning not properly working, Wi-Fi did not work at all, noise isolation is not great so hope to have sensible neighbours!

Very clean, orderly 2 room apartment, stayed there in a group of 2 adults and 2 children below 11yrs old. Good service and response times from the reception, recommend the underground parking and the breakfast. It is a pity we didn’t bring bathing suits to enjoy the indoor pool. Very close to the southern parts of Colmar old city. Highly recommend it for a family visit to beautiful Colmar.

Very convenient place for reaching the historical city centre by foot. The appartments are rather new and well furnished.
