Around 2017/2018 I had a very inhumane experience with the founder/co-founder Raphael Wohlgemuth, which I can't forget to this day. But I expressly warn against the coach Raphael. I once had a training partner who hit a bit hard in sparring. After the sparring, Raphael Wolgemuth spoke to him and said: "... hit him really hard, for me." I was then knocked unconscious several times while sparring. It's a paradox to find something negative about him among all the positive experiences and if you do, you'll be "boycotted" or face a lot of headwind. You also have to honestly say that Raphael is very nice and warm-hearted when you first meet him. But this is just a mask he puts on. Please don't believe him! He is quite obsessed with power and apparently has an inferiority complex, which he compensates for with his physical superiority and martial arts. Please be very careful with yourself if you are reserved and shy. I really hope Raphael Wohlgemuht that you have improved and thought about it. Please don't try to delete my review with your team, it's just a waste of nerves! DEFEND YOURSELF AND DON'T LET YOURSELF BE DOWN!

A very good gym with competent trainers. A large training area, a cage and much more. Up to 8 courses per day are offered in a wide variety of disciplines: wrestling, boxing, mma, etc. I'm happy to be a member here

I've been registered with ALL In for 3 months now. I can only really say something positive. The courses are varied and well planned. The coaches are experienced and the other members are generally nice. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

I've been here for about 3/4 of a year, at the beginning everything was cool, unfortunately the showers and sauna weren't working. After two or three months, it started with Ringer fungus. A month later it landed with me. I've been sick for the last four months with an inflamed bursa, I'm back and the showers are locked 🤷‍♂️ I can't drive around in a wet sweat. So as far as the people are concerned, everyone is ok, Raphael is cool, no problems with the boys. I'll talk to Raphael, maybe it'll help 🙋‍♂️💪

Best gym in Germany, can't be topped when it comes to the experience and competence of the trainers. Above all, Raphael is a trainer who is second to none. 5 stars is still not enough.

Für Kampfsport-Begeisterte im Raum Köln und Umgebung eine klare Empfehlung. Ich kann ausnahmslos positives über das Trainerteam sagen. Raphael ( Kickboxen und Boxen ) ist sehr bemüht, jedem etwas bei zu bringen bzw mit zu geben , ganz gleich ob man Wettkampforientiert oder als Hobby trainiert. Grappling war totales Neuland für mich, doch sowohl Trainer als auch Trainingspartner sind Nachsichtig und versuchen einen wirklich ' an die Hand ' zu nehmen. Die Sparringseinheiten laufen sehr gut ab, man hat Sportler jeglichen Alters , Gewichts und Geschlechts , die auf unterschiedlichsten Niveaus miteinander arbeiten können. PS: Die Leberhaken von Raphael schmecken besonders gut ;) Der Trainingsraum bietet im übrigen alles, was man für Kraftsport ,crossfit oder weightlifting braucht.
