The agreed appointment on August 15th, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. was canceled by the branch in Cologne Ehrenfeld. I asked if she could look for an appointment at another branch in Cologne at the same time. Unfortunately, the employee wasn't helpful and didn't want to check for an alternative appointment at another branch to see if it was possible. I was there today for the first and last time. I found the little girls who work there completely unsympathetic. It starts on a first-name basis, although older people definitely go there and not just girls. It's still unclear to me what kind of concept this is supposed to be. Before that time, calling strangers was a sign of respect. I also don't want to be forced to call someone even though I don't want to. And I didn't miss the staring look when I walked into the treatment room. The little girl's unfriendly looks continued in the room. The treatment was subpar. It wasn't until I got home that I saw that nothing had come off at the temples. I've been able to do better at home for years. I just wanted to see if it would be better in a studio. No part was removed cleanly. I can understand small hairs but they are not small hairs. And if you can't get rid of the hair, then you don't have to include it in the price. For 52 euros it was definitely too expensive and from now on I will do everything at home by myself. Professionalism is different.

She was unfriendly, took only 10min to take care of me (brazilian waxing usually takes around 25min altogether in my experience) and was therefore careless and brutal in order to get it done as fast as possible. Inconspicuous shop, but great inside. Great speech by the beautician Julia. Fast and clean work. Absolutely good scheduling, I've never had to wait.

Embarrassing service. Really expensive. They only care about having a lot of costumers but don't care about the single costumers. Last time, I went back home with Waxing in my hairs and the eyebrows that they were supposed to do, looked the same as when I entered the center. I would never recommend Senzera to anyone. At least the ones that I have tried in Cologne.
