Das Überschreiten der Zahlungsfrist liegt für mich nicht mehr im Rahmen, daher werde ich wie bereits per Mail angekündigt Verzugszinsen geltend machen. Die Verbraucherzentrale wurde ebenso über eurer Verhalten und Missachten der gesetzlichen Regelungen informiert. Von einem Unternehmen, welches seit 2013 existiert, habe ich mehr Know-how und Kundenservice erwartet.

The purchase is made through Klarna and that is supposedly the problem why ircush cannot issue a refund. Dubious offers with vouchers are made so that the return can be canceled via Klarna. If that happens, the refund will be quick! I contacted Klarna and they clearly advise against it, because then the buyer protection will of course expire. I have no trust in the icrush company and have received incredibly dubious emails from customer service in the last few days. Conclusion: in my opinion, the jewelry is not worth the reduced price, the customer service is extremely poor and Klarna should not be offered as a payment method if a refund is not possible. If I incur costs from Klarna, I will take legal action directly. I have already initiated a report to consumer protection.

Also the same with details on an ankle strap. The carabiner on the bracelet I ordered was not processed correctly and was half open. You can definitely get higher quality jewelry, especially for the same and non-discounted price, from other companies. As I said: even for the reduced price it's not worth it to me and I'd rather send the parts back. I can spend the money on better quality jewelry. However, my review now only refers to the three parts that I ordered. Maybe things will be different for the others or they will improve in the future ;)
