The last six times I bought a sandwiches and it was the worst bread I have ever seen in my life and they changed it for me and the same thing and this time also :) and a hair on my fries :) i lost my money just

Horrible place! This place should be closed by the health authorities! Extremely dirty! We had to clean also our table! We bought a bucket, the meat tasted old and was extremely oily. I asked for wet tissues and I was told they don't have, I asked for the bathroom to wash my hands they said they don't have. If you can avoid please go somewhere else to eat. For 22.60 euros which is a bucket of chichen, you can find better places! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Pretty quick service, order right out of fresh cooked batch. Could pay more attention to keeping distance as corona protection. Customers sit some of the restricted places, they need to be warned.

I was there today 02:02:24 ..the workplace was flooded..the manager lady looked like she was crazy..she can't be wrong, the workers didn't care about the world, the lady was literally struggling alone....selamlar fazla stres kalbe iyi değil liferant

At first I thought it was a joke, then I realized I was being yelled at by the KFC cashier for trying to read the menu and not ordering from the machine - when I mentioned I was trying to read the menu it didn't matter - I still don't fully understand, other customers apologized for the rudeness, but this really stuck with me to the point people should be warned.

If I can give it 0 stars I would. This place is disgusting. I personally counted 3 mice just walking around in the restaurant. Horrible hygiene and horrible service

Well. This place could be my option during the holiday season where most of local restaurants closed. I take my family and sit together in small spot. Can't find comfort zone here. With all the menus you can get enough option here.

I ordered a piece of chicken and they gave me bones with very little chicken meat. Furthermore, the entire menu was excessively salty.

I love the chilly cheese crunchy burger at kfc and this branch at cologne hauptbahnhof had fresh burgers. Grabbed one on my way to Aachen!!

Beggars constantly walking through the place. Worker tried to kick us out before we finished our meal, stating this is a ‘fast food’ place. Don’t come here if you aren’t a fast eater. Terrible experience.

Chicken is good, a bit expensive compared to what you get. Service is kinda trash, we didn't get our full order and when I pointed this out the lady behind the desk yelled at me in german... Still didn't get the bbq sauce :( 4/10 would visit again.

Rudest staff ever. My food was almost aggressively thrown onto the floor when I didn’t notice my order was ready because nobody even called my number. I was nothing but nice and that was what I got in return. Wont ever go there again

Very poor customer service. The manager was very rude towards customers. They also forgot something I ordered. When I told one of the staff members, they yelled at me that it was on the tray, when the staff member eventually came to look, they turned back to the kitchen and practically shoved the wrap in my hands. DO NOT recommend this place at all!!

It is the worst KFC restaurant that I visited in Germany. I order a big Zinger Burger Menü,the Burger was so small as the Euro cheese burger of McDonald's. Bread and dried chicken are dried out, I am 100%that it was not freshly made. Fried fries are ok, but they didn't give me the two sources that I ordered. Children wings can be the "best" of all, but they do not taste fresh and juice at all. No ice in the soft drink. The floor of the restaurant was oiled and with spilt drinks. Dinning tables were not properly cleaned. For the Zinger Burger XXL Menu I paid 12,5 euro, it was expensive and disposing. For the same amount of money,you can easily choose other food. There are plenty of choices in Cologne Central Station. Not recommended at all. Don't come unless you MUST have KFC fried chicken at Cologne Central Station!!!

It's a terrible place. Yesterday I was poisoned for birthday. I hope this restaurant will close , and all employees will be fired. It was disgusting

Too rude staff, the lady who speaks Urdu/Hindi were extremely rude. Zinger burger’s chicken wasn’t fully cooked, fries overly cooked and burnt. Too bad to have the meal from this KFC’s branch.
