I
got
a
custom
bracelet
made
from
Bullion.
I
provided
them
with
images
and
a
sample
of
the
bracelet
I
wanted
done.
I
was
recommended
to
them
so
I
chose
to
go
with
them
though
I
have
seen
other
jewelers
execute
almost
identical
design
perfectly.
For
the
cost
the
end
product
was
shabby
and
poorly
executed.
They
were
informed
of
the
timelines
at
the
time
of
order.
There
was
also
a
delay
in
deliver
there
by
leaving
no
time
to
fix
any
errors
as
I
was
travelling
overseas.
I
was
offered
a
refund
but
I
was
leaving
on
the
day
making
it
difficult
and
highly
inconvenient
to
go
through
that
process.
I
would
not
recommend
this
jeweler
for
custom
jewelry.
Update:
7/9/22
I
have
worn
this
bracelet
atmost
25
times
since
March,
and
already
a
stone
has
fallen
out.
Terrible
workmanship.
Further
update
on
the
refund,
I
was
offered
a
refund
for
the
amount
I
paid.
At
the
time
of
purchase
rupee
value
was
183.37
LKR
today
its
242.
So
at
the
very
least
I
was
expecting
a
refund
at
current
value.

Perhaps
I
was
not
clear
or
you
don't
have
the
whole
picture
so
let
me
elaborate.
I
came
to
pick
up
the
item,
from
memory
a
day
before
I
was
going
back
home
overseas.
When
I
came
to
the
store
to
pick
up
the
item
I
showed
my
dissatisfaction
then
-
asking
why
the
circle
was
wonky
-
I
was
told
its
'handmade'
and
that
because
of
the
stone
work
that's
how
it
was.
I
then
asked
if
it
could
be
fixed
before
I
left
the
country
and
the
answer
was
no.
So
I
had
to
make
a
call
on
the
spot
whether
to
return
an
item
that
was
gifted
to
me
for
a
cash
refund
or
just
take
one
that
was
not
100%
satisfactory.
I
chose
to
do
the
later
and
left
the
country
the
following
day.
Your
comment
regarding
"The
fact
that
you
have
then
used
this
bracelet
since
then,
with
wear
&
tear
from
usage,
when
a
full
refund
was
offered
at
the
beginning,
in
itself
is
quite
confusing."
Are
you
alluding
to
"Wear
and
Tear"
being
the
reason
the
bracelet
is
in
this
shape!
ha...I
find
this
quiet
amusing
,
jewelry
is
meant
to
be
worn,
and
no
other
piece
I
have
seems
to
have
turned
wonky
after
a
few
wears,
especially
as
seen
in
the
pic
the
actual
design
itself.
These
exact
pictures
were
shared
with
your
business
soon
after
purchase
I
think
the
next
day
maybe,
so
please
check
your
records.
At
the
time
the
stone
wasn't
missing
but
the
wonky
circles
were
the
same.
In
terms
of
direct
communication
-
no
one
so
far
has
contacted
me
directly,
though
I
see
no
point
now
since
its
a
'wear
and
tear
issue'
haha
Lastly
-
The
topic/purpose
of
this
review
to
share
an
experience
about
CUSTOM
jewelry.
I
have
been
to
your
store
previously
and
I
have
purchased
items
that
are
not
custom
made
and
no
complaints
there.
