Hier wird der Servicegedanken positiv gelebt, von der Begrüßung im Laden mit einem Lächeln über die Beratung + kleines Präsent für eine Tasche, wo kein Schutzbeutel dabei war, wurde dieser (zwar nicht perfekt passend, aber der Wille zählt ja auch und ist klasse gewesen) auf Nachfrage kostenfrei aus der Schublade geholt und dazugelegt und final die ehrliche herzliche Verabschiedung. Eigentlich wollten wir nur eine Tasche kaufen, durch die insgesamt tollen Eindrücke und das Verkaufserlebnis wurden es 3 Teile! Bisher bei MK nur online eingekauft.
