Very poor customer service. I had an appoinment at 3.50 and it was delayed for three hours. No notification from hospital. Then my battery was drained and I requested a nurse and a receptionist to charge my phone for 15 minitues. There answe was " we are not authorized to do so'. I wonder where the humanity stands in this staff🤐 I know that there are rules and regulations and keeping my phone charged is my duty. But still I explained them how helpless I am without phone to contact family and I am pretty sure they could have helpled me if they knew what customer service is. Anyway Is it a crime to help a woman who was helpless so much and pleading for support? Really dissapointed. I left hospital all alone with a dead phone at 7.30pm thanks to them. Ps. Their phones were charging at that time also. May be they are not authorized to be human.

Most definitely will waste your time. Never trust their times for the doctor. Went there at 5.30 (after they said to come at 3.30) and was told we'd have to wait until 9pm. Please go elsewhere. Also, the lady working at the counter (7th October 2022, 6.30pm) is extremely incompetent. Told us to come on another day and was very difficult when we asked to validate our receipt, very standoffish and rude.

Service is really poor. according to the staff at the counter, appointment times appearing on channel receipts are just numbers which have nothing to do with the actual clock
