I’ve been debating whether or not to post this on this site for a couple days now. I came in and spoke with a lady named Julie, she seemed nice, told her my boyfriend wanted me to try on rings, our price range was roughly $$$ (over 20k) and we were looking for an Emrald cut solitaire or oval cathedral set. In white gold plain band, with small diamond accents around the basket. So very specific. And I wanted a lab diamond. They mentioned all these details which was fine following that then proceeded to tell me about James Allen and how they own it which also was fine. Then they told me they don’t keep bigger then 2carrot diamonds in stock due to theft, also fine. But I was told in order for me to pick a diamond then I would have to be very serious put 20% down on the diamond just for them to source it and then we would be able to get a picture of the diamond. So I was like wait so what your saying is you don’t have one in your inventory and I can’t even see the diamond til I put 20% down because your getting it from another vendor, they said yes, I was like nah I’m good, they said “we typically don’t allow you to see the diamond unless you are serious about buying” I said I am serious he asked me to look, and wanted me to get a feel fro what I want so he can come get it, the. They turned around and told me I couldn’t even get a picture of the diamond unless I put money down. That’s crazy I’m not putting money down on a diamond that I don’t even know anything about, I don’t know if it has inclusions or the grading or if it’s certified or anything. They lady said “it’s for serious buyers only” So basically she told me I wasn’t a serious buyer; I will never be back I told my boyfriend about it and he said he won’t be coming back here because they assumed we weren’t serious. On my way out they said “thank you for stopping in kiddo” I’m young, but I’m only a year away from 30, this place is not treating their customers like buying customers. I will never be back and will never recommend this place to any kept. Additionally I might add I probably make more then both their salaries combined and same with my boyfriend, so this was just insulting they did not even bother to put any effort in because I look young and they assumed I was younger then I am. Very disrespectful. Poor customer service. Will never recommend. And will share this experience with almost everybody I know so they too don’t get disqualified for even getting pictures of lose diamonds and pricing. That’s outrageous. We ended up purchasing a 3.76 carrot diamond solitaire for more then our $ amount elsewhere and with half the degrading comments.

Very rude salespeople, they like to hover over you while you look.

The people here were friendly enough at first, but I was told that they could price match with Kay Jewelers. When I returned to the store to get a price match, I was promptly told there was no way they could sell for that price. They said "the ring from Kay probably has less quality diamonds" and sent me on my way.

Such a knowledgeable and friendly team of staff members. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I told them what I was looking for and I was shown multiple options that fit my exact needs. The general manager Kate was especially friendly and helpful when I had additional questions. I will definitely be going back.

I’m giving a two star due to the fact that every time we take our rings in to get checked out and cleaned, they can never find out information and we have to wait for 30 to 45 mins for them to figure it out. I won’t buy anything there again.

As soon as I came in the door the lady said they would beat or match any price. Then I asked them if they could match Fred Meyer price. A standard ring on their website. The lady was like hell no sell can not sell that cheap. I said have a good day.

I love my engagement ring, it's perfect but this Tuttle Crossing store just isn't the place to go for service. I normally take my ring in to get cleaned every 3 months or so. One day my wedding band was actually 'misplaced'. 3 people in the store were looking for it. Her response "accidents happen" which yes they do but it's still frightening. This last time I walked in, completely ignored for over 10 minutes while workers just stood behind the counter on their phones discussing their personal ebay purchases. I ended up walking out and going to a different location.

Very knowledgeable store employees. I trust that the employees here are able to bring any of my jewelry dreams to life. So thankful for the staff at Tuttle! Kate, Courtney, and all of the staff are so helpful and know about each and every piece that they talk about.

be careful if you are taking in a ring to see its worth. I brought in a ring wanting to get a new shape of diamond in it and they said the diamond I had was fake. I have went to 3 other jewelry shops and all state the diamond is real. Thankfully I didn’t let them take the “fake diamond” so I could replace it with a new shaped diamond.

Went in to get some links removed from,my watch. Was promptly greeted and helped. After the links were removed, went to look at watches, which the staff member assisting me was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had.

Great place to shop. Prices are comparable with other stores. The staff are excellent. They are not pushy and will help with suggestions but the final decision on a piece is yours.

Jared has always been very good to me

Service with a smile!!! Wasn't sure what I wanted to get but drake was patient and thorough with me. I had an overall great experience and walked out of their extremely satisfied, defiantly referring my friends and family!

My now-fiancée and I had the best experiences when shopping here at the Jared in front of Tuttle Mall. The sales consultants were super friendly and not at all pushy or aggressive like so many other jewelers we’d encountered elsewhere. For the engagement ring, we went with a special design not stocked at Jared we found online at Brilliant Earth. But we went back to Jared for the wedding bands. Courtney was wonderful and patient. Trust Jared. They are the way to go. They were our first and final stops in our ring shopping endeavors.

This is the best location an has the biggest selection of pandora ever an ive been to 13 states an locations... the staff is always friendly an glad to serve you in your search of jewlery.... location an staff 5 stars

Let's see I've been a customer for some time. They lost my wedding watch. Then they fixed my wife's wedding ring by putting a oval diamond in a set with the wrong prongs. But the way all the diamond were square cut not oval. And for the watch they did make it right but it wasn't my wedding watch. They made lite of it. Very bad representation on service. Will not buy anything there again. You shouldn't have to have another jewelry company check your items out . repair or service your items.. currently going to have all my items work on them. But if I didn't never would of found what we did.

I had a great experience here. I wasn’t sure what I was looking for when I went in, just knew I wanted to slice up my look a bit, and Christian really helped me find a piece that fit my look perfectly! Couldn’t have asked for better service.

Amazing experience at this location! The store is extremely clean and organized and the staff is even better - they are kind, friendly and very knowledgeable with all the pieces. Courtney helped me custom design my wedding band and I could not have had a better experience with such a lovely and helpful staff member. This location is fantastic. I've talked at length with both managers and sales staff. They are all friendly and knowledgeable. I came in to have a botched repair job from a different store fixed. They were super acomodating and had my fiancé 's looking perfect in no time. Highly recommend this location.

Trashy jewelry store that acts like they are doing you a favor by saying hi....snobbery in a low-end place like this? You've got to be kidding. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere because the brands here are low-end and the prices are much higher than you can find elsewhere....or you know, just buy online for 25 cents on the dollar.

Went in to find a gold necklace for my mother. Had trouble finding the right one. Elli helped me find just what I wanted she even went out of her way to gift wrap it for me. I will definitely come back to Jared’s

Chris Held was amazing! My boyfriend and I came in to get an idea of what I would like for an engagement ring. He was extremely helpful and kind. He educated us on the different cuts of diamonds, carrots, and the colors. Multiple times he went and got different kinds of rings for me to try on. He went above and beyond to make sure we saw everything I wanted to see/try on. He made our trip extremely relaxing and fun! I’m so thankful for all he did to make our experience wonderful and for helping me find a ring I truly fell in love with.

My experience at Jared's is always wonderful but the last time I was there, getting my wedding set cleaned a young lady named Elli helped me. She was very kind and she invited me to watch her clean and inspect my rings. She did a thorough job and my rings look so beautiful. Elli was very professional and helpful. Thank you!

My husband and I chose to have rings custom made at Jared when we got engaged back in 2014. We worked with Margret, who no longer works there, and she took great care of us through the whole process. Our rings turned out the way we envisioned and we couldn't have been happier! Fast forward to 2018 and 2 children later, I needed my rings resized. Jordan Davis worked with me to get this done. She is very professional and thorough. My rings were finished early and looked/fit perfectly! My husband and I will continue to come back to this location because the service here is fantastic. I highly recommend asking for Jordan Davis! She will assist you in whatever you need, keeping YOU in mind without being pushy, as some jewelers can be.

I called last week and got Cortney on the phone. Right now because of Covid they like for you to make an appt so someone is able to help you and spend the time with you that you require. I am not a jewelry person so I don't know what I like, or if I like anything at all. Cortney was so charming and helpful. She did everything besides hold my hand and walk me and my fiance through buying wedding rings which we needed in 4 days. I would follow this lady to the ends of the earth at this point. Smooth, easy, no stress, didnt make me feel weird. Please go see Cortney. If you are a little awkward like I am, she will put you at ease.

Great customer service

Very nice and helpful staff each time. Worked with Nkechi Osigweh the last time and she was very nice and nonpressuring. They have a really unique kids section for your kids while you shop. They really try to sell you on their extended service plan - for an intricate ring that is worth it but for a simple band skip it. Other than that they have a wide selection and good quality .

I have always had a wonderful experience each time I visit Jared. However, I went in before Christmas hoping to surprise my husband with a new wedding band (he lost his at work). Unfortunately, Jared does not save the ring sizes in the system for previously purchased rings. I do not know my husband's finger size, so I was unable to make a purchase. I hope in the future they can update their system to include ring sizing for reference.

Stopped at this Jared location in search for stackable rings. Jordan Davis was super helpful in finding the best/cutest option for my budget! She was fun, personable and patient as I tried on pretty much all of the Pandora rings! Will definitely return when looking for birthday or Christmas gifts and will definitely look for Jordan!
