I have been trying to get a refund from them for more than one month. This incident happened on 9th July and till 20th Aug they have not refunded the amount. I had to call five times yet the money was not refunded. (They agree that there was a issue in their system) they charged me even without a reference number. If anyone in the management check reviews, you may call and get more information from me. Also don’t pay them additional charges for no show. You can call and change your appointment from the hospital.

Past week two appoints had not gone through. I paid through Vishwa so the money is deducted from my account but the appointment is not complete. Worst service ever. I had to get another appointment paying at the hospital and ever since then I am struggling to get my refund. Better not to use Doc990. Worst service ever. If i do not get my refund, I will definitely complain to the police this time. I am tired of these big companies taking us for a ride. there is fraud everywhere.

I have made an appointment and when the doctor cancelled it, the hospital asks me to come and collect it. When I contacted this bloody 990, they say that they can't do anything as money is already transferred to hospital. What's the use of channelling online, if I can't get it back online. I have already paid some charges to the Dialog for this. Stupid doc 990. Don't recommend it!

This page does lot of bad things. They don't give no show refunds. To take no show refunds have to make hundreds of calls. Also, they will try to take you through their terms and conditions, then show you a fault and cancel the refund. The customer care has no contacts from management side. They are clueless and say "we will get back to you tomorrow". No one will contact you again ever. Unless you have no other way to schedule a doctor's appointment don't use this site. Actually these sites should be reviewed and inspected by consumer protection authority, TRCSL and ministry of health.

This is a crazy app. Really cheating people. From yesterday evening I was trying to channel a doctor through this app. After I booked and payment done, a lady called and inform me that doctor is not available. The only answer they could give was that they will refund money. However, the refund policy is very long (something never happen). Why they can't keep the app updated if doctors are not available? They just sell Doctor's good name and tell, "doctors are not responding". This app tarnish the entire credibility of doctors and health industry in Sri Lanka. I think doctors too should take this matter up with them as it is not good for the name of doctors.

I was not able to find one medicine for my mother for last few months. But I was able to find it in just less than 24 hours using “Find My Meds”. And it was just close by to us also. Such good initiative and was very helpful at a time like this. hope you will do more initiatives like these to help general public.

Do not use this service. This is a scam. they are charging peoples money even the doctor cancel the appointment. Never use this service again.

When I called 990 while driving, for an emergency appointment over a post paid connection. They told I have a balance of 1200 and my limit is 5000. The appointment cost 4500. And the dumb policy is I have to have amount for the channeling as buffer and ask me to transfer the balance. Idiotic service for an area where an emergency is always possible. I went for E channeling

I called Doc 990 today to make an appointment for my aunty. The doctor I have referred was told not to be available today except for video calls. When I tried to ask for the same information again, the agent raised her voice and it seems that they treat people badly when they speak to a person from a different ethnic background. I have called the hospitals and found that the same doctor was available today at two places and I would have kept the patient at home if I didn't call the other options. When I called back Doc 990 to enquire, the other call center girl was trying to cover up saying she will take care of the complaint without escalating to a supervisor. When you call these services and when you receive wrong information, it's about a patient's life they are playing with. Highly disappointed and escalated the issue.

The doggIsh feature of this service is the payments made are non refundable. It is a service as they say , so if it a Service how such feature is there. I have never come across an instance for refund. But thought its worth mentioning

No Show Refund Option is a utter joke. Don't fall into that. Confirmation message I received clearly says call before session starts. When I call them 3min before, lady on the other side said you should call an hour before to cancel the appointment and ask for the refund. Avoid this channeling scam, call the hospital directly when ever possible.

Do not use doc990 they save my card details via my payment and deducted my payment twice within two days. Bank confirmed twice payment but they not accepted that. They talked like there not responsible for that. Very poor money hunting from Doc990.

Even doctor cancels the appointment they don't refund the booking charges. Better contact the hospital directly and channel. Fee is also lesser.

Don't use Doc990 Online Service !! They are not capable of providing customer friendly service and the system. I mistakenly made a payment for the wrong hospital, Hospital agreed to do a refund from their end, But Doc990 didn't agree to give a refund or transfer to another hospital. Finally 2500 LKR was a waste of money for these guys and the hospital since I can't attend the paid hospital. Really DISAPPOINTED!!!, Don't USE this and WASTE your money.

Worst customer service. Even if you request for a refund it takes days fir the process.

I have been using doc990 for years. Very convenient and if there is any issue we can contact them and get it solved. Highly recommend 💯

No cancellation messages.. Dissapointed Service..They charge even doctor cancel the appointment.
