I
ordered
an
item
online
as
a
Christmas
gift
but
last
minute
on
Christmas
eve
HOG
informed
they
can’t
send
it
before
Christmas.
I
was
annoyed
but
offered
to
pick
it
up
from
store.
I
Made
sure
to
call
again
to
confirm
that
I’ll
be
picking
up
and
informed
that
i
will
be
running
late.
I
was
assured
the
gift
will
be
wrapped
and
ready
and
they’re
open
till
8pm.
We
dropped
by
the
store
sharp
7.50pm.
Before
we
even
got
out
of
the
car
the
guy
at
the
door
who
saw
us
started
yelling
they
were
closed
and
asked
us
to
leave.
We
were
surprised
because
it
wasn’t
past
8pm
and
there
were
many
staff
members
operating
inside.
So
my
husband
just
ignored
his
rudeness
and
politely
told
that
we
are
here
to
pick
up
a
gift.
After
alot
of
convincing
he
went
in
and
checked
with
the
cashier
but
came
back
only
to
ask
us
to
leave
saying
that
no
such
arrangement
had
been
made!
Which
was
ridiculous
since
we
phoned
and
confirmed
just
2
hours
ago.
After
alot
of
arguing
with
this
rude
person
we
managed
to
get
in
only
to
find
out
the
gift
wasn’t
even
ready.
The
staff
instructed
us
to
pick
whatever
we
want
and
leave
asap.
We
were
in
utter
shock.
Absolutely
rude,
disrespectful
and
inhumane
staff.and
not
to
forget
the
only
reason
we
were
there
in
the
first
place
was
cuz
HOG
failed
to
deliver
on
time
as
promised.
We
have
never
been
treated
this
poorly
by
any
store
in
this
country.
Plus
It
was
Christmas
eve
for
god’s
sake.
There
were
many
instances
in
our
lives
where
stores
even
offered
to
stay
open
past
hours
just
for
us
to
shop.
I
do
not
recommend
this
horrible
place
to
anyone!
