My
fiance
bought
me
a
ring
from
this
store.
They
never
told
him
if
he
got
it
engraved
he
could
not
return
it,
even
after
he
made
the
comment
that
he
hopes
I
like
it.
Read
the
fine
print!
I
like
the
ring
that's
not
the
problem.
The
problem
is
the
ring
went
on
sale
for
almost
700
dollars
less
and
we
were
still
in
our
60
day
window
to
return
or
do
a
price
adjustment.
The
sales
lady
Sam
says
the
computer
won't
allow
her
to
give
the
price
adjustment
after
we
told
her
customer
service
said
we
could
and
to
go
to
the
store
we
bought
it
from.
She
said
we
couldn't
return
and
purchase
it
again
to
get
the
discount
either
because
of
the
engravement.
She
also
went
onto
say
they
are
privately
owned
and
don't
have
to
price
match
zales
online
prices
(the
same
sale
they
were
having
in
their
store).
Not
true!
After
speaking
to
customer
service
again
confirming
what
they
initially
told
me
they
called
the
store
themselves
and
then
had
to
call
the
district
manager
to
get
it
taken
care
of.
We
had
4
hours
wrapped
into
this.
A
hour
and
a
half
drive
to
the
store.
Then
as
were
driving
back
home
we
get
a
call
from
the
store
saying
come
get
your
money.
After
all
this
she
has
the
nerve
to
suggest
we
lied
on
her
then
asked
if
we
were
still
interested
in
buying
the
wedding
band
to
my
ring
and
his
wedding
band.
No!
Very
unprofessional!
Not
a
trust
worthy
store.
Buy
online.
Customer
service
said
if
you
would've
bought
online
I
could
just
refund
you
the
price
difference
over
the
phone
now!
