They update the upstairs floor and got some new machines. Great place to workout. This is my favorite Lifetime to go too. The basketball courts are gone. Pickleball courts are there now.

Definitely one of the best places to work out in the Columbus area I would definitely recommend coming to this gym if you are visiting or in town or if you happen to live in the city definitely come to Lifetime in Easton it is a very great very diverse gym super cool super great The staff are amazing the facility is amazing and I am 100% positive that you will enjoy your time here and get a good workout in or if you want to relax with some of their amazing amenities like the Jacuzzi or the sauna or the pool or pickleball or if you may just want to sit down while somebody else you know is working out that have a nice lounge area or you can grab something to eat from the cafe which is nice they have a child center so if you have any children they can be down there while you are working out and it's by the mall so you can always go after you go shopping or before you go shopping you can stop in the mall and then go to the gym which is very convenient so if you looking for a great place to go work out in the Columbus area I would definitely recommend you putting lifetime Easton on your list of recommendations... If you ever need somebody to walk in the treadmill with you I will volunteer 😁

I would not recommend this Lifetime or gym to anyone at all. Me and mother went to the gym and the manager Lynette is so rude and have the worst customer service than any person I’ve encountered with. We believe she is racist because this is not the only time I’ve heard of her acting this way toward people of color. She kept giving us attitude for no reason about an issue we needed help with. This should not be a “manager” at any facility. Definitely canceling membership

I used to have a membership to this place years upon years ago and enjoyed their membership and facility. I was recently looking about getting another gym membership here because I love the idea of being able to use the pool and spa after a great workout. Upon looking it up online on their website to figure out prices and what not it was very difficult to attempt to navigate to get to the prices in the first place but I managed to be able to get there. Upon looking at them they had several different tears of memberships. Nowhere was able to find the difference between the memberships because they word it in a way that is very confusing. Also, the membership has gone up probably five or six times from what it was just a couple years ago. Unfortunately it is not worth paying an astronomical price just to be able to use a pool and spa after a workout

As a few other reviewers have noted, this lifetime club is poorly managed and upper level staff is disconnected from and indifferent towards the largely diverse client base that makes up this particular location. With that said, I have had a great experience with reception desk staff, particularly Paolo, who recently went above and beyond to get my billing issue resolved. I’ve been a lifetime member for over a decade and have visited clubs across the country. This location is one of the most diverse clubs I’ve visited and has a strong sense of community among its members. Considering the diverse membership composition, it’s frustrating to see management seemingly disinterested in addressing member concerns that are quickly addressed by management at other clubs, such as locker malfunctions, access to towels, etc.. I don’t believe these issues would persist as long as they do at this location if leadership more accurately reflected membership composition. Nonetheless, really grateful for all the front desk staff and staff at the cafe for their friendliness and always going above and beyond!

I came in to Easton w/ good intentions to workout. When I got there I was told that they no longer accept gympass by staff which is not correct. I just paid my monthly fee and received email of increase through gympass. I am currently active & I proceed to showed Lynette but she was being very rude. When I ask to see manager Lanette Maggard proceeded to talk over me in front of my family and other club members; which was embarrassing and unprofessional. I believe that she is very rude & not good representation for Lifetime. In past I have witnessed Lynette be rude to other african american members. She was so rude today & I explained that I have issues everytime I come to Easton location checking in. She proceeded to give me incorrect number to corporate office; in which, I had to call another lifetime center to get corporate number. Lynette is rude and very aggressive. I do not recommend this Easton lifetime. Unfortunately, my issue was not resolved. I reached out to Kari & she was more concerned about her staff rather then the way I was treated. Unfortunately, this was not resolved.

This is a nice club that has plenty of free parking in the parking garage behind the building, there is also a small lot across the street but I have never found an open spot there. Things I like about this club: - towel service - steam room - nice modern locker rooms -beautiful CLEAN co-ed sauna in the swimming area - 2 huge hot tubs - air ventilation is very good in the pool area - swimming pool had great water jet pressure and seemed much cleaner than some other local gyms Things I didn't love: - the club location is in a busy area and takes an extra 10-20minutes to get in and out of the club - the appearance of the towels (was not super white) - you have to schedule most of not all classes - you don't get access to other local clubs at the membership price point - the membership cost was high $100+ - gyms seemed extra busy - a lot of gym members in the mens area were very messy when I was there Overall I would consider a membership at a lower cost or if I lived very close

I've been a loyal member at Lifetime Fitness of Easton since 2014, marking my ten-year journey with the gym. Recent changes, however, have left me somewhat dissatisfied. The departure of our former exceptional General Manager was a disappointment, as she truly was the cream of the crop. Moreover, the new gym floor layout isn't quite to my liking, especially the arrangement of the white equipment, which seems clustered in an inconvenient corner. To top it off, after a decade of membership, we were informed that we are not allowed to use the NEW massage chairs. Apparently, they're now exclusively for those who pay for personal training services. This policy has left me perplexed and disappointed. It's disheartening to feel that long-standing members like myself are excluded from a service.

The customer service for the Life Time Fitness is very poor and give you wrong information about the membership. They will charge the customer on pro rata basis from the day you entered the gym but for cancellation they will take 30 days instead of pro rata basis and charge you for the whole amount even though you cancel immediately Without using the gym not even for once. If you call to the Customer Care for cancellation they said it will be canceled but there will be no record until you approach them through mail or in person.

This is a terrible location. I was spoken to and treated rudely for just asking a question. I was eden told to go to a different gym if I didn't like it. I think the franchise itself is amazing so I still go to the Dublin location. If you've had a bad experience with this lifetime location don't let it teeter you from the whole experience.

I would like to say that this gym was very rude. It has stereotype workers. I am Black and I was turned away because they claim that my membership was not a membership. I have had this membership since Aug of 2020. I've had the same membership. I asked the young women with glasses is there anyway I could workout that Day. And then next morning I could talk to a GM. She then told me no that's not possible. I cant let you in. She then went into telling me that if her manager was there she would go into my account and change my membership. Terrible service I will never step foot ever again in here. No Thanks. Also she then told me about a gym around the corner called Power Shack Gym which was a very great quiet gym. This lifetime location is for no black people. They do not want you there.

Edit: after a few months we moved, but I still kept access. I was not able to swim on lunch anymore, which worked out well. I have not used any other amenities as swimming was all I was there for. I found it very difficult to use lap lanes both in the morning due to "walkers in the pool" taking up lanes when they could be in the leisure pool doing the same thing. So far I really like this location. It is clean and the staff is helpful. Cons: It's easy to lock yourself out of your own locker, as they are not reliable. At the moment, I am only using it for the pool and have found that evening swim practice and teams will take up 3 out of the 5 lanes from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM. For someone wanting to swim after 5 PM, it sure makes it difficult to navigate.

i’ve been going to this gym so 2013, this gym to me was the best gym out there even though prices were higher then their competitors, they had a lot more facilities. The past 3 years the gym has gone down extremely in quality and it’s almost like they don’t care no where near as much as they use to be about customers! First thing they did very wrong was closing the basketball courts!! i want to say about 20-40% of the members at this gym were here for the competitive basketball that was played here everyday, obviously there was situations that happen that can lead to a gyms courts to close but not close for 3 years over something that is common everywhere there is sports being played! This gym for the past year or two has transitioned the courts into pickle ball. i don’t have no problem if pickle ball is being played but there should be a certain time and day for this, many players have stopped coming here due to this. the basketball courts are officially gone now, no hoops no rims no basketballs, now they call it the pickle ball courts which sounds extremely corny, why would they think it would be smart to remove something that brings in a big chuck of your members, to add pickled ball and no offense, but i want to say a very small amount of people play pickle ball and it is %98 elderly. gym has went from a 5 start gym in to a gym that many say it’s not worth paying the price anymore. Gym should change things in favor for the members and not changing the biggest part of your gym for elderly play only

I tried to go to this gym but the first day I showed up the power was out, everything was locked up. and the members were outside also with no idea as well. None of the staff could be reached. I called in advance today saying I would be trying to come in again today. Just left from my second attempt to get a membership here and the front desk worker refused service saying there was only an hour and a half left until closing so I wouldn’t be able to see anything and get a membership😂😂worst service i have received since coming to Ohio period. At this point it Seems like management here doesn’t want to work. Even for the price. Going to search for real facility at this point. Do not waste your time and energy here.

Clean gym and friendly staff. New equipment and machines. My only issue is that some classes are held in one of the few free weight areas at peak times of day. Makes it difficult to access weights during the time I dedicate coming to the gym. I’d appreciate management reconsidering scheduling classes in these areas when most folks are able to come to the gym.

Pickleball scene is trash. They have all new courts but some tall older fella named Tony organizes the matches during Open Play yet doesn't know everyone's skill level to match them accordingly. As a 3.5, I got grouped with several beginners, and was in scenarios like 3 advanced players and 1 novice, or 1 advanced, 1 intermediate, and 2 beginners, etc. on top of having to wait fifteen, twenty minutes between games for this farce to start all over. I don't know why this place doesn't do like other indoor courts and divide the courts by skill level or make it player-regulated without a moderator frustrating everyone. When players try sticking with their friends or people they came with, they're told they can't and get yelled at to stay out of the paddle placement area that's surrounded by orange cones. Yes, you read that right. Very disorganized, as most of the people I talk to are very unhappy with the current set-up since the previous moderator just recently left. Do yourself a favor, take your paddle and go somewhere that actually has their stuff together.

I had a horrible experience today at LTF Easton. Someone stole my wallet from mens locker today and spend >3000 by using my credit cards. I didn't get any help or support from the staff except that we had notice in the wall "You are responsible for your personal belongings". My friend from pickle ball and his wallet was stolen last week. I had such a horrible experience and I never feel so much unsafe like life time fitness Easton location. I hope they will listen to their customers and do something for the safety of their belongings.

If you are interested in a well-kept, clean environment that makes zero effort to accommodate their differently-abled customer basis, this is the perfect place for you. While the low level staff are all very friendly and will do whatever they can to assist, upper management here is an absolute joke. Don't ask for ADA related accommodations, as you will be asked to violate your own privacy and/or simply ignored. Unfortunately I could not rate this with zero stars, so I had to give it 1. The low level staff, at the very least, deserve this.

Always dirt and hair inside lockers, water constantly on the ground in locker rooms, women in mens locker rooms, and smell of weed is constant. Workers seem to act their wage and paying $106/mo seems more and more unreasonable as months go on. Gym floor is constantly dirty and the quality of members seems to be going downhill.

I was thinking about getting a membership here recently, I use to have one years ago back in 2011, when they were 24/7 & only $60 a month I don't mind paying a little more, but its like what do you get ?... I understand they are trying to keep the riff raff out, Aka black people, but this use to be a really nice gym, they don't have the basketball courts anymore they have security now & they follow you around can't even work out in peace.

Thank you LifeTime.Life for charging my account after I cancelled my membership due to mental health issues. Your charge has done more damage than you could’ve imagined. Thank you for adding to the stress of everyday life, just to make a buck! I don’t plan to stop until I figure out how to get my funds back so that I can pay the bills that actually affect my life, and the life of my child.

I workout 15 to 20 days each month at this location. Everyone is positive and friendly. They have always made my experience better. They work hard to provide a clean, safe and well maintained club. It is very rare to find any abnormalities.

I do love this gym, but a few things have changed they have completely basiclly made the basketball court into pickleball, which is not what the basketball court is made for. When I used to come with my mom years ago the basketball court was not used as a child day care this facility has continued to decline. It's a great gym, but for the amount you pay which is like 70$ month alot needs to improve. great staff for sure

This is probably the best lifetime in the Columbus area. The Dublin location is bigger and has better amenities but it’s always packed and the showers never have soap/shampoo in them (also other things that I can rant about for hours). My workout isn’t going to take 2 hours at Easton. Some of the downsides of this location is the parking. Also the steam room has a weird smell to it, it should smell like eucalyptus not old gym shorts. I also wish they had razors and shaving cream. They should honestly just make a new/nicer lifetime downtown. Again, this place is overall the best lifetime near Columbus. Dublins location may be nicer but that doesn’t mean it’s better. Lifetime Easton almost 10/10!

I've been a member for over 3 years, I'm on social security disability and a member of silver sneakers through my Medicare insurance and have access to the gym anytime of the day but I was just informed by email that as of January 1 2024 all Medicare program members will restricted access hours. We will only be able to use the gym 9:30 to 3:00 Monday thru Friday, 2:00 till close on Saturday and all day Sunday, but if I upgrade my membership at $80.00 to $100.00 i can use the gym anytime,. This is the new policy from the new manager because they are losing members and want seniors to make up the difference.

I don’t understand why the gym closes at 10 on weekdays and 9 on weekends. The evening hours are crucial for those of us who are working or fasting during the month of Ramadan and can’t do any physical activities during the day. I have noticed that at least 50% of the members of this gym are Somali who are fasting this month and can only go to the gym starting 8:30 PM after they break their fast. Also, why doesn’t the Easton location have a conditioner? It’s not like the price we pay is that much cheaper than Dublin’s. I get that the shaving foam and the shaver would be considered a luxury but the conditioner is essential. Other than that, nice gym! But I would expect to have what is mentioned above, given the membership price.

I love coming here and management is the best. I just talked to Jack about pausing my membership due to me having to have surgery on my hand this Friday and he was abousutely awesome with helping me with that. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star review is mainly the membership price. When I first started coming here, pricing was $54 per month. But now it's going up to about $100 per month. Love it here, just have a problem with the amount of money just for the membership alone

This is the best commercial health spa/gym training center I have ever had the pleasure attending. I highly recommend becoming a member. I was on vacation at the time I visited the area, and I found myself wishing our local gym had the same amenities as Life Time.

I love comming here ! the gym is located in EASTON and by far is the prettiest LifeTime location! I love comming here to work out. sometimes i get Stressted out during midterms and it helps me relieve that tention i built up. the membership is is expensive I pay 60 something dollars, but if you work at the gym you can work out for free. It has a pool , steam rooms, and sauna and alot of equipment!

Our family has been going to this gym for years and we love it. The facilities are clean, well maintained, and all the equipment makes this a great gym for everyone from fitness competitors to those just starting out. But our favorite aspect of the gym is the childcare center. While you workout, your kids have their own space with a basketball court, climbing wall, bouncy house, and area for crafts and legos, and an amazing childcare staff. Also, for no extra cost above membership, the gym offers regular “parents night out” events where can drop your kids off at the childcare center from 5-8pm. If you’re used to paying for babysitting, your gym membership pays for itself. Additionally, they offer day camp (at an extra cost) on days when school is closed. Plus summer camp. We also have our kids do the swim lessons, which have been great. I’ve read other reviews saying negative things about the staff and management, and we’ve had the opposite experience. The people here are amazing. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

👍👍 Great place to park and workout if you are a TRUCK DRIVER. As long as you are out of the way and not blocking people getting in and out, etc they have always let me park here.
