Doesn't feel like ripping off customers. A 30% discount is advertised outside, and there are signs everywhere in the store stating that there is no discount on certain brands - unfortunately, this sign is above almost every brand! There was a discount of perhaps 5% of the range.

Specious showroom compared to other outlets in Colombo. Friendly and helpful staff, and good services. So many choices for everyone. Only drawback is the slow service at the cashier. One of largest store in Colombo City Centre.

Not related to this outlet per se, but I'm here to warn you: order online from Odel and be prepared to suffer. I ordered an item online for delivery to an address in Galle. Odel has outsourced delivery to a courier service who called me and firmly refused to make the delivery, first saying that they don't know how to navigate to my location, then saying there's no fuel so delivery is out of the question and I have to go to their "office" and collect it myself. What's the point of paying for delivery if you can not, in fact, deliver??? I called the customer service and was told to send an email. The automatic reply said they'll get back to me in 24 hours which DID NOT HAPPEN. So I had to call again. Then they agreed to issue a refund, but minus the delivery fee of 450 Rupees. So in the end I'm not getting my order and I have to pay 450..for NOTHING. Now Im waiting for the refund to appear in my account. If you cannot guarantee delivery to an address, DO NOT offer it on your website. Extremely unsatisfied with Odel. Never buying anything from you again. Cheaters.

Pretty ok. Not very huge with a massive collection as the other stores. Very nicely set up over multiple sections for sports, and others.

Unfortunately a staff member at odel city center named Fahima was showing so much attitude towards me and my friend. She was so rude and dictated us. Such bad customer service. Odel standard has gone Third class customer service.
