One of the biggest hardware store brand. Normally staff is quite helpful but it gets quite crowded on weekends. Always prefer to go in mornings.

The super-capitalistic-megamarkets-style where you just go in to grab one thing, and you end up buying a few things more. Since the other city center locations where closed, this is one of the big 'home depots' where you can get tools and materials to build stuff. In the past years there have been openings of (even) bigger options, where you might find more stuff, but if you are near downtown and you want to get materials to keep on with your home projects, this is a great option to go to. (The other options are further away) I also gotta say that the returning policies work great, it happened to me many times that i bought the wrong piece and i had to go back to change it. It was never a problem. (This is anyway almost standart onthe big chains in Germany) However, prices are regular, specially when you don't have many options where to shop.

Perfect service! Maybe some management problem, they can not find the product which should exist in their inventory.
