Absolute disaster! I had very high expectations due to the great reviews and the beautiful advertising photos and was really looking forward to my appointment for a lash lift and brow lift. But the appointment turned out to be anything other than expected :( The treatment was carried out completely without comment and no questions were asked about our wishes or possible allergies. When I saw the end result, I was more shocked than I had been in a long time. The brow lift was carried out in such an extreme way and the brow shape wasn't even trimmed cleanly. According to the employee, she found her work to be extremely beautiful. My brow lift was left on for so long that my entire brows are now burnt and my hair is wavy. My eyelashes weren't dyed black like I wanted, No, they glow at you in an unpleasant blue! I'm so sad and every time I look in the mirror I'm really at a loss for words. Absolute disappointment!

Ich hab im Mai bei facetwoface meine Augenbrauen machen lassen (nach dem ich ein altes habe mit dem Laser entfernen lassen) meine Haut war nun vorbelastet und leider war es auch nicht ganz mittels Laser verschwunden meine Haut war gelb. Eni hat es geschafft nicht nur meinen Augenbrauen eine wunderschöne neue Form zu geben sondern auch einen Farbton getroffen der das gelbe auf der Haut verschwinden lässt! Ich bin sehr glücklich und dankbar das es noch Leute gibt die ihr Handwerk verstehen! Danke an das ganze Team das ihr mir meine Sorgen auch im Vorfeld genommen habt! Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!
