We ordered here for the first and last time. The photo shown is supposed to be pizza rolls. The fries delivered were neither salted nor crispy. There was a touch of old lettuce on the burger, very carelessly put together and very mild as a chili cheeseburger. Really a shame about the money.

So I can't agree with most of the reviews, the pizza isn't a masterpiece but it was really tasty and arrived warm in not too long. The dough could use a little longer in the oven as the edges have already received a little too much heat. Especially with these correct opening times, bianco steinofen is far ahead of the competition.

This store is an absolute joke! I have never seen such a disrespectful employee. Ordered food at 00:53. Should call because it's already late. 1.5 hours later still nothing has come and I ask where my food is, supposedly the wrong number was left, even though I gave the correct one from my second cell phone! The call may not have gone through, but you can still respond in a nicer way!!!! When I said that my meal should be refunded, I was cheekily replied: “I already threw your €4 meal in the trash, should I transfer the €4 to you?” ABSOLUTE cheek, no wonder this shop doesn't have one star.

Essen bestellt. Lieferzeit wurde eingehalten. Preislich nicht besonders teuer aber auch keine besondere Pizza. Ziemlich mittelmäßig. Der Lieferant aber war einfach extremst unhöflich. Gesichtsausdruck als hätte man ihn persönlich angegriffen statt eine Pizza bestellt… nachdem ich ihm sein Trinkgeld gab, hat er sich nicht mal bedankt. Weder ein hallo noch ein danke. Nur ein verärgertes Gesicht mit unseren Pizzen in der Hand. Hmmmmm-yummy-yummy. Da kommt Appetit auf. Glaube man war sauer, dass wir bei ihnen essen bestellt haben?! Vielleicht weil es eine späte Bestellung war? Keine Ahnung. Auf jeden Fall kein Grund mit so aufzukreuzen.

Outrageous! Been waiting for food for half an hour! My cell phone was off when I turned it on and called! They said they canceled the order because no one could reach me, they said my bell was broken, no one tried to ring the bell If you said that you called, no one called, then I would see it in the call list Never take your hands off again!!!!

Once again they are unable to change the address in their system. So that the supplier repeatedly shows up at the wrong door. As a result, the food was cold when it arrived at the right address. We don't order there anymore. Although we liked ordering there.

I can't agree with all the negative comments, we just ordered three pizzas and are very satisfied. All three pizzas were very tasty, and I can especially recommend the combination with hollandaise sauce.

Pizza exactly as wanted and ordered, even the special requests were taken into account. Delivery was also quick and the delivery person was friendly.
