It was a great surprise for us! The pizza was delicious! We were a little worried since it didn’t have tomato sauce but we were greatly surprised! The beer was interesting but not bad!

Just wow! The tarte flambee is just amazing. I’m still drooling thinking about this now. We had the tarte with wild garlic and with Munster cheese. Had a very hard time choosing which one we liked more. The desert tarte flambee is also super tasty, we took the apple strudel. The restaurant runs like a well oiled machine with incredibly fast service and also waiting time for the mood was very short. Will definitely be back!

Amazing place! Delicious tart Flambee! They serve only this but it’s flawless! Nice and attentive staff, fast service, there is variety of good local wines! Strongly recommend for lunch!

La Stub is a pretty and delicious restaurant in a very good location of Colmar. I had a delicious tarte flambeé avec un vin Riesling - and I super recomend it! Luiz (the waiter) was extremely kind and polite! When he noticed I am brazilian, he played brazilian songs and I thought it was really cute. La Stub deserves five stars, for the restaurant il self, for the food and for Luis. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Merci beaucoup!

Excellent pizza. Server/owner very nice. We had the truffles pizza and basil pizza. They use local cheese, bacon and cream. Really tasty. Desert apple pizza it’s out of this world. 10 out of 10

Good tarte flambée, lovely wine, quick service. The place is quite popular, mainly with the locals. Definitely not to be missed for a quick lunch. Reasonable prices.

I had never had tarte flambe before but I thought was really good, but the savoury definitely better than the sweet. Although the latter would be better was some ice cream. Service was good and it was very nice to sit outside in summer.

This restaurant is specialised on Tarte Flambé (Flammkuchen/Flammekueche). They were really delicious and obviously cooked in special oven. The place is a little crumped and often a reservation may be needed at pick times. The price was very good. I would go back.

We originally wanted to visit the highly rated Restaurant La Soi but it is closed and moved to this location. We arrived 15 minutes prior to them opening but the waitress told us she would gladly take us on the patio. We ordered drinks and two tarte flambées. We had the original and the Munster cheese. I prefer the Munster as I love the strong taste but my husband preferred the original. Both were very tasty! They are thin, flavourful, flakey - how they don't get overcooked must be magic because I would totally mess it up! We didn't finish both - although they are super thin I think the cheese makes it heavier, however; it is totally doable as a snack or order a few and take them to go! We took ours to go and it was still as tasty when we ate it a couple hours later :) Overall, I would totally check out the place. It was great to taste the local cuisine and the views on the street are super cute. It is off the main road but still busy enough and with that beautiful scenery that it's nice to relax but also people watch! Enjoy :)

Top experience if you are willing to try the famous local 'tarte flambée'. Highly recommended to book a table in advance as it gets easily full. Service was brilliant, very nice and careful. We asked for their recommendations and it was a success. Great experience.

Delicious tarte flambée! Very convivial! We had many different ones and all of them were worth it. Although the waiter mistakenly served our first order to the neighboring table, they offered us a glass of crémant for the inconvenience. So very positive review overall as that was well and responsibly handled.

The ladies running these place are amazing - efficient, quick, friendly and serve a delicious tarte flambee! There are so many flavors to choose from at a really fair price. We came here every night for dinner it was so good. Highly recommend!

La Stub is fantastic! They only serve Tarte flambee and it's the absolute best... crispy wafer Tarte with various toppings.

You have to be there early, or else you will need to wait at least 20 mins for a table. The staff speaks English well and they are so helpful to me when I was ordering. The food is fresh and ambience is good. I would definitely return again!

I’ve eaten a few flammkuchen over the years, in Strasbourg and in Colmar. This is the best I’ve had. We shared a Munster and a Gratinee, two of the traditional ones and both were hot, crispy and delicious. Very filling and great value. We chose here as the other place reputed to be the best was tiny and booked out. This place has more space and turns over tables so you actually have a chance of eating something amazing. We will be back.

Usually we would not write a review for a place we never entered, but well, the waiter didn’t let us. We went there based on a recommendation of a friend and yes we didn’t do a reservation. It was written on the door that the place is fully booked but we still politely asked if there is a space available. The only answer to our question was too times if we are not able to read the sign which says the place is booked. No idea why you cannot nicely decline our request to answer but instead behave so arrogant.

Nice casual place to try tarte flambee, a local alsacian pizza-like dish. You can try here either a traditional version are choose from a selection of more surprising varieties. As the place is rather small and gets crowded very fast please consider booking ahead.

My boyfriend and I had a great time here yesterday, the guys were really lovely to our dog and offered her a champagne bucket of water - the princess!! The tarte flambé was 100 times better than anything we’d seen people eating in other restaurants. It was delicious! Avoid Little Venice and opt for a more authentic experience here. Thanks guys!

Cozy cafe with amazing delicious dishes! I was pleased with the waiter, who speaks three languages. Tarte Flambé melt in the mouth. Especially good one with blueberries, you will lick your fingers!
