The most disappointing experience ever. We read the review on Google about people waiting for an hour for their food, thought it couldn't be that bad, let's give it a try. It ends up being even worse. We ordered at 17:20, appetizers took 1.5 hours to come, and main courses 2 hours. The servers were friendly, they kept apologizing, but it didnt change the fact that it was unreasonably slow. At the end we waited for another 20mins just to get the bill. Also, the food was just so-so. Strongly recommend everyone to NOT GO unless you enjoy wasting your time.

This restaurant was a great surprise. Excellent food and superb prices. As a couple, we ate with an appetizer, 2 entrees, 1 tea, 4 glasses of wine, 1 dessert, and it was just over 30€. What more can you ask? Again, excellent food!

I really liked the pasta, very special and delicious ingredients, but still not expensive! Most of my colleagues liked the pizza, but my Italian friend thought the pizza was only okay. A little too much dough for her :)

It's hard to imagine the staff in this restaurant are proud of what they do here. Because this is the kind of restaurant that shows all the signs of surviving only because of the surrounding business's lunch-time crowds, and it knows it. Food and drink prices here are astronomical. Wait times are long (up to 1hr) for both food and service. Servings are on the small side for the price. And paying takes ages. But the worst aspect of this restaurant is the customer service. The service here is smug and staff don't bother pretending to feign customer service skills. It's just sad. Eating here is just that. Eating. This restaurant offers no dining experience, but merely a soulless, clinical eating session devoid of any hospitality or warmth. One arrives, one orders, one eats, and one pays - and sometimes one gets a side of smugness. It's Italian in presentation without any of Italy's welcoming spirit or pride. Really sad.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. If you are a Vapiano's fan you'll learn to love this place. The staff, during this visit, was friendly and even attended to English speaking customers. There's a long list of menu items while being able to select your own noodle type. Parking was plenty available directly in front of the restaurant. Though I don't believe you can match the price tag with the food you receive it was still worth the visit.

Super service. Quick and friendly despite being busy. Delicious fresh pasta filled with asparagus and chicken and a salad with pomegranate and melon dressing plus a half litre of house white and we paid about 25 Euros. Definitely recommend this place.

Certainly a good location for an Italien restaurant in the middle of the old Karlswerk factory. The brick and industrial ambiente is just a awesome spot for Sommer evening dwellers. However you should keep in mind that it will be crowded and everything will be a bit slow on most sunny weekend days. I would recommend to visit it on a warm weekday and enjoy the great pasta with a good chilled white wine Spritz on the Patio.

Has several vegan options which are highlighted as such in the menu. Surprisingly, there is no vegan pizza. The serving sizes are okay but personally, I would have to eat two meals for not leaving the restaurant hungry. Last time we went there, we waited an hour for our food. It was delicious but nothing special. The ingredients seem of somewhat higher quality and the atmosphere is rather nice. Waiters were a bit stressed although the venue was not overly full. Maybe it's just too few people working there but I also witnessed a woman having to wait over half an hour for her ordered takeout.

Very nice Italian restaurant that offers plenty of vegetarian and vegan pasta options. The pizzas are really good and the homemade lemonade tops it off! I highly recommend visiting this restaurant.

The food is decent for the price. Service however takes forever, even if the place is empty. Expect to wait at least one hour, during lunch time usually longer.

Absolutely dissapointing, service was not great and we had to ask a few times to change the table before they actually cleaned the other table. Had to wait like an hour to get the food, and the food was dissapointing, the vegan pizza was a total failure, the salmon poke bowl was mostly spinash and no real flavor, and the pasta was salty.
