The bouncer was racist and he denied me entrance first time but some German colleagues demanded to see the owner and he caved. Good music though Actually a few weeks I went back again and they downright denied entry. They do not allow entry to people of color. So sad and deploarable!!!. So if you are Black or Arabic and you do not have a "White" German with you, you will not be allowed entry :(

Your lovely neighborhood student bar, relatively clean with nice convertible outdoor section. Sometimes I still leave smelling like an ashtray though. Bathrooms are clean enough (at least on the men's side).

Nice club. I went here with my friend and we met a lot of good people from University of Cologne.

Super unfriendly security staff. After my girl friends were in I was denied to enter and physically pushed out the bar entrance for unknown reasons (even though I was not resisting or anything). As you can read in other comments, this happens very often to foreigners. The "apparent actions they have taken" appear to be nonexistent and just a cover-up. With so many bars around the area, totally not worth a dime.

They have a racist security at door, you should not visit this kind of place.

A very chilling place to grab a beer. During the week is usually not full "Apart of Thursday", so if you are looking for a cozy place for a beer, I would recommend this bar.

The bouncer at the entrance is quite racist because he decides who can enter and who cannot based on the skin colour, since the only people he doesn't let in are non-white. It's not a coincidence and it's not the first time I see it happening, this place is well-known for this type of behaviour. Honestly, I prefer to spend my time in a place with better people and better environment.

€5 all-you-can-drink Kölsch for two hours is a good deal, but the bar gets really, really crowded.
