Good selections. Some floors of the shops were not air conditioned and no ventilation. Staff very helpful. Had to wait a bit to get the porcelain items packed. Parking was not a fuss but this was on a poya day.

Great collection of high quality beautiful Noritake porcelain and exceptional customer service! During my vacation in Sri Lanka, I was looking to buy a certain elegant European style tea mugs to refill my tea mug collection back home but was unable to find a set of 8 anywhere. I tried several Noritake stores in Colombo before I found Exotic Noritake, on the last day of our trip. The owner went above and beyond for us, contacting the warehouse and nearby stores (30 min-5min distance ) and paying the same day delivery fee himself so we could have the style we wanted before we left the store/ country. Highly recommend and this will be our go to store for Noritake purchases in the future. They took great care in packaging them as a check-in box for our flight.
