    Entered the store on the east strand in an Easton, there were two associates working. I stood in the line for approximately 5 minutes before I asked if it were only two people working. The associate answered yes it’s with a very smart and condescending attitude. I replied I well I’m sorry because no one greeted me upon walking in. She then rolled her eyes and continued to assist the customer. Again no assistance or even acknowledgment. After I finally got assistance, In walks another pair and they are immediately greeted. 🤨

    Visited this location to purchase gifts. Several store employees leaning around on the back counter with only two customers in the store. Not even a hello while we looked around. Left and made our purchase elsewhere.

    Customer service at this location is the worst I’ve seen. So…you have an attitude because you’re working? Or maybe because customers walked in? I can’t think of any other reason to be rude and unfriendly to customers as soon as they enter. The young lady with blonde locs (Mechela??) should be asked to leave and never return for the sake of your business. Take a course in how to be welcoming and provide good customer service and find a job that you enjoy so that paying customers aren’t forced to deal with your nasty attitude!

    I bought 3 charms for my mom and sister, they both passed in a car wreck, so I no longer have need for them. Instead of being sympathetic to the situation and allowing me to return them, they threw policy in my face ! They are literally still brand new in the box and the original shopping bag too !Terrible customer service and you should be ashamed of yourself !

    I was coming to pick up an order and the association was going to make me stand there until she was completely done helping another customer who was very indecisive about what she wanted. I understand 1st come first serve but I would expect you to also ask me was I picking up based on how I was standing at the counter. Or at least acknowledge me. Instead she decided to answer the phone and help that customer. Overall not a good customer service experience.

    I went to exchange a gift I got online and the process was super simple. Huge shoutout to Jackie for being patient with me as I tried on SO many different rings. Everyone was helpful and welcoming throughout my experience!

    Best customer service! The employee's were polite, friendly, and helpful! We exchanged a ring for a smaller size and it was like we hit the easy button! We plan to shop Pandora for future jewelry purchases!

    The lady who helped us was amazing! I think her name was Mechela she had blonde and black dreads. She asked me what I was shopping for and helped me figure out the perfect gift for my 8 year old daughter. She was very personable and knew what she was talking about. I'm trying to start a new tradition with my girls, and the help I received today definitely has made it easier. Customer for life now!!

    I went last night to get an engraved charm for my birthday. It was my first and last time visiting pandoras The lady who helped us was so rude and acted like I was dumb every time I asked a question. Really ruined my experience and was very disappointing. Contacted customer service because the associate didn’t tell us we could engrave in my boyfriend’s hand writing and all they can do is give me 10% off my next order. No refund or exchange. Won’t be giving my business here ever again.

    Don’t order anything online from this company, they will cancel your order and you’ll never receive your refund. I guess they going bankrupt or something. But I know them audits is going to be off come tax season. I’m definitely reporting it. Since you wanna play stupid

    Right in the heart of Easton with a very friendly and most importantly a helpful staff. My daughter bought me my first Pandora bracelet for Mother’s Day and it was not the right size. I took it back to get something else and was helped by a young lady that knew her stuff! She showed me me some nice choices and was trying to get me to look at some other bracelets but they were blocked by another staffer helping another customer. I didn’t feel like waiting (probably should have) and got the bracelet I chose (with an up change). However, had I have used my patience, I probably would not have had to pay as much. You live and learn!

    I cannot give even one star as my experience in the store was terrible. I went yesterday and selected a bracelet and several charms based on the list I printed. So, I came to the store knowing exactly what I wanted. It still took over 40 minutes to pull the charms from the display. Unfortunately, they did not have all of them in stock. In order to take advantage of the holiday sale, I agreed to return the next day to cash out. I returned to the store today, on my lunch, and waited over 30 minutes to cash out. When I asked if someone could cash me out since I have been waiting, the girl said she was sorry bc there were only three of them working. I would have to wait. I told her she lost my business and left. I will never go into the store again as the service is consistently horrible. It took two days to try to buy a bracelet and charms in the store! I can get the charms almost that fast buying them online. The store has lost my business for good.

    Could have bought a ring worth 20$ at Tropical Trends that would have worn the same. I take great care of my jewelry and clean them regularly, and I would say it is SOOOO not worth the money or the hassle of the terrible customer service I experienced today. Seems like their “store policies” on how they take care of their paying customers change daily. Seriously would not waste the time or money ever again. Also they GOT to change that cleaner they use in store, I leave with my ring I bought dirtier than how I brought it. These pics are of the cleaning cloth right after I brought home the ring, AFTER they “cleaned” it. And also how bad it has tarnished after just a couple of weeks of very careful handling and cleaning of the ring. Seriously just go to Claire’s and get the same value for fractions of the cost.

    Great customer service! Staff was patient and helpful. On street parking was not available but parking in the garage and walking to the location was quick and easy. I was able to get some really nice charms to add to my bracelet!

    I use Pandora for years and I am always purchasing jewelry here. At this moment, I am waiting for them to clean my jewelry. I believe previously, the staffs and manager had a different approach when it would come to cleaning jewelry. At all of my experiences, they always cleaned my other Jewries, which is not many that is not from Pandora. I is very disappointing to hear a no for one extra ring that is not from them. As a costumer, and understanding how customer satisfaction works, I totally disagree with their decision. I definitely will switch stores in other to have a better customer service experience.

    I wasn't really looking forward to going into a jewelry store, but the ladies @ Pandora were very friendly & welcoming. They answered all my questions and of course suggested a few that I hadn't considered. They were not pushy or trying to oversell me; I had a wish list and they helped me select an appropriate size. I'm pleased with the overall experience and will return for more items for my wife!

    At minimum the employees should know the difference between credit and debit/or difference of. I exchanged a bracelet. When she stated I have a credit of $10.75 and if I wanted it applied to my purchase.. I naively assumed she knew what she was talking about 🤦🏾‍♀️ We have to do better.

    Ever want to wait 45 minutes for a charm that you pre ordered and can see a bag with your name stapled behind the counter. But they make you use a sign in sheet and wait because they are under staffed? Come here! I understand having shoppers, but the whole point of in store pick up is efficiency.

    I could give this store zero star if it had the option ! The store smelled like weed when we walked in and it was stinking. There were three ladies workin and not a smile from anyone of em!they were all very rude and had an attitude when we tried askin a question . It was my birthday and I wanted something nice but they ruined my entire night by treating us like we’re stupid ! Ruined my whole night!
