sometimes the meat is literally raw... I've seen it several times now and one time I got really sick after eating there. Selling food and not making sure it's completely cooked is irresponsible, I'm not going there anymore://

A really good place to take a bite. The have coffee, tea and all kind of juices fresh or not, sandwiches and deserts, they even have fresh fruits. It's self service so you choose what you want and then pay. The prices are very good and the food was great! Like everywhere in Germany the vegans are well treated, and you have multiple vegan options well labelled.

There was no place inside. I bought chicken tortilla. The chicken was terrible. Next time I will definitely eat somewhere else. Service was nice. The selection of sandwiches is very large.

You can get variety of pastries from bacon to drinks and desert and a warm relaxed atmosphere indoor and a sitting space outdoor.

The sausage rolls are tasty, and fairly priced. The coffee is relatively expensive considering its low quality. However, this place a God-send for people in the city early in the morning.

Great selection whether you want sweet or savory breakfast, many lactose-free options (vegan even). Add tasty coffee and tea in welcoming interior and you have perfect breakfast or snack mix. We went here each morning of our trip, would definitely recommend!

Avocado bread redefined, and not positively. Frankly, this is close to ... don't wanna say it here. They put avocado slices only at the very edge of the bun and it's not that I can check before I buy and then put it back. Sad practice for an otherwise good experience with the brand.

Great breakfast place in Cologne. There are several locations of this franchise around town. Freshly made bread, juice and coffee at reasonable prices. Forget the expensive breakfast buffets at your hotel, but take a stroll to your nearest Backwerk for a better quality breakfast at a better rate.

If it's wrapped it isn't fresh. Reeks of alcohol (spoiled food, disgust and general whlergh). Would not recommend. Tuna equals slow and painful death.

Good Prices, nice variety

Hands down best spot when visiting cologne. Besides the awesome food and coffee , the location and atmosphere is just perfect. The staff are very helpful and professional, makes the experience a delight. This was our daily go to spot during our whole trip in cologne.

had two brezels for 1.30€ each, they were alright. the selection of baked goods there is quite big and interesting though.
