Very unreliable! We called a couple of days in advance to make sure that we can reserve a bicycle online, and they told us that we should not worry about reserving them and if we will just walk in they will definitively have a lot of bikes. It was important for me as I traveled all the way from the Netherlands. When I arrived, they didn’t have even one bicycle available… And the guy was not even sorry, just “no, not today”. Some German people tried to explain him that we called in advance (so it definitely wasn’t a language miscommunication), but it didn’t help.

Great place to hire a bike! It was €7 for 3 hours (with a refundable €50 deposit) and although the man that served us didn't speak English, we figured everything out through pointing and Google Translate. The bikes were fantastic! Easy to use and we rode all around town and along the river.

Rented these bikes for a 4 hour leisurely ride down the Rhine. Very comfortable bikes with big comfy seats, 7 speeds. Friendly gentleman worked at the place, and price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I rented on an absolutely freezing day in March but the staff were so nice and helpful and I was on my way so quickly… Very efficient… Perfect location… Great bike and it didn’t cost a fortune. Thank you all. Vielen dank.

-There are different types of cycles available. For children,adults,mountain bikes and also cycle with two person sitting. -Also the timing for cycle rent start from 3 hour and the next is for a day or two days or for week. -There is only one or two person working in the radstation so during peak time it end up in small queue but with long waiting. -Donot forget to take the ID along with you. - Also there is deposit of 50 Euro which we had to give when we took two cycle.but this money you will get back once you return. -Most of the cycles has two lock operated with single key along with it. - Bikes where also well maintained

I rented a city bike for 24 hours. The guy working was nice, and the bike was good. The only reason I give four stars is because if you're tall like me (1,90m), the bike will be very uncomfortable. I don't think they have larger sizes. If you're shorter, it will be good.

Great service and very friendly & helpful gentlemen. Rented two bikes for a day and had a flat tire halfthrough the trip, brought the bike back and decided to postpone our trip around Cologne for another day. Our flexibility mirrors in the flexibility of the shop, we were able to reserve the bike for the next day for a great price. Would recommend!

I wish I had known about this place sooner! 1€ for storing your bike for 1 day and it gives great peace of mind knowing your bike won't be a target for thieves.

We had a fantastic experience with Radstation Cologne during our recent visit. So disappointed. We visited 3 years ago in 2019 with our two children and hired bikes here for 3 hours which we enjoyed very much - a highlight of our trip. We were looking forward to repeating the experience this time so I emailed a few days before we arrived to ask for advice before booking. I got a fast and polite reply suggesting we turn up and they would work out what was most suitable. So we arrived on Wednesday excited to go cycling. However we were very disappointed to find that there was only one child bike available and that it was way too big for my daughter. The staff were very unhelpful and seemed to lack knowledge, suggesting she could ride the bike even though she could hardly reach the pedals. I asked about a Kinder Anhänger (tag along) but the guy just shrugged unhelpfully and said they were reserved. I asked if maybe we could reserve bikes for tomorrow and he just said no, no explanation or apology. I asked if there was somewhere else we could try and again he just shrugged and said he didn’t know. We just had to walk away disappointed. I see from other reviews that the staff don’t speak English but I was speaking German which I speak well enough to get by so I don’t think there was any misunderstanding. I understand also that this is a social initiative, but it would be so much better if a manager was available to deal with slightly more complicated enquiries. Please tell me what we should do next time to avoid disappointment? (The two stars are because we had a great experience 3 years ago and for the fast and professional reply to my email).

The rude desk guy does not speak English at all, what kind of retarded have a customer face employee who not speak any word in one of most used languages in the world? Even if speak english is not a hiring requirement, rudeness for sure it is.

Great value for secure overnight lock-up; and they replaced a bike cable for me in the morning in time for me to catch my train. Plus, v friendly, polite, etc.

Frankly speaking, the speed, quality, availability and repair pricing of this center is excellent!! At this point of time, while no bike shop was ready to repair my bike unless leaving it for a few weeks, they repaired my bike quite fast and with a nice price, in addition to giving me an spare bike for free for my daily use until the bike is fixed!!!!! That’s the service standard..
