Very bad first experience at bubblicious stores... Had to wait for more than 30 min even its open from 10. Pm. No one was at the stall for customers..

The drinks and desserts are prepared then and there and thus, will take a little time. Some of the drinks are very filling (milo with bubbles) while some are really refreshing (a minty drink in the menu).

A tiny lovely clean outlet in Arcade near Burger King. Tried a few cups from their range. Choco & Strawberry Lush one is a must try. Absolutely loved it. But the same cannot be said about Rose Faluda and Mango Smoothie. But they have a really good range of options. No enough seating capacity if you’re planning to have a sip while chatting with your friends. Can customize the drinks and add Tapioca Bubbles or Chewing Bubbles depending on your preference for Rs. 250.00.

Absolutely loved the cafe mocha bubble coffee. The selection on the menu is pretty decent & service is also pretty good. Definitely will have again

I had a "fruit fiesta" bubble tea today and it was really great! They're kinda expensive though. Quick service. Definitely will go back again!

Went here in 2017 as a tourist from australia. From what I remember, the drinks were good and the people working there are friendly. I’m actually surprised that I managed to remember this place and found it on the map.

It is what it is. A tiny lonely outlet selling bubble beverages and desserts in an empty space. The many food outlets that surrounded it in the pre-COVID days have disappeared, so it's isolated. I still swing by when I feel like having a quiet sweet treat at the Independence Arcade.

Extremely expensive for a small cup of bubble tea and I found a piece of green dish scrub in the cup . Please give your customers a better experience when you charge a massive amount next time.

Had passion fruit bubble tea and Nutella supreme. Passion fruit was too sweet and thick, the Nutella supreme wasn’t rich enough for the price. But the service was good

Very good. Try this. But i need to tell this. Its working one guy. So waiting some time get our order. We have not any area for dining. But they food are superb.

I've tried this place more than 5 times probably. The first few times, their drinks, customer service and options all were good and overall good experience. But recently, when I visited with my friend, they had very scarce options available citing they didnt have stocks. After settling for different options, and being provided our drinks, we noticed both of our drinks were the same, except one had an extra bit of strawberry syrup. When asked for tissues, they just brushed us off. Worse is, a couple arrived while we were waiting for our drinks. And the staff at the time, ignored the customers who were trying to get the staff's attention. Finally, they were frustrated and they left without ordering. This place could definitely try more.

This is a good place to buy bubble tea and other delicious drinks. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable of what they sell. I would've given the fifth star if they could improve on hygine....

Tried two of their fruity range. Absolutely loved it. Awesome refreshment especially in this unbearable heat. Really good range of options. Range gets updated time to time as well. Would highly recommend the place. Can customize the drinks and it’s clearly indicated in the instruction right in front. Keep it up guys !!

Bubbelicious…. Drinks are delicious….. but the man at the counter is not interested in serving…. On the 23rd April I waited about 10 minutes as there was no one at the counter … when he came he said he has to eat and can’t serve me.,, at 3.15 pm

Good place for bubble tea lovers around Colombo. They have a variety of bubble teas including fruity and coffee flavors. Prices are average ( compared to other places) They add 250 LKR for bubbles on top of the drink price mentioned in the card. I bought the chocolate bubble tea and It tasted good. Average overall. The person at the counter has 0 interest in talking to customers and I think overall customer service should be increased.
