The doner was authentic and tasted excellent. The meal came quickly. The service was friendly. It was clean and tidy. I would recommend.

Tasted dürum. The taste was very average and flat. Needs to be improved.

This place is terrible. The man that serves is always angry and the food is tasteless. Avoid at all costs and find another place to eat.

I guess the only reason it is still operating is because of its prime location. Other than that, you can find much better Döner shops in the streets just across the Dome Döner. Ordered Shawarma and Döner, both were not that tasty. It was way too much oily (as if you are drinking oil) and the center stage ingredient of any Döner/Shawarma, the sauces were not that great. Felt like waste of money.

Pros: Staff is very friendly, good location, quick, wallet happy Cons: Not the best tasting Döner that I have had. Meat needs more seasoning, not many places to sit (I had to take mine to go) If you’re wanting something quick and don’t want McDonald’s I guess this would be a good choice. McDonald’s at least has flavor

All very tasty; I think I like the beef doner sandwich with tzatziki and a little chili sauce the most, but the pizza sauce wrap and fries versions were also fun. They also have a yogurt drink as one of the drink options; just tell them you want a drink when ordering and grab one from the fridge. I hear Mangal Doner is the best around here and I'm glad I got to taste why!

Decent Döner, good price/quality ratio, especially considering it's in the heart of Cologne. It has some place to sit. Fast service.

They can be a little more successful, they are weak compared to other Turkish cuisine restaurants in the city. Also, it is privileged to have Turkish employees in a Turkish restaurant, which we did not see here.

The name is confusing here. Dome Döner, but it's the Podolski one I think. Landed late after getting off a delayed flight and strolled down from the hotel to here. I'd heard the kebabs were alright, I maybe should've listened to the reviews. Ordered a Lahmacun which weirdly tasted of cheese without having cheese in it. I added mixed Doner to the middle as well. Then they wrapped it. It was carnage. First bite I knew I was in trouble as it tasted like old meat, sort of stale, partially unfrozen sort of thing, my stomach was doing backflips for the next few days and the toilet at the Hilton got a good seeing to. Would I go back again? Maybe. Purely for the audacity and kinda jovial rudeness the staff had. I liked it, felt authentically bad, like genuinely they could care less and my failed attempts at rekindling my GCSE German were met with laughter and confusion. My brother had a different kebab and his toilet experience was very similar. Safe to say we share the same aftermath as many others. I'd avoid it if you're sensitive, but go if you're hungry and want to lose some weight.

The service was great, and the food was pretty good. One of the best doner wraps I’ve had

The place is very near to the Köln Hbf. In 3 minute walk, you will arrive there. The HALAL signage is there. A quick and blitz meal before hop on other train.

Food: 10/10 Drinks: 8/10 Cleanliness: 7/10 Staff: 4/10 Prices: 10/10 Interior/Exterior Deco: 5/10 Food waiting time: 10/10 Location: 10/10 Atmosphere: 4/10 Overall Recommendation: recommended Come here for a tasty, quick kebab, but do not expect much more than that. The staff aren’t very friendly, and the place isn’t the cleanest, however the location and prices are great.
