Food ok like always . BUT EXTREMLY UNFRIENDLY ALMOST HOSTILE SERVICE

In a big event in lanxess arena we go in this subway for Lunch at 12:00, and they have no wraps, no nachos chicken, no salads , so what they are open?? Only to sell sandwich? Amazing...

The service was not very good, the employees were very quick with everything and didn't hear half of what i said. The restaurant also isn't very clean and the sandwich was poorly filled. Also we could only pay with cash since they don't take non german cards.

Love Subway, it's by far the best fast food. The staff was annoyed and unfriendly, but it was crowded so I understand it.

Realllly unhelpful staff - looked completely disinterested they didn't have the sauces I asked for, not the filling, and ran out of jalapenos. So I was forced to have what I didn't actually wanted

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I bought a sandwich chicken with vegetables yesterday. And I got food poisoning. They don't work clean at all. I have been puking for 6 hours now.... Never again

My experience at that branch was quite disappointing. I cannot recommend it to anyone. When ordering, I usually have the liberty to choose my preferred vegetables for my sandwich. However, the lady serving me insisted that the garlic chicken sandwich came with fixed ingredients and couldn't be customized. This has never been an issue for me at other Subway locations. Additionally, when I requested extra olives and offered to pay for them, she only added three slices and charged me 50 cents. I had to ask her to remove them. I have no plans to order from that branch again.
