Room was cleaned well. The staff (front desk and breakfast employees) is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff are on top of everything and provide you an excellent meal, including freshly squeezed orange juice. The only negative point is the Wi-Fi that does not work consistently.

This is a very nice hotel. The staffs were very warm and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the room's design and bedding. The amenities provided were beyond my expectations. Breakfast was very good, with many options to chose from. The only downside was the Wifi, which was very very slow.

Very close to the railway station, this hotel is easy to find. The front entrance aesthetic lacks a little, being a parking lot, but the interior and the rooms make up for that. The breakfast area is large and nicely decorated, and they have a lovely and comfortable outdoor lounging area at the back of the hotel. The breakfast selection was good and most of the staff were very pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and colourfully decorated. The bathroom mirror could use better lighting. Situated where it is, it's about a 15 - 20 minutes walk to the old town and La Petite Venise. I enjoyed my stay here very much.

1. It’s a well maintained property with all new facilities included a nespresso coffee machine in all rooms. Automated Blinds of the room. The bathroom is nice too with modern amenities. 2. Location is good too. 5 mins walking from the train station and 15 mins walking from the centre of the city. 3. The breakfast is really a good spread 4. The staff is very polite. They speak English too.

We had a warm and nice stay in the hotel. Though we wanted to stay for 2 nights but there was no availability, so I recommend booking them early. The lady in the front desk was very kind and helpful, explaining us how to reach the city center, giving us restaurant lists. Hotel is nice and aesthetically decorated. Rooms are quite big, comfortable and clean and very well stocked. What I did not like is the barrier free showers but I understand that’s done for wheelchair access and the hotel provided enough towels to cover the water. Breakfast had many options from crepes to pancakes…. And the hospitality is top notch. They offer free parking and this hotel is 3 mins walk from the train station and 1 klm from the old city center. You can take bus right from the train station to reach the city center and the fare is 1:50 for each trip.

The hotel is at a walking distance from the station and the city center. After 22.00 pm the reception is not staffed, but guests can enter by keying in a security code. They have a paid parking space which needs to be reserved in advance. Room was clean, spacious and well equipped: fridge, safe, coffee machine and bathrobes. TV did not work well. For breakfast there was a wide selection of sweet and savoury food. Staff is friendly, helpful and professional

Very nice, very convenient, very clean, and very friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and the AC worked great. The breakfast was delicious and included. The staff were all delightful and welcoming. I loved that they let us store our luggage while we explored the city but before we caught the train. Conveniently located next to the train station, where we also rented a car to explore the nearby towns. Also close to city center (10 minute walk). Very lovely experience!

Pros: Newly built hotel. Free outside parking. All new furnishing. Quiet air conditioning. Good variety for breakfast. Still in walking distance to downtown. Cons: Too soft bed for our spines. Shower box can't be shut - water always sprinkling outside. Slow Wifi or difficult to connect. Overall, good value for money.

Wonderful hotel within walking distance of the train station and also a short walk to the town centre. The facilities at the hotel were excellent, comfortable room and beds. The staff were very attentive and kind. The breakfast was truly excellent! Would certainly come again for a longer stay.

This hotel is clean and modern. Very nice. The people are so attentive and accommodating. Today we asked about laundry and they did a load for us. Fantastic! Can not recommend highly enough!

Super convenient to train station and very warm and welcoming staff. Free breakfast was very impressive. Air conditioning works incredibly well (so rare in Europe) and bed/pillow is very comfortable.

For the price, the room was pretty small (barely any room around the bed) and things like a door/curtain on the shower would help avoid a soaked bathroom floor 😬 great location as it's right by the train station, although that does mean you do hear the trains go by from your room, and short walk away from the centre. Great breakfast with a huge selection of sweet and savory food!

Very happy with our stay here. Location is much nicer than one would think looking on google maps. Room style is quite dated but serves its purpose. You don’t go to Colmar to sit in your hotel room after all. Breakfast buffet had a good selection and the staff was really friendly.

We really enjoyed one evening in Colmar. The city is just 10~15 minutes by foot, however you can hop on the historic city walk (ask the reception for the map!) just one block away. Lady at the reception also gave us great restaurant tips and made a reservation for us - thanks again!! Breakfast is excellent and has a great variety of products.

A lovely hotel in Colmar, with great location and excellent value. 10 minute walk to the town square. Really enjoyed our short stay, it felt relaxed, welcoming, very well maintained and had great facilities. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms was clean and well maintained with comfortable beds. Breakfast was great and a good way to start the day. We had parking onsite. Would definitely stay at this hotel again on our next visit.

This is by far one of the BEST hotels / hotel accommodation in the world that beats many 5-star luxury hotels. To start, check in was professional, smooth, and friendly to say the least. Room: Clean, right amount of surface space, extremely functional (i'm a solo work-from-home traveler). Got a mini fridge stuffed with complementary beverage. Bed and bedding were very comfortable. Upon check-in, you get a bottle of yummy Alsatian wine. Water pressure for shower is strong and heats up fast. Hotel provides ropes and sleepers. Both good quality.. Parking: Easy to enter and free. Service: they would go above and beyond to help you with any needs like its no big deal to them, like its just brother helping out little sister. Food: The best part of this hotel yet, is the complementary bfast. Selections are huge and yummy like there's no end of it. You can even boil your own eggs and i did that in order to keep a few extra handy for my dog. Lastly, i was trying to do some laundry so i asked the front desk lady and she just took my clothes and had them washed for me. wow i was in shock. I'd ask for the type of detergent she used as my clothes smell so fresh and so good for at least a week. Not sure if this is a family run hotel or by investors but it exceeds 90% of hotels out there in every aspect and they do it with pride, or charitable spirit in mind :)

We had a warm & welcoming stay at the Colmar Hotel! 1) the receptionists were all extremely friendly and helpful. Providing tourist information and also assisting to pack our breakfast in basket as our train ride out was very early. We also had the chance to meet with the owner Thomas who is an architect and designed the hotel. Lovely and friendly old man that was happy to interact with guest in spite of the language barrier. 2) rooms were clean and well stocked with toiletries. Only thing is the shower area which is not so well covered due to the barrier free / wheelchair friendly access, which left the toilet floors wet. Hotel provided large towels to cover the floor for that. 3) location - 3-4 min walk to the train station very convenient. It would take about 15 min to the old town - there is a free electric bus thru the old town which is 6-8min walk from hotel. 4) the breakfast was the best! An extensive range from pastries/cakes, cheese, cereal, yogurt, ham/bacon/sausages and eggs, pancakes/ crepes. All tasted so good. A wide selection of juices / tea / coffee. The hotel is generous with the serving as well. Big thank you to the ladies and Thomas!

Stayed for 3 nights, very good hotel, kind and friendly staff, super comfortable room, spotless clean, fabulous breakfast. Safe parking in front of the hotel. Elevator, very good wifi. Perfect location: 3 min walk to the train station (a visit in Strasbourg is a must), 15 min walk to Little Venice! Colmar is a beautiful town. We recommend the Colmar Hotel.

This is the second time we stay at the Colmar Hotel while visiting Colmar. The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk away from Colmar historic centre and it provides free parking on the premises for the guest. Rooms are very comfortable, modernly furnished and very clean. Morning breakfast is excellent and provides a great variety of food. Last but not least the staff is very efficient, extremely polite and helpful. In all a great experience!!

The Colmar Hotel is very comfortable and clean with nice touches in the room and the staff are friendly and helpful.  It also has a nice courtyard to sit and relax and enjoy a glass of wine. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. The only downside is the location which is more like a 15/20 minutes walk from the old town rather than 10 minutes as stated, and very close to a busy railway line which is a bit noisy, but fortunately did not affect our sleep too much. Onsite parking is a bonus.

Great breakfast and location! Service was excellent and free parking was a bonus. Only small changes I would make- have a shower door to keep water from getting all over bathroom floor. Also have a larger mattress topper on the bed so that there is no gap in the mattresses. Overall a wonderful hotel- would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been too, especially considering the modest price. Great friendly service, everything is nice and clean and functional and there’s a lot of care in the details. A 5 star experience really for a 3 star price. Highly recommended!

It's crazy this hotel has just 3 stars. Service, rooms, breakfast. Everything was perfect. They have nespresso machines for coffee in every room, they give you typical food to take with you on the road as soon as you checkout, they offer a HUGE selection of food and drinks for breakfast, every kind of bio thingamajig toiletry you might think of, and always have a smile. The hotel is excellent! Very close to the city centre. Staff is extremely kind. Rooms are absolutely clean and full of nice useful things. Breakfast also very good. Very much recommended. And they also give you a nice little cadeau at the end of your stay!

One of the best hotels I ever used! Everywhere was very clean, the reception people very nice and polite and breakfast fabulous😁. More than that, in every evening we have been welcomed in the lobby with hot wine, bisquits and fruits. Very nice experience! Book this hotel and you will be amazed👍
