Great Turkish restaurant! You really got almost all the delicious dishes like in Turkey. The colourful yogurt sauce platter as starter is fantastic, I recommend to mix them with the grilled meats, the chef must master the fire very well, you really taste the top grilling skill as blessing to the various meats. All in all, the local fancy French restaurant brings you the atmosphere, this Turkish restaurant brings the heaven to your stomach.😉

I highly recommend Sahmeran, a beautifully decorated Turkish restaurant with incredible service. From the moment we walked in the door, the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. The food was absolutely delicious and the portion sizes were generous. Each dish was bursting with flavor, with the lamb chops and dips being a standout. But beyond the food, it was the service that really made the evening special. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and gave us great recommendations. They also checked in on us frequently to ensure we were enjoying our meal and had everything we needed.

We shared the four cold/four hot appetizer and the chicken plate. We got a beer and a coke and spent 35€. The place is big and the seating is comfortable. The service is friendly. The food is a nice alternative to the local Alsace food.

Amazing Turkish restaurant! Despite being very busy, the lady serving us was extremely nice and welcoming. The food was absolutely amazing - the dips were very flavourful and the portions were big. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

An excellent restaurant, where we finally found a place to sit in the middle of the Christmas crowd. The food is good and the waiters are friendly. I hope they accidentally charged us for three baklavas and brought us two.

We were a big group of 21 people on 25th December to celebrate our Mother's Birthday....every wish we had was fullfilled completely and we could bring our own birthday cake and exchange gifts. Except the exceptional service the food was great and big portions...extremely recommandable!!!

I can honestly recommend Sahmeran Restaurant. The food is great, fresh and delicious. The staff is really polite and friendly. I would advise to book in advance as the restaurant gets quite busy very quickly.

We tried the grape leaves rolls, the Kubbah & the mixed grills, all the dishes were delicious 😋 The waiter was really nice and he tried to translate the menu to us. Highly recommended!! Try to reserve a table before going as it gets crowded very quickly.

The staff was very nice and accommodated us even though the restaurant was full. We have eaten Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food all over the world. This was some of the most authentic, Homestyle Turkish food we have ever had. Cooked very well, excellent flavors. The servers also spoke English and made us feel welcome, and not bad that our French was not great!

A great turkish restaurant in Colmar. The restaurant interior is very nice with its traditional style and comfy sittings, the food is delicious but the portions can be bigger according to the prices. Overall, it's good to try it if you want oriental food in Colmar

Food was absolutely amazing! Went there just 15 minutes after opening and it’s already 80% full! Servers were very kind They provided salad and bread just to make sure that you’re not waiting hungrily Would definitely recommend 👌🏻

There is vast variety of turkish food there. We tried different types of lamb meat, each of them was mind blowing. In addition, Turkish red wine(yakut) is awesome. The restaurant is far apart from other turkish couterparts in the town by being so classy and elegant, besides it's not overpriced. I believe that those guys are unbeatable in Colmar!

Lively place popular with groups and families. Very friendly staff that accommodated our party well and took extra care of the baby. The food was tasty, quickly served and the portions big.

Nice food, reasonable prices, nice decoration/cosy place, slow but friendly service. It was difficult to get the attention of the waiters, and they forgot things like glasses for water, spoons for the commen dishes erc. All in all a good experience 👍

Very good food and nice service! We came 45mins before the planned closure but still were served. My boyfriend took lamb steaks with potato fries and he says both were excellent. I took chicken skewers also with fries and salad. I really loved the chicken - it had a great flavour and was really tender. I liked fries and salad also! The waiter was very gentle and few times assured all was fine. And spoke english!

Very good food for a very good price. The baklava was a bit too sweet for me, but I think that’s quite normal. The service was nice too!

Fabulous Turkish Meal, so good I went back next night + 13 friends! Superb in every way, food, ambience, service, friendliness. Our waitress Ruby was great, she spent time explaining the dishes to us & recommended some also. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough, if you in Colmar it's a must.
