Went in there to compare prices from other jewelry stores. Was greeted by Sharon upon arrival! She immediately asked what I was looking for then asked my name. We found a few options and told us “if you find somebody willing to give you something for that prices, I’ll buy you lunch!” I knew from there we were walking out with what we wanted. Sharon was very kind, courteous, and helpful. I came in to inquire on a way to connect my wedding set to keep a ring from spinning. She recommended the plastic ring guard and offered one at no charge. I wasn't able to use it as it was too small but I appreciated her help!

Manager was nice, but being in that store made me feel unwelcome. One of the women made me feel bad about a ring I had in the past because it was cheap, making comments under her breath. I don’t like to leave bad reviews because I also work in retail, but that boiled my blood. I’m sorry I’m not rich like you. :(

Tim was wonderful. After purchasing 6 pandora bracelets and multiple charms, when an issue come about I had no problems with using my warranty ( thank God I purchased it) and even getting a gift card when one could not be fixed. Tim allowed me to vent, and immediately went to work problem solving the issue. I'm pleased and most of all my girls love their bracelets.

Sharon was amazing. She helped me locate the particular item that I was looking for and she also offered to complete the sale online for me since it was the only one left in stock. Upon arrival for pickup, she assisted with another purchase of items they had on sale. Go see her and if you can’t go see her call and she will take care of you. Tim was a fantastic salesman at the Columbus, GA location. He was not too pushy nor did I feel pressured into buying anything which ultimately made me spend much more than I was planning on spending. Firstly, all the staff upon entry was very polite and welcoming. They allowed me to just roam around and see what I liked the most. I was approached by Sharon, very polite, honest and understanding. She walked me through all the purchasing options as well as the additional care the item would require. I at no time felt pressured or misunderstood. This is my go-to jewelry store for over 10 years. Watch repairs, ring resizing, whatever is needed, they are able to get things right. Yesterday I ended up purchasing both of my wife's anniversary and birthday presents, spent 20 minutes between looking and checking out, and got exceptional value on both. Ms. Melinda is amazing. I came to Reeds Jewelers with two very tarnished Pandora bracelets; my charms were just as tarnished. I was so sad about them. Ms. Melinda went out her way and brought my bracelets and charms completely back to life, it was like I got two new bracelets and charms. I was shocked and now I can’t stop looking at my bracelets and charms, she was also very informative about how to properly care for my Pandora jewelry to avoid them tarnishing again.
